Bill L: A very effective con game. We were victims of a carousel at Tanger Outlet in Mebane, NC with a card reader as only form of payment. A natural instinct when it doesn't appear to accept the card is try again and/or try a different card. Shame on Tanger Outlet for being complicit in the scam and refusing to make it right. You get really disappointed 4-year old and days later charges for those swipes

Anitra: The machines are complete trash. They take and take your money unless the amount on them are incorrect. My 2yrs old cried and cried after I tried putting money in the machines coin after coin. After getting him to finally leave those machines, there were more machines in another part of the mall. As much as I didn’t want to waste my time or money, on behalf of my son spotting them, I had no choice and we got lucky with 1 machine that he just rode until he was over it. I’ve tried leaving a message but no return call. Please fix them or remove them.

Natalie Bondurant: My son Zackery Clark won an IPhone 11 on 10/12. We called and the lady took his info and said if he doesn't get a call in 2 weeks to call back. So we call in 2 weeks they kept sending him to a answering service. Then they stopped answering. We called from a new number they said they would call us that Friday which was 10/30. No call. So he called 11/6 and they said it takes 4-6 weeks. Then he called 11/11 was told the guy over the price department quit and she needed to investigate his info and she will call him Friday. Yall dont mind taking peoples money but don't want to pay out win someone wins.. He's 22 but very passive so I will not allow him to be scammed or giving the run around like yall are doing. It shouldn't be all this bs to get a prize he's owed. You probably make thousands in a month off one machine. We all know they're rigged so you barely have to pay out because you have it set to make a certain amount of money before a prize is won. We will not walk away from this until he receives his Iphone 11.

david blatt: Won EarPods in machine at Opry Mills mall in Nashville, TN on 9/6/19. The box has a block of wood in it and a number to call to claim your prize.... so I did and the lady says it will take 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks, for a tech to verify the win. So 4 weeks go by and no call so I call them. They said they could send a check. Ok. So another week goes by and no check so I called and they said they hadn't sent it but would that day. Well that was Monday and this is Saturday, 10/12/19, and it still hasn't arrived. It’s kind of ridiculous and unacceptable to win a prize in one of your machines and still not have my prize nearly 6 weeks later. The machines are rigged (obviously) but even when you do manage to win you should get your prize without such a delay.UPDATE: ******* They sent a check not long after I posted this. So, I got a check but it was a slow process.

Timberly Nelson: i totally love to play alien patrol at the Gadsden Mall and ALIEN BOOGEY PATROL is the best game ever and the machine has only took my money a few times but i’m not worried about it and I’m so glad that the Alien Patrol machine is still working great and i do believe it’s been in the mall for 3 years and now it’s going on 4 years and not to really put it out there i’m the Alien Patrol Game Pro and i first fell in love with alien patrol on July 27 2017 and i’m gonna continue to play the game and y’all keep up the good work and i will keep up the good work playing the game and i am gonna continue to play the game as long as i can and it makes me happy and it’s a popular machine at the Gadsden Mall :)

Left message with answering service so we will see if they repair it.Went elsewhere to get quarters because all three of the little rides here have stickers on them that say they will take quarters. NOT!!!Several people have come by and their children were just as disappointed as my grandson.This company has a business license from the state of SC, coin operating permit from SC Department of Revenue, and operation permits from both Richland and Lexington counties.
