cudaguy74: Absolute waste of time. Asked Richie this spring if he was interested in finishing 2 restoration projects with absolutely no rush and almost blank check and looking forward to his advice and expertise in getting them looking/sounding good. Gave him bikes and the complaining started immediately. Instead of using his knowledge and tools to get problems solved and move forward he just calls you and complains and whines himself out of any motivation and blames you for the work your paying him to do. 3 months later he doesn't want to proceed and come get your bikes. Heard everything from I have a rabbit in shop can't have gas around, the tail light is bleeding off battery, to he couldn't even figure out a defective fuel petcock. Sure he is fine for easy, straight forward stuff especially tire and battery changes and simple tune ups. But lacks motivation to get it done if not easy and a bit challenging job and has very, very poor attitude.
Michael Miano: Had some new tires mounted and balanced. Great service! No state inspections. Just general motorcycle repair and service.

Beato Marisol: Nice tour. I have a question. Is the chemical they used called polyuthane-based? If so, this is a Chlorine is another toxin found in polyurethane-based foam mattresses, and the chemical is capable of causing cancers in the bladder and rectum. Can you elaborate more Mustang?

Kevin Campbell: Just dropped off a 30yr old seat to be re-covered. A few emails and I was all set. Service was friendly and accommodating. Free return shipping even.A little hard to find on the street, but they're not really open to in person services. They could use a bigger/more obvious sign for the "ring for service" button inside. I walked right by it before calling the direct number to let someone know I was in the front office.I can't wait to get the seat back!Check out the before photos and I'll update once I get it back.

Nick Koscinski: Absolutely blown away with the level of customer service from everybody at mustang seats. I rode down there personally to try out a new seat for my Indian Challenger and was very happy that I did. They lete put it on the bike and go ride to feel it out, Got to meat the guy who made the seat and some of the team who all were great. I can't recommend this place enough, felt like I was hanging with old Friends! Call Trisha in sales for help with your next mustang seat! I'll be back for sure!
Michael Ferrara: I cannot say enough good things about Mustang... I was turned on to their product by a friend, and have since had their saddles on my last three motorcycles. If you're looking for an aftermarket saddle for your bike, do give them a go - they're beautiful, well-crafted, and comfy A.F.

Robert Johnson: I worked here for 6 years. In that time I have watched the quality of the products steadily decline. The never ending stream of management personnel who have neither knowledge of the product or process consistent ignoring the input of veteran employees have created a situation that is untenable for the employees and customers. It saddens me to see a quality product with such a good reputation sink to such lows. They are currently looking at outsourcing portions of the process to China of all places.
B x: Mustang was awesome dealing with a recent warranty issue. They went well beyond what could be reasonably expected and I commend them for their efforts. It made my life easier at considerable inconvenience to themselves. Their Super Touring seat is a quality product too. I'll be buying from them again.
JayJay: Horrible customer service. This is the last seat I will ever buy from them. I have an indian roadmaster and spent around $1300 on a new seat and trunk backrest. The seat is having some discoloration issues and needs warranty work done. I have received one response from all the emails I sent them. When I called I got the run around that the 6MB of pics I sent is over their allowable 10MB limit. That makes zero sense. I'm going to file a complain with the better business bureau.

Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.
