Tuscan Kitchen: what do users think?
Joshua T: Went to dinner with family I wish the menu better described the meals or showed pictures of what you were getting I ordered some type of boar dish and it was basically the consistency of baby food wasn’t necessarily a actual meal would of ordered the tomahawk but didn’t want to wait over an hour and hold my family up Tyler’s service was subpar didn’t ask how the food was and didn’t even put ice in my water unfortunately it’s a one time deal for me
Benzo: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Porn Perv01: Food is very good quality. Great range of prices to a moderate dining out budget. No wait for a table without a reservation.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Dry Aged Ribeye Steak Long Bone in Ribeye Steak …More
Ashley Hur: Jessica was an amazing server!!! Thank you for your hospitality during our first family dinner.
Nuno Yabiz: If you love overpriced and mediocre food, with a slight craving for overworked and rude waitresses, this is your place. You’d figure at least the pasta itself would be good, but this is not the case. Save your $$ and head to the plethora of other Italian chain restaurants for the same (if not much better) experience for less. This Tuscan is not worth the hype and there are way better places around that deserve your $$, and can provide a much better experience.
Jessica Ann: Wow did Tuscan Kitchen deliver! Collette, one of their waitresses provided beyond exceptional service, she has worked at this restaurant for 6 years and still comes in with a warm profile and a smile on her face! She was attentive but not too overbearing and very professional! You can tell she really enjoys what she does. We had reservations and requested the patio seating (which they had available), we started with a bottle of their 2018 Louis. M. Martin Cabernet Sauvignon which was smooth and rich in flavor! I ordered the buttermilk ravioli and my friend ordered the pizza lol, both dishes were delicious and had great serving amounts! Definitely recommend. Thank you Collette, we had a great night!
Neil Hurley: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Paul Osswald: Service was great, food was quite good but could have been a bit better for the price.
Dona Rais: We were at the Tuscan kitchen in Burlington last night 3/31 for dinner. Wait staff was awful, We had to go look for her a few times to get service, pepper, waters, and drink orders. We all ordered appetizers and dinner. Three people in our group ordered the special - one person didn't receive his meal until about 15 to 20 minutes after everyone had been served. If this was the special why wasn't it readily available. Two people ordered the lobster ravioli, which arrived to the table somewhat warm but did not appear to be freshly made. I think it was packaged ravioli. Our other two guests ordered chicken parm dinner and it was so awful it both were sent back and they ordered something else. When we made comment that it was awful we were told sorry its a new process in the kitchen. the Mgr took the chicken parm off our bill and gave us complimentary desserts but What the hell - a bad experience isn't wiped out by free cake. Our experience was really bad, both the service and the food were awful. (except for the two people working at the front desk, those two were really nice )We won't be back but you see the show kitchen failures you might learn something .
Lisa: Went to dinner with my husband and some friends about 3 months ago. The food, atmosphere, and staff were awesome! We were not rushed and were able to linger a little to talk, laugh, and have fun. The Tuscan Grille has some great quiet spots to sit in if you want privacy or wide open if that is your thing. For me, the Tuscan Grille was pricey but worth a nice night out!
Kim Welch: Excellent service! The Truffle risotto and grilled lemon asparagus are so delicious! The pizza is flavorful and they have many good beer choices. This is my favorite restaurant by far.I’ve been here 3x in 2 weeks and can’t wait for my next visit! 😂

Marilyn Saha: The food and atmosphere is perfect for a date night or special occasion. Delicious food, desserts, and drinks. On the pricier side but worth it!Recommended dishes Grilled Octopus, Maine Lobster Ravioli …More
Donna Brady: I was just there for a beautiful baby shower! Food was set up buffet style for us with cheeses, breads, antipasti platter and then an elegant luncheon of fennel and romaine salad, roast beef, chicken, roasted potatoes and a roasted squash medley. Room was adjacent to another event but we did not hear them at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp
Ivan Spasov: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Alan Roscoe: Had an Office Re-opening Dinner for our team and Senior Staff. Portions were perfect and everyone found something delicious on the menu. Never disappointed at Tuscan Kitchen.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Maine Lobster Ravioli, Burrata …More
Colleen Danielson: Was there for a catered event while a beautiful setting was small and crowded for the amount of people invited don't say you can accommodate a group that size if you're packing them in like sardines ( a family event) cold buffet food and less than happy staff to serve it really put a damper on the eventFood: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Sofia Penado: We ordered Pollo Arrosto, grilled octopus and creste di gallo. Octopus was delicious, chicken was mediocre but the pasta was not good at all, very bland. Also, service was not good, slow and not very friendly.Wouldn't go back, not worth the money.
Grasieli Bento: My husband and I ordered one pasta dish for each of us, both were terrible. First time we went to Tuscan kitchen and certainly the last, the menu had few options, for this reason we thought that the dishes would be very well prepared but we were disappointed.

Stephanie Oliva: I just need to understand why my very plain $11 Cesar salad with no protein had a raw piece of fish on the very top of it? I’m very pregnant, hence why I wanted a simple salad, and this just made me instantly barf.

Erik B.: Food's a bit pricey, but worthwhile. What isn't worthwhile is the wait. I recommend coming when they probably aren't busy since we waited over an hour for our food.Parking: Avoid coming when it's crowded if you want to get a spot not wedged between people.
Steven Grant: We both had pancakes and they were partially burnt, waitress seem not to care either and don’t think we will ever come back.

Michael Veach: Wife and I decided to try someplace different for breakfast , as our usual go to is Ellie’s at other end of Salem . Well, it was a mistake to say the least. Service was horrible . I ordered coffee and after ten minute wait I inquired about my coffee and was told they were still brewing the coffee. No spoon to stir coffee. Let me remind you this was breakfast hr around 9:15. We both ordered steak and eggs. Had to ask for toast . Ordered wheat toast and received white. Steak was about 3”x2.5” and 1/4 of that fat, Potatoes were stone cold, bread came out after we started our meal. Not offered any condiments. Sunny up fried eggs were crispy and cooked well beyond typical sunny up egg should have been. People next us recd wrong order three times. The place is beautiful , however have had better food and service off the back of a truck.
Sami N: So disappointed!!From our hostess who offered us a worst table despite of at least 10 open tables, not to mention with an unprofessional and rude attitude to our careless and inattentive waiter who was ignorant the entire time. He never offered a drink, bread … just put two glasses of water on the table never refilled it the entire time.No silverware on the table till we asked for it. Not to mention my food, they messed it up without communicating. The whole experience was terrible. It’s a beautiful place that’s why they think they can get away with such a bad service. I personally won’t go back for sure.
michael carey: Our server Alex was fantastic! Unfortunately the food was not. Meatballs were ok, but seemed overworked and dense. The bolognese sauce was watery and had almost no meat to it. Nothing was seasoned and very bland. 2 of my kids had pasta with butter. It looked like a lb of butter was used. Neither kid ate it due to this. I had an old fashioned which was good. 5 stars for service and my drink, but 1 star for the food
Suzanne Rosario: So busy there all the time, great food!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Tony García: I visited the Tuscan Market in Salem, NH today, and I must say, I am in love! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the variety of meat selections on offer. The displays were well organized and visually appealing, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to assist with any questions I had.As I made my way through the market, I couldn't help but admire the fresh produce and high-quality ingredients. The appetizers looked too good to resist, so I decided to indulge in a few. The bruschetta was a perfect combination of tangy and savory flavors, while the prosciutto and melon plate was a refreshing palate cleanser. The shrimp cocktail was also a standout, with plump and succulent shrimp that were cooked to perfection. For my main course, I opted for a steak that was beautifully marbled and perfectly seasoned. The meat was cooked to my liking and had a juicy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The side of roasted vegetables was a nice complement to the dish, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the plating.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at the Tuscan Market in Salem, NH. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and knowledgeable staff made for a delightful shopping and dining experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area looking for a great selection of meat and high-quality food options.
Michael Penton: I try not to post a laundry list of negatives, so let's just say I was very underwhelmed, especially for the cost. It was like a Hipster version of Olive Garden, but that would be insulting both hipsters and Olive Garden.Food: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More

Linda Kincaid: Was so exited to get Easter Brunch reservations!! We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservations and were told there was no more buffet food and we could order from their Brunch menu. We declined. The purpose of a buffet brunch is to be able to sample many different offerings including a carving station. We would not have otherwise make brunch reservations at this location. We had traveled about 15 miles to get there and did not have any food at home. Very disappointed, they had our phone # so they could have contacted us so we at least made a decision before traveling to the restaurant. Barely an appology and no offer of equity for not being able to honor a reservation.
George Nigro: Very organized for such a busy place. Picked up an Easter ham dinnahFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Tony Cardoso: We Ordered 2 Cazuela bowls that says on the menu that it comes with rice, egg & avocado...well, no rice, no egg, no avocado, I call them to let them know that they forgot to include it in the bag of food and they say that it doesn't come with that stuff when it cleary says on the menu that it comes with Rice, Egg & Avocado...they just hung up on me.Horrible Service!!!

Megan Star Spence: I absolutely love this restaurant. I found it while browsing "the best Italian food in Nashua". I am new to the area and was looking for soup on this particular day. I browsed their menu and came upon, Pasta E Fagoli. I ordered 2 bowls with extra bread for delivery. Delivery was fast, the soup was extremely hot and wrapped in plastic wrap very tightly, it came in a large, plastic tupperware style bowl and the bread was nicely wrapped in a paper bag. I dug into the soup and it was delicious!! Lots of noodles, beans, tomato, spinach, broth, just perfect! I was in my glory!! Best I have ever had.(I order it so often now, they must have to make double batches just to keep up with my weekly ordering, ha!)I have also had their chicken parmesan, I must rave about! A huge breaded chicken cutlet on top of a bed of (my choice, spaghetti noodles) with plenty of marinara sauce and cheese and it was out of this world, delicious! Again, Best I have had.We have also had shrimp scampi, stuffed mushrooms, three cheese ravioli, it all was fanstantic!!If you are looking for authentic Italian dishes that look and taste great, this is your place. I'm telling you, it's a must try!

Cherie was our server also she was super polite, personable, attentive, and concerned with us. Wonderful experience for my husband and I first time going out after having our baby ☺️ the host was very friendly too. Get the Saltimbocca!!!

Paul M: Management here consists of legendary criminal slanderers, sociopathic backstabbing reputational abusers, and horrifying unprovoked public harassers, unlike nothing I have ever witnessed in my entire life of being a cordial, well-liked, perfect regular customer at many similar dining establishments. Stories from ex-employees here corroborate my conclusions, which many other people share. The bartender George H. particularly deserves the sordid reputation he has. I am appalled at what this criminal establishment did to me in June 2022 and their guilt-admitted-by-silence complete and total disregard of my complaint letter I sent to them and to Mr. Faro himself, for whom sadly I have lost respect.

Sherie F: Do not waste your time or money in the cooking classes. Have done amazing classes at nearby cooking schools such as Taste Buds in N Andover and will stick to these types of venues in the future. At Tuscan, not only was the instructor unfriendly and borderline rude, but setup was disorganized and food products poorly handled. After a day of cooking classes (two classes across twelve different people) and several hundred dollars spent, the kicker was promises made by management and feigned interest in concerns with absolutely not courtesy of follow up response to the emails that THEY asked us to take our time to compose. Save your money and time…they have gotten too big to care about customers.
Forrest Morris Jr: The food was fair nothing spectacular we were a party of 6 and no one was overly impressed. The waiter was very attentive and was prompt. The restaurant itself was very loud and the tables were pretty close together. We had wanted to try this place for sometime and for the money it was rather disappointing.
Connor Fitzgerald: Their dry aged ribeye tasted like it wasn't aged at all. Definitely not worth the expensive price tag, dry aged or not. You can get much better steaks other places for a similar price tag. Also ordered an Old Fashioned and got a Manhattan. Easy mix up when it's loud and I didn't care much about that.Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
