Tractor Supply Co.: what do users think?
Ken B. (KenB): This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good. One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.
Tor Sykes: Excellent staff members and a nice store. The coleman utv400 is a fantastic machine and was reasonably priced. Gilyan Buxton helped me in completing my purchase. well-informed, quick, and efficient. Multitasking with numerous customers at once, as well as being pleasant, well-organized, and dedicated. Thank you once more, Gilyan Buxton.
Bryan McAuliffe: Showed up at closing needing to rent a trailer to use early the next morning. Not only did the two woman not give me a hard time, they were overly facilitating and friendly, even when the transaction ended after closing (due to my not having the proper equipment). Thank you for the great service!!
Misty Zannino: Great store great service
Ana Osorio: Great location in the small town of Pelham. Friendly staff and helpful
Massmudman Rubicon1: Always something new and great selection and prices.
Felixcuero@gmail.com Cruz: They ok has a lot agriculture tem
71chevelle 406: One of the best stores of it's kind, this location is great with a great staff .
Lisa Parlee Carr: Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Jennifer Hart: Friendly service. They should take old propane tanks and come up with a way to recycle them
Amanda (Miss Amanda616): Fantastic customer service!!
TwoBuck Chuck: Friendly staff. Usually has what I'm looking for.
John Kingston: Always worth the trip
Cathy Cove: Amazing service!! We were last in a long line..associate came to OUR carriage and scanned us out!! So cool!! Love this!!
Lori Leonard: Always friendly& helpful
Ethan The Rollerblader: Wow! I love this place! The place was very clean, and have chicks! 🐥
rob barclay: Never been to 1 before, went looking for a product and wheeled a cart load out the door. Great prices, good place for pet supplies, friendly staff. 1 of my goto places now.
Tyler Ladebauche: Terrible experience at this store. Do not waste your money here. They sold me a 600 Auger for my tractor and the whole entire thing must have been sitting in water for months. Every nut and bolt is completely rusted and the paint was flaking off before we could even get it out of the box. Never though to inspect a brand new piece of equipment still in a box before buying it.The store manager was nice enough to offer me $50 off. No thanks....
Jessica M: Love this store. They have anything and everything.
Denis Carvalho: Called this place regarding a specific, product over the phone they said they had it in store, drove 55 minutes to get to the store and guess what, with no care for customer the same guy said. Oh no I told u i had other type. No respect for people.
David Shipulski: Management is terrible! You ask for help and they dont know where it is and are not willing to do anything more than say I don't know. The store is a mess things all over the place! The oil section never has any oil and starting fluid doesent exist. The manager is not helpful and seems to always be bossing around the employees around! Tried to order a landscape rake and got an email saying it arrived so I went to the store and they didnt know where it was! Some of the workers are great and some arent! The management needs to brush up the store and put it back together! I will start shopping here once they get themselves together but from now on Harbor Freight it is!

Tractor Supply Co.: what do users think?
Marcus Gilbert: Purchased a Cub Cadet Snowblower in December last season. Will not start this season. Called Tractor Supply to to find out what I could do. There is a 3 year warranty with Cub Cadet but because I didn’t purchase their warranty, there was nothing they could do. Couldn’t even provide me with a local service center number. I’m very disappointed and expected better when I spent $1700.00.
Jason Ard: It's a strange specialty store. You can find pretty much anything you need on the farm, so check the place out first without expectation. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and very helpful.
CS Broadcasting: Friendly staff eager to assist you.
Eric Austin: Always reliable and friendly. Good selection and prices.
Corey Cormiea: Great customer service from Dennis!!
Mark Landry: gret friendly staff.
Joel A. Chappell: Great place to get farm stuff and the cheapest propane hands down.
LaShanta Magnusson: Staff is always friendly
Edward Hayes: Their supply is fairly specific to farm life but I love the place.Generally decent quality stuff at decent prices. Also, you can visit baby chicks here sometimes, which is cool.
SnowyFilly (Colby): More than helpful during my visit. I went to buy a minibike that had a tag listing it at $699, cashier rang it in and said it was $750. The managers and staff were more than happy to mark it down and honor the price advertised in front of the store. Will definitelyshop here again!
Robert Janis: Really good selection of product's from animal goods to farm mechanical parts and tools. Clothing and cleaning. Employees are professional and friendly. You really feel like part of the community when visiting this business. A+. Thank you Tractor Supply.Robert J.
Miki Clements-Collier: lack of stock is upsetting.
James Murray: I am always able to get what I need for my chickens here. In the past I've also purchased dewormer for my animals. When I have had to return products it has always been a good experience due to using the Neighbors Program; when I made the purchase. The Neighbors Program keeps track of what you have bought and allows you not to have to keep track of your receipts.
Chad: I sometimes go into this store just to daydream about owning my own farm, having my own tractor, and raising my own livestock. I stand in the aisles and admire all the cool stuff on the shelves (that I don't yet need). The staff is very welcoming, and they sometimes accompany me, reminding me "everything is going to be okay."And I know it will.
burger miester: Awesome people. Amazing staff. Wicked frickin helpful.
Alycia McDuff: I love having a Tractor Supply in town and my dog does too! He loves the 4Health food. They have a fabulous selection for pets, the garden and more and the staff are always super nice!
Josh H: They usually have exactly what I am looking for!
Chris Skinner: Nice to have a place to grab stuff from tools to feed for the animals!
Meredith Morton: Very helpful employees who will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for.
Cameron Proctor: Stock can be hit or miss. Hardware drawers are often under stocked or completely unstocked. Bulk hardware is convenient. Most tools are overpriced. Good source for farm batteries, tractor fluids, tractor and pto parts/implements.
jeff papillon: I like this store for its friendly associates. They typically have some odd items that you can't find at a big Box store and/or the local hardware store doesn't carry cuz it probably wouldn't sell a lot. Obviously those farmers tractor horse and outdoors people understand how to build stuff fixed off and maintain stuff because this place provides them with the right materials.

Adam: Great workers here
Katrina Crane: Matt the store manager was so helpful and nice. And explained everything to me.
Diane Nelson: Helpful employees, well stocked, fun to browse
Terry Lemieux: A little bit of everything
Rick Pierpont: I always come here for dog food and dog treats, and then look around because they always have other stuff I "need". Their clothing section is getting bigger.
Karina Roldan: Super friendly staff
Nadia B (pandaruffles): The associates at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! Wrexie helped me and my partner bring home our first batch of ducklings, and some more chickens for our flock. She spent a lot of time teaching us proper nutrition, important tips for healthy birds, and more, and we are super thankful for all the awesome info. AND then the next day, we came by to grab a new chicken coop, had to make a couple trips for it due to trailer issues, and the kind man at the store offered us a discount solely due to our troubles. It made a big difference for me and was one of the kindest gestures I experienced in a while! Thank you guys!
Philosophical Michael: I couldn't believe HOW MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS THEY SOLD BESIDES TRACTORS!! Don't think they don't stock something. Go on in a check the place out. You'll be PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! (The prices are fair, also!!)Manager Matt has a GOOD team working for Him from Luke to Chris to Zach to Stephen to Susan to "Wrexie" to ... and they're ALL there to HELP YOU!!!!
Brahim Benouardia: Today, I really would like to thank Mr Chris by spending some his time to assist for an accurate shopping. Chris is a great manager has a lot energies and patience to make everyone happy.Billion of thanks to you Chris at Plaistow nh store.Brother BB
12StreetGlide: Great store. Always fully stocked and great customer service.
Dante Ballerini: I was looking for a bale of straw, the worker said "we have that, but I can't get to it right now, you'll have to come back"...that ain't happening, I'll never go back.
Laurie Livingstone- Irwin: I love Tractor Supply Co.
Lorenzo Richard: Big fan of TS. Unfortunately I've wasted numerous trips because online states the store has inventory of a product but in reality the store is outLooks like the inventory issue has been resolved, been there dozen times since, all good.
Deborrah Mac Kenzie: TY, Chris, for educating us on generators, as well as loading one into our truck 4 us. Greatly, appreciated!
Mad Trax: Most everything I go in for they have in stock. Clothes section is great. Carthart and RidgeCut are great. Prices are reasonable.
JIm K: Just terrible. Have never shopped at Tractor Supply but decided to try because they had a utility trailer that the big box stores don’t carry. I bought based on a cash back promotion conditional on opening a credit card account. Not only did I spend more in account fees on the credit account than I saved with the cash back reward, but they never told me the cash back rewards expire! So I ended up paying even more than if I had paid cash for the trailer. Just terrible. One and done - my first time at Tractor Supply was my last - rewards at the big box stores never expire.
James Rabideau: Terrible return policy, paid a few grand in cash, items returned, and there playing games with giving me my money back. Don't spend money here they won't refund it, if there is an issue with your item.
Jason Emerzian: Went in to see if they had welding helmets was amazed at the stuff they had should have grabbed a carriage but didn’t cashier had a great attitude and joked with me about holding everything. For a big store had the small family vibe will be back
JOHN Michaud: Excellent discounts on holiday stuff.
Maryellen Ciardiello: Overall good store. When I went, clothing stock was low but it's right before the holidays. Very friendly staff!

Tractor Supply Co.: what do users think?
Gregg Perry: I only buy one product from them (I have no need for most of their products, just buy the horse pellets to use as far litter). But so easy every time. Order online. Ready in like a half hour. Park in the lot and they're dropping it in my trunk ten minutes later.
Wayne Moore Jr: Large store big selection, Farmers helper almost everything you may need for your small to medium size farm.
Paul Perry: Good people. Always help you and willing to answer questions.
Albert Giordani: I found what I needed with no problem many of the people were quite helpful with any questions I had.
Jen: Employee that helped me was very rude, one had passed away now not impressed at all have never had an issue with ducks been rasing them for years if I would've picked the ones I wanted this wouldn't of happened!
Steve “Sac1” Coburn: great place for all your needs
Rastko Prusac: Good
Amy Joyce (Wingz Design): Tractor Supply has always been a great place for all of my pet needs, pest needs, hardware needs and so much more. They have great products and prices. The people are friendly, professional and respectful and are there to help with any questions you have. I have been to Tractor Supplys in several different states and have found the same professional employees as well as the same willingness to help you with whatever it is you need.
don schwartz: My dog loves it there and especially the treats at the register. I go for salt blocks and quality dog products
edward leyland: This place has everything from yard supplies to clothing to dog food!!
jim mack: It was ok. I looked around for an employee to help explain about a product. But, got blown off by 2 employees. I get they are busy and good help is hard to find. But at the expense of customer service? No employees actually paid attention to me. Therefore, they lost a sale! Tractor Supply, I get you folks are busy! But, dot forget who keeps you in business!!
Oblathamic: Good selection of basics. Not as Big as the one in Pelham but still a good place and the staff are always helpful.
L Berglund: Great service and staff thank you for the help!
Susan Kiver: Excellent services
Patrick Fallon: Went for sale items in work clothes. Not much stock. Even less on sale.
Hebo: Best bird seed there is to buy ...don't ever but bird seed from home depot the Birds will NOT eat it just wasted a bag from the cheapo......
rich wynters: Great prices
Ben U: Good prices for big bags of dog and cat food.
Liam Shea: Held onto a work bench for me longer than required and even helped me load it onto my truck. Very friendly and accommodating. Great experience.
PhoenixAfterglow: Friendly staff. A little smaller than other locations. As a result, not as much in stock.
Ernie The 4th Stooge (Stoogeman): Grt8 place as a hardware store

Tractor Supply Co.: what do users think?
mike smith: Bought a ridgecut work boots from Ipswich Mass. store 1/14/23 and asked how long warranty was and was to told one year. They are leaking as of 4/27/23 (3 months).I called and talked with manager "TOM" and told me to call a separate company who make them so I did and it was an answering mashing with No name or info? I googled who makes Ridgeline boots and its Tractor supply in Texas, not a different co. I called back and talked with Manager Tom and he was hostile, arrogant and demanding and kept interrupting me asking do I have a different question or he would hang up on me. Young management today.
mark papamechail: Great place to shopFriendly staff always days hello when you walk through the door and with an honest smile.
My Flowers: I grabbed some shirts and jeans.
Samara: Always a great place. The customer service reps are polite and helpful.
B: can usually find what I need, and a few more things I didn't know I needed
Russell Sabbag: Great service. Asked for information and the young man I asked stopped what he was doing and walked me to where I needed to go.
Jaimie Lily: Chapin was super helpful. My boyfriend was having an issue with his rewards not working and he took the time to do everything he could to help us
Michael Fee: Great stuff and great service
Peter Young: Better stocked than last time I was there. Always friendly.
Barbara Bowen: Great service! Everyone was very helpful
John Smith: Our dog loves "Tractor World" (Ipswich, Mass.). The people, such as John and a lady at the checkout registers today, are friendly, helpful and seem to love their jobs and their customer interactions, and everyone always has a biscuit or two for our dog (I'm still waiting to be offered a treat). The store has unusual items that you don't see elsewhere, such as digestive enzyme chewables for dogs, axles for your tractor, toys (including giant toy cars for kids), clothing, yard supplies, snacks, etc.
Amanda (Miss Amanda616): We use a pellet stove to heat our home, & unfortunately every store that typically has the 40lb bags of wood pellets in stock sold out very early in the season this year. Although we are using it less & less, we still definitely needed pellets to keep warm during the cool nights! After calling a bunch of Home Depot’s & Lowes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine, FINALLY I tried Tractor Supply Co. in Ipswich and they HAD THEM IN STOCK!!I raced to the store, and arrived 2mins before they closed. Normally, most stores would already have their doors locked, or you would be met with an attitude as you walked in the door. NOT THE CASE HERE!! The staff were INCREDIBLY NICE! The person I spoke to on the phone initially was super nice & helpful, and when I arrived I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They made small talk, signed me up for their In store rewards program, rang me up, put the 10 bags of pellets into a cart for me & then packed each bag into the back of my car!Even though this location is a little more than 30mins away from my house, they have a forever customer!!!*I didn’t get to explore the store because of the time, but with just a quick scan they carry btwn 25-40 different styles & brands of work boots, both men & women, they have a great selection of clothing & some cute graphic T-shirts.*
John John: Went to the store in ipswich tonight. George and Chris were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got greeted at the door and had a great experience. It is tough to find employees like them for any business nowadays. Great job guys and thankyou
Paula Rose: I called last night because I couldn't find information about ordering on line for curbside pickup. The phone rang 7-8 times before a very out of breath man answered. He apologized because they were very busy. He answered my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Then today I went to pick up my order. I pulled into designated spot and no sooner did I click "l'm here" and a very pleasant woman asked if I was Ms Rose. Another woman helped her load my order into my car.. The whole experience was excellent. I love you guys and gals.
Brahim Benouardia: Very professional and polite, that how Be was. Coming back and this store will be my favor.Thank you again Be and see you soonLittle girl 👧
Micah Thompson: Unbelievably helpful staff! Great store. We go out of our way to patronize
Erin Smith: We usually buy propane for our gas grill at Tractor Store. Last visit, employee filled one tank and turned the valve so tight that we can’t open it. We phoned the store to ask for help or a replacement, and they said it’s not their problem. “Bring your tank to a gas company,” they said. ?!?!? So now we have a full tank that we can neither use and nor dispose. Annoying.
John Cardinale: I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life when calling the store for assistance. After the phone rang for what felt like forever, a female answered the phone by simply saying “yes what do you need”. I asked if the store carried chicks, to which she responded “yes but don’t ask me what kind I am too busy to tell you, goodbye”. I responded “hold on, I have additional questions” and she responded “what do you want”. I responded “is there a minimum quantity” and she answered “6” and then abruptly hung up the phone. What kind of service is this? I have never shopped at a tractor supply, and must tell you this is appalling as my first experience. Is this how tractor supply treats their customers? This employee, and your business, should be absolutely ashamed! I will never shop at a tractor supply as a result of this disgusting experience.
Justin Barksdale: Great store.
Ken Levine (KSL'72LLC): Great store for garden and pet supplies. Also has tools, automotive parts, and work clothes. Something for everyone...
David Williams: Third time I have been there in the last year twice this mouth that there were long lines an only one regerster open . After standing in line for a long time I just left today I walked in an saw the long line an one cash register open. Just turned around an left
