Dave Don's Auto Body inc.: I am a small one man auto body shop in Westfield ,Mass.Keystone can be a good company if everything goes their way !! They charge collision repair shops a $5.00 misc. fee per order . One of their drivers told me not to pay it, others aren't paying.I recieved a phone call from Samantha from corporate office on 2-7-23. She insisted I owe $ 10.00 in as their invoice says misc. fees. I advised her that $ 5.00 of it was a wrong part and had to be re-ordered, not my fault. Keystone's mistake . I told her I would pay the $5.00 but not $10.00. She told me she would email the Agawam manager named Rick to confirm this & get back to me. I have left Rick 2 voicemails on his cell phone & no return call . Samantha has not gottin back to me either. OVER $5.00 THAT I DO OWE. Samantha tells me this is not a fuel charge, but a charge for everything along the purchase , & everyone else has charges out there ! As of 2-22-23 , Keystone has still cut me off from purchasing. I have no access to the online website .Insurance companies, salesmen & yes even Empire Aftermarket Parts employees think this is too much & unbelievable !!Empire thinks its good as all my purchase orders are going to them. All over $ 5.00Prior to this ,Keystone owed me a $50.00 chore charge for a wheel. First check they sent me was for $329.25. I called about this, It took just over a month and many phone calls to get my$ 50.00 refund . Yet when they did deliver to me ,I had to hand them a check every time upon delivery !!

My husband is a part for our car. she was supposed to come in a week. he went to the office, was closed several times. then he learned toreno the item will come in as much as 2 weeks. Office hours from 8 to 4pm. My husband went over 6 times as it was permanently CLOSED! This is fine? he paid the money and could not pick up his goods. he came at 9 am and 10 am, at different times. a couple of times the worker came out and said in a rude tone: we are closed. but they also have a SCHEDULE of work written. never go to this place!!! lose a lot of time
