Hugh Pfabe: Purchased a gift certificate for a couples massage, a service advertised on the website, as a Christmas present for my fiancee.My fiancee has now been calling and texting for weeks trying to book an appointment.First she received a reply saying that the masseuse needed to find someone in the area to do it with her... If you don't have a second person available, don't offer the service.Now, two weeks later, multiple calls and text messages later, there has been no reply.No scheduling. No offer to refund the money.

We had a couples massage and both Lindsey and Judy were great! Lindsey worked spots I didn't know were achy until then! Great survey you fill out on arrival asking about parts you'd like to focus on as well as places you do not want to be touched. Very pleased with the experience.

lindsay west: Made a last minute booking for an hour deep tissue. To say this was the best massage i have had in a long time is an understatement. The place was very clean, masks worn, and hand sanitizer used. I left with no pains in my body, which is a huge deal, since i live witn chronic pain. The masseuse made sure to really focus where i wanted her to, and paid attention to my breathing, asking every now and again if i was ok. It was overall wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

The store isn't that busy where you have 5 ppl working the floor and no one acknowledges you. Very terrible for a company that prides itself on excellent customer service. So we made purchases on this trip. I will not patron if no one acknowledges us within the first 10 minutes of shopping. Mays was helpful though out my entire visit. She understood her position and even got me to purchase additional items. Westfarms Mall is still my #1 retail location.
