Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.
Chastity Torres: Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.
Jules Som: Most of the time low on inventory if you shop there weekly, also, customer service is not best there. Don't be rude to customers! What ever happened to customers come first?? Please, check and recheck your customer priority list!! Epic fail.

Bill Meier: We ordered online and picked up in the store. It was pretty easy. It wasn't clear if they had outside pickup but when we were in the store they said they did. We would have done that if we knew. Caution!! the bathrooms are outside in a little trailer; a glorified Outhouse setup. I don't know why...

Jenny M: I love shopping here! I come often to buy yarn, sometimes with my dog since Michaels is pet friendly and they're conveniently next to Petsmart. DD L: Michaels I go to buy yarn sometimes it's kind of expensive for me more than other stores but they do have a few more colors of what I buy .It's 5.00 more than my normal .I make chenille jumbo style blankets so it can run into money .I think other things are there if on clearance can be reasonable .But Overall everything on the higher priced end .
Meredith Beck: Inventory isn't accurate within that day which I mean come on it's 2022. When I asked them to get something off a tall shelf it was like I was asking them to build me a house. Bathrooms were gross. Every shopping cart squeaks but that's classic Michael's.
Chris Davenport: Often understaffed and for whatever reason checkout is very slow, so if there is a line it can take awhile.Shoppers should be aware that Michael's always has a coupon, and they always have sales, and they set their base prices accordingly. The overwhelming majority of items are more than 20% higher than any other store. So even with a coupon it isn't uncommon to pay more than you would elsewhere. Shop around, and know what things should cost before going in.

Al lee: The gentlemen at the door greeting everyone. He seems to know many customers. Some he even know them by name. I was at Walmart for an online return. The staff were friendly. Manifest: I am an EMT who parked an ambulance outside the building. We went inside for approximately 3 minutes. They said they didn’t mind if we parked out front and then while inside they called security and reported us to our base. That is insane. We asked prior to parking there because it was a short trip and we need to hurry because there are people to help. (We respond to 911 calls). I’ve never had such a ridiculous interaction.

Joey Hawk: I went in purchased a little over a $100 worth. Of items went to the register used my Walmart card said approved Thank you my phone chimes let's me know the transaction was completed. The cashier had no clue what she was doing and kept declining my transaction on her end. Then come to find out I call my bank inside the store. The bank's telling me that 3 transactions where made That they all went through he wanted to talk to the manager. The manager wouldn't get on the phone all the manager kept saying. Was I can't print a receit so technically It's not paid for so we leave with our things proven from our bank that the transaction was completed. They called the cops and now we're in legal action.Update received a phone call from Hudson PD saying that the items I left with was paid for and he never seen a situation like this well now sewing I got charged and was being inconvenienced by all this I need to take action

Scott Glick: I drove to Hooksett for an in-stock sewing machine. It turned out to be a terrible product so I brought it to the closest store to my work which is this store, with the receipt. Per their manager Eric who wasnt even there, they said they cannot return sewing machines. I pointed out how this policy is not only not on the receipt, but is not posted anywhere in the store. They still wouldn't return it so now I have to drive all the way backup to Hooksett just to return it. Terribly run store.
