Tina Lee: Since they’ve converted I don’t think I’ve had a prescription filled in under 2 hours.I have literally needed to stand there to force them to fill them several times, one of which I was clearly in distress and NEEDED my prescription ASAP. That one took about 3 hours from the time the doctor wrote it to it getting filled. The last 30 minutes of that time sitting there staring at them behind the counter.At first I gave them a lot of leeway because I know how hard it is to change computer systems etc. Now they can’t find my prescriptions to fill, filling them with the wrong medications, and are out of stock of common medications frequently. I don’t know why they can’t figure this out, but I’m done wasting my time. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Rebekah Marie: Sarah at Walgreens 501 Sumner Ave Springfield MA refused my Veteran father his heart medication. Apparently she is above the Pharmacist, PCP. And the federal government. She refuses to accept his prescription from his PCP stating my dad printed his OWN prescription. The military pharmacy accepts the PCP's script, but they closed last week before the holiday weekend and we were unable to pick it up there. The pharmacist at Walgreens accepted the script, and said it'll be about 20mins. She scanned in the script and we waited. When we go to cash out, this Sarah, comes up and literally said "I already told you No. This is just a printed script and I am.not taking it." Great job Walgreens . You're incompetent staff is refusing heart medication to a 65 year old Vet.

Angel Gomez: Wow… I have heard it all. Tonight, I asked for assistance and one of the employees told me I can’t buy the product because the manager has the key and she’s doing manager stuff. Also, line of customers with one register open, while the same employee was walking around doing nothing. This store got the worse customer service and laziest employees ever.

Deja Cradle: This location has took a hit from good staff leaving within the past two years. The recent reviews do this location experience justice. However the pharmacy technicians here are a bit unprofessional, today the main window was broken and there was a black and white sign, highlighted would’ve been helpful, ( I did witness insult of people’s intelligence) however I went inside to pick up my mothers prescription, thank god there was a lead there because the young curly hair woman almost gave me the wrong prescription for my mother! This has been my third issue with this location and I will be transferring my mother’s medication to a better location with more professional staff.
BillieDee SmithPirela: I've been having problems getting my prescriptions filled for the last couple of months and the ones I pay cash for seem to always be a different price every other week. The staff in the pharmacy be talking inappropriately about customers and other employees. Only one of the young lady's that works back there is helpful and knows exactly what how many refills I have on my medications. And I highly recommend that you don't go there at night. It's not a safe place at night.

For some reason the prescription was canceled by the "head pharmacist" I don't know who that is, but my doctor had to order it again, and it was canceled again.I spoke with my health insurance company who told me the prescription was 100% covered, and they don't know what the problem is with the pharmacy.I've offered to buy them from the pharmacy, who WON'T sell them to me because they say "a prescription is needed for them and there's no current prescription, because the head pharmacist canceled it" -----🤔REALLY???It's a very NEEDED specific vitamin-mineral supplement and I now have to go to eBay to bid on them.

Wendy Lin: I called the pharmacy as a healthcare provider, and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I spent 20 minutes on hold and then the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes before the staff hung up on me. My colleague attempted to call and was left on the phone for 45 minutes before they hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm glad I wasn't an ER staff member calling to figure out what medications an unconscious, trauma patient was taking because I likely would not have been able to get any answers from them. Completely unacceptable.

Talyn Munn: Terrible customer service. I was waiting to check out for about three minutes there was no staff. Terry came to check me out and didn’t speak at all until I said hello. He was not welcoming at all. Need to treat customers with basic decency atleast regardless if you enjoy your job personally or if you’re having an off day. I don’t remember the woman’s name at the pharmacy, but she was delightful, kind and very warm. Only reason why I gave two stars instead of one. I also think Terry is staff leadership, from my experience, he does not seem to be a well suited example to lead those under him if they are influenced by the actions of their leaders.

Tell It Like It Is Review Queen: DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST DONE AT WALGREENS ANY LONGER! This review is regarding their contract with Aegis Labs for Covid testing. Why on earth other than monetary reasons would Walgreens in Massachusetts be sending my covid test across the country? When Walgreens was primarily using Labcorp in CT the results were available in a timely manner during the Hardest times of this pandemic. NOW, going through Aegis it can take up to 3 days just to get to them. Ridiculous situation you are putting us people in from Massachusetts Walgreens. I will not be using your company again! SHAME ON YOU!

Sean Riopel: Similar Walgreens to all the others. Location is at the intersection of Parker and Boston Rd so you are close to a lot of different things from restaurants, shopping, mechanics, and the highways both 291 and the turnpike.
amy hunter: Pharmacy lost my prescriptions. Told them the Rx number they stated the prescription was deleted. Could not tell me how or why. Pharmacist was very rude, yelling she can’t do anything about it.
