There are routine package thefts now that the security officer has been fired, there is dog waste everywhere as no one follows curbing rules, and the elevators are frequently stalled or broken without proper upkeep.

Dirk Dirkinson: 2 feet of what is now ice in parking lot of complex. No plow. Have to call them up to remind them to salt their walkways. They ignore issues you bring to their attention until you withhold your rent. True slumlords since under new ownership

soni richell: I’ve lived at Park Street Manor for 3 years now and it’s truly been such a great experience. When I first moved in, Pat was the manager and she welcomed me with open arms, made the move in process super easy and transparent for me, and even provided me with a welcome basket full of supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, a laundry basket, and more! Pat eventually retired and Annette took over and is truly the greatest example of what a manger should be. She has great communication skills and has always sent me a text or a phone call to see when it’s okay for maintenance to come into my apartment as I work remotely. The apartment grounds are very well kept. Beautiful landscaping, the carpet in the hallways is very clean and there is staff that comes to vacuum at least once a week. The common areas always smell like you’re walking into a bath and body works, very lovely. They are also beautifully decorated, so much so that my friends often call it a hotel lol. Plenty of parking space for tenants and visitors, even during Big E season. There is a laundry room on each floor of each building, which is also very tidy, and the machines conveniently have the option for you to pay online through a mobile app, or with a prepaid card provided to you. As for the apartments themselves, they are very spacious. Perfect for a single person, and just enough space for a couple. The apartments have a mixture of carpet in the living room and bedroom, and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Surrounding neighbors are very considerate of each other when it comes to noise level. Everyone is very friendly, and it is a very diverse community. The apartments are an 8 minute drive from the Riverdale shopping area and the century shopping center. During the Big E season, you’re looking at about a 15 minute walk to the fairgrounds which is very convenient if you want to avoid traffic and high priced parking. Unfortunately, my stay at Park Street has come to an end as I am relocating to a different town for personal reasons, but these apartments will always hold a very special place in my heart. 10/10 recommend.

Kayleigh Fisher: OK so look...The lofts are stunning. I lived in one of the fourth floor lofts for a year and then some, and LOVED my space. Big beautiful airy apartment with skylights, white walls, natural looking floors, white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous lighting, and a balcony.Management is pretty good, and I have to say that they got better with responding the longer I was there.But, like with all things that seem to good to be true, there's a couple of catches, and you need to know about these before you move in.Let's start with the homeless men that sleep in the atrium. There's a door from the street that anyone can open, that opens into a little atrium with the call box and a locked door that needs a fob to open. Off and on throughout my time living there, there would be a homeless man (sometimes the same one, sometimes someone else) sleeping in that little atrium - which if you don't have a garage pass - is the ONLY way into the building. As a woman living by myself I was not OK with this, and would sometimes come home late or leave early and someone would be there.Then let's talk about the parking garage. The big doors to the street only open with a garage door opener, and the doors from the garage into the building can only be opened with a fob. The trash and recycling are located in the garage, and more than once I locked myself in the garage by accidentally leaving my keys upstairs, and had to wait until someone came home and could open the door for me. Not safe, and very scary (hello fire hazard).The elevator leaves something to be desired as well. It often smells, and does some pretty sketchy things.The walls also are not soundproof. They're not bad, but definitely not great. My neighbor liked to party late into the night on weekends and I would often wake up at two or three in the morning to screaming and loud voices and other noises coming through the walls.Other than that... the building is typically pretty clean, but it's definitely unfinished. There are spaces with plywood benches outside the elevator on each floor that they told me would be finished (a year went by and absolutely nothing). It's a small thing, but for being advertised as luxury, it seems odd for things to be unfinished in public building spaces.So, rent at your own risk. It's a nice place in many aspects, but now you know the ways in which it leaves something to be desired. Overall, I mostly enjoyed living there, I just wish those other things had been different.
