They charged me to do a walk around of my bike to tell me what I already knew was wrong with it, then told me the labor would be $600 to put the parts on after they came in. I took the parts over to best cycle on Amherst street in Nashua, they did it for $125. This place is a joke when it comes to service and repairs, go anywhere else for it.

I told him the bike I was interested in, and he said "oh I'm standing next to it right now." When I arrived for my appointment with him, he did not show up, and I found out the bike in question was still in a crate. So that was a bit of a surprise.Outside of that, having both a bike serviced and purchasing a new bike with a trade-in was a very good experience.

Art Cerimele: I can't say enough about the integrity and professionalism exhibited with the team at this company. They will be my first go to on my next car purchase. They are living their tag line "expect to be impressed" in every sense of the word. I live in Colorado and found a 2015 GLK 350 that was in mint condition at AlphaCars with very low milage. I paid a deposit to hold the car and flew out to finalize the purchase. Something unfortunate and out of everyones control happened to the cars finish literally while I was in the air en route. The General Manager quickly came up with a few options upon my arrival which included: a refund of my deposit and a sincere apology, having a local Mercedes dealership paint the entire car or the AlphaCars body shop paint the car. After extensive conversation and a thorough evaluation of some of their work I decided to take his offer to paint the entire car at no additional cost above original purchase price. The attention to detail and the workman ship were outstanding on the final product. They could have easily just refunded my money, spot paint the car and sell it to someone else. Instead they chose the more costly solution and had complete confidence I would be satisfied with their work and they were 100% correct. I am ok paying a premium price if I am getting a premium product and service level. I received both from AlphaCars.
