Deanna Smith: Kim is an awesome voice teacher! I was brand new to singing lessons, and I have learned an incredible amount in just a year. She has a great way of explaining how to find the right sound, how to feel it, how the muscles all work together, in a way that helps me understand. She's super supportive and helped me climb my biggest hurdle in the beginning, which was lack of confidence. Every piece we work on challenges me to improve different aspects of my singing and now I look forward to the recitals!

Joseph Walsh: Great down to earth instructors. Decent prices. My son loves it there. He s taking guitar and learning new songs and songs he wants to. Gone to several places and this is his favorite by far.

Dirck Stryker: Taking voice lessons with Andy is a great professional experience and a real joy. I started with little singing background other than a church choir and some folk singing experience, but I was soon into opera, musical comedy, and John Jacob Niles.We typically start with some exercises, which have extended my range as a baritone by close to three full intervals. Then we work on existing material, which I have practiced partially on the basis of recordings that Andy makes for me. We go over rough spots, and then we may go on to new material. Andy not only is helpful with the music, but we also work on the acting and performance sides, which are real strengths for him.In short, I feel very fortunate to have Andy as a teacher and coach. He really is great.
David Shapiro: When I first started taking lessons with Andy, I was very nervous having had little to no prior singing experience but Andy instantly put me at ease. He listened to my interests and tailored the lessons to fit my personal goals. He is encouraging, thoughtful, helpful, and a superb teacher.
