New England Farm Workers Council: what do users think?
Victoria Jackson: State st program the worst but got Elizabeth Warren office on the in Justice here in Springfield Massachusetts
Kathy Laurion: Very helpful
Carmen Loubriel: Fácil de llegar
Bruce Boutin (Bruce): Being disabled for so many years and especially now finally having my operation I don't know what I would do if that service wasn't available. I'd be a lot happier since they've already been notified of the money and I've been sent it to post it to my damn account
Bro.Kenneth B. Downes: SERVICES ONLY FOR A PARTICULAR RACE OF THE COMMUNITY!!!!!!
Annmarie Flores: Very helpful.
Angiz Art: Buen equipo para ayudar a buscar trabajo.
Lucy Gresham: OKAY BUT COULD HELP ME
Robert E Wenzel Jr: Fuel assistance program
Michael Ciccone: Call and their automated system is messed up, can't get a socialsecurity number right, get put on hold and wait forever to talk to an staff member who has no answers. Nothing biput the run around, been waiting for reimbursement for 2 months now do I can buy more wood to heat my home.
Luis Hernandez: I give them an fffff they not true
Brenda Barham: My elderly parents qualify for fuel assistance every year. This year, it's a week before Christmas and they keep calling to find out if they're approved so they can turn on their heat and they get the same old song and dance: We have to take care of oil customers first, we don't know if you qualify yet, etc. etc. They turned everything in on time as instructed at the beginning of October and they're STILL waiting. Unacceptable. UNacceptable.
Dali Padilla: This place sucks. Never picks up the phone. NEVER CALLS BACK.
jeanette scanlon: Beyond madd at this company!I usually come here Every year to get my voucher for my daughter for summer camp. This year I went in on my daily appointment with the paperwork that I needed the only people work they asked me to bring Farm Workers told me that I wasn’t able to get a voucher today because I need to amend my paperwork for the following year because I didn’t receive any mail from Farm Workers stating that I need to send or mail them a letter to Boston for an amendment of not receiving finalize paperwork stating of the fact. So here it is three weeks before camp they said Boston would mail it back to me in three weeks which my daughter when I’ll be able to go to camp this year because of it failure to tell me about any of this prior to my appointment it’s really rude not having anyone to care for my child of the summer of 2019
hannah rose: I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to go there. They helped me get my hi-set and take the next step in life. I own them more than we’ll ever know. If you’re having trouble applying, don’t give up, it’ll all be worth it and you’ll have your hi-set before you know it. They’re like a huge lovable family that’s always there for you. They helped me do something I never thought was possible for me, thank you for giving me the priceless gift of having faith in myself!
Paul S: Herbie uses this as a front to steal tax payer dollars to finance his personal lifestyle.
Lorainna Baez (LoLo): Extremely rude over the phone , I called yesterday about a situation, I was told what I had to do and at no point did she state I needed to come in physically and she was helpful at that point. I called my specific worker today, left a message , no response so I tried another line now this woman was rude and just kept responding "you need to come in for that " repeatedly. I calmly explained thats not what I was told yesterday so why is it different today? Also I dont get out until 5 again she stated "you need to come in i don't know what to tell you" I understand, certain things cant be over the phone I'm disappointed because 1 i wasn't told that yesterday and 2 her tone and how rude she was , was not neccessary.

colin kindred: Cool place. Went to a traveling fair. Kids loved it
lin jo: well it had been three or four years since I have attended the BIG E. I went this year 2022 and I hate to say it but I was disappointed. a lot of the vendors that were there before the pandemic were not their this year. and a lot of those vendors are the ones i would go buy items from. when I went to the information booth to ask where they all were they said after the covid era a lot just did not come back. we stayed maybe 6 hours (we usually stayed 10 or 11 hours. so i guess it will be a another five years before i go back. i will check their web site to check what the vendor will be at the fair (I did not do that his year) before I go back. if some of the vendors return i will go again. and i am not the only one who was disappointed, about ten other people that I know who went said the same thing. only difference is they only stayed a few hours.
