Regal Randy: Not a bad place. If you have a relationship with the people and are a regular they definitely treat you better then if you're a random customer. I used to go here with my father and they treated him very well, never any problems. Went by myself a few times and it's a different story. I get that in this industry it's hard to navigate a customer/business relationship but companies like this don't really have to do anything to get business. There are a few other options but convenience and location usually play a large part in how and why these businesses operate.

Sean Surprenant: I've had to change my rating because the last 4 or 5 months this place has gone downhill. I just loaded my van and went to the yard to be turned away 45 minutes before closing, now i have to unload everything. 3 of the last 4 trips the printer broke and I had to wait for over a half hour each time to get my weight slip. The atm malfunctioned one day and it took 20 mins to explain to the office that it was the machine not me. Today was outrageously inconvenient. I see the buisness responded saying they were open..... then why was there a guy on the scale yelling for me to turn around because your "closed" , obviously your not "always ready for your customers "

Johnny On The Spot: This place is fabulous and even if a bit tight to turn around in, I've dealt with tighter. Bob was excellent for being willing to meet up with me to unload on a Saturday morning and was very fast and efficient too. Also he had a great recommendation for a motorcycle and car museum to visit while stuck here in Springfield till Monday. You guys are definitely going to miss him when he retires in 3 months! As a trucker I can say this is definitely a five-star place to deal with.

They know the nearest steel supplier is an over an hour away. BTW I am writing this for a group of their existing customers.

No matter how often I am at this Home Depot, the staff are super engaging and friendly. The products are rarely hard to find. Its easy to get lost in wanting to start 10 billion projects here!

DucDucGoose: Had a very frustrating issue that I needed resolved and was fortunate enough that their Customer Experience Manager Arelys Baez took the time to hear out my concerns, get to the route of the problem and helped come up with a resolution. I’m going to be honest, I was extremely frustrated and she was nice enough to make sure my issues got resolved BEFORE I left the store. Home Depot, this one’s a keeper! :)

Anon Mouse: Customer service is unbelievably bad. Miserable older blonde woman had the nerve to comment that they were short staffed and that "nobody wants to work." Really? Do you even read the news? We have record low unemployment, so please just stop it, Karen. She said this to my face as 4 employees behind the customer service desk were literally doing NOTHING but talking to each other and the store was EMPTY. If nobody wants to work, it applies to your coworkers/ employees. People are working- but obviously not there (just collecting a paycheck). It was pulling teeth to just get a staff member to unlock the drills, which we couldn't buy because they were display. She then searched for the 2 drills on a high shelf via the ladder... One. At. A. Time. She literally went down to tell me they didnt have the first one then back up the ladder to search the same area for the second drill. She was having trouble remembering. Um, ever heard of pen and paper??? Or even the most basic-level principles of efficiency ??? 45 minutes after we got there (we came to buy just the 2 drills and we knew what we wanted right off) as we are being rung up, I asked the cashier a question (I hadn't previously addressed her) and she refused to even answer. Rude and must be poorly brought up. Another "worker" was literally just leaning on the counter with her elbow on it and her head resting in her other hand, doing NOTHING, just watching the cashier and me and nothing else...not moving even an inch even once in the entire 10 minutes we were being rung up. Talk about being disgracefully LAZY. I was so close to asking her, "Don't you have any work to do????" Listen, I had s#!t jobs too, where I was 10 hours on my feet but never once did I ever think this bad attitude and horrible way of treating customers was ok. If I acted like you, I would have lost my job. You are lucky to be collecting a paycheck at all. It's obvious that the management does not care.

Earnest Ford: Went to home Depot to return some unused products from a remodeling job they gave us such a hard time saying that the policy had changed the hundreds of thousands of dollars that was spent to remodel the wood cement bags even having the credit card from multiple purchase they still gave him a hard time in the only reason I can figure is that he was black.

eb bush: I was renting a vehicle and they disabled the truck so been calling talking to managers for days with nothing being done so I called my triple a to get it towed back to the store when triple a got there they did a walk around the truck and then told me they couldn’t touch the vehicle because it’s not registered and they showed me it expired in 2022 so I called the store manager and he told me he would get back to me never did so I called corporate today and they said they would reach out to store manager and have them call me that never took place then I just got a call for me to take care of the balance so they are renting out trucks that are not legal to drive and putting customers at risk if you look at sticker on license plate clearly it says 2022
