Danielle Canty: Went to the Liberty St AutoZone to pick up a portable heater/defroster. No customers there, place wreaked of weed, young man comes to the counter and asks me what I need. I tell him and he says "that doesn't exist" with a smirk on his face. I asked if he was sure, he proceeds to walk all thru the store and says, "Nope, doesn't exist! " Guess what, across the street at O'REILLY'S, IT EXISTS!! IF YOU DON'T SELL SOMETHING THEN SAY YOU DON'T SELL THAT, NOT THAT IT DOESN'T EXIST!! Need to teach your employees better!

Deja Wallace: I am in love with this store. There is a real team dynamic here. I came in for a low beam headlight bulb, Jeffrey and Louis installed it for me! They also removed my battery terminals to clean the corrosion, and applied some grease terminals..THEY DID NOT HAVE TOO! Wonderful people Jefferey and Louis are the best!

David Cross: Wanted to thank Jeremy. Been in multiple times over the months and he’s always extremely helpful and lots of knowledge on any vehicle I’m working on. Saved me a couple hundreds bucks on a fuel pump by telling me in 90s Ford put a reset switch in the trunk and over the years and a good pothole will trip the switch and turn the fuel pump off. Called my son and he found the button pushed it and my car started up! Another time Jeremy helped fix a problem I thought was my heater core but he asked if my a/c was working. I said no and he recharge it first and see if it makes the fogging go away and it did! Then another time he came outside to check my steering and showed me the easiest way for a straight axle to see what parts were bad. Diagnosed my trackbar and recommended I replace the old bolt also and it’s perfect now! Thank you Jeremy !

Shawn Kelly: I was upset I went to buy wipers for my sons car figuring it wouldn't be that much and they told me they didnt have the cheaper ones in stock so I had to pay 57 dollars for 2 wipers Bosch. That's a little outrageous for wiper blades.

m s: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, really helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, I should reiterate that, since there are a few stores in the neighborhood where staff cannot differentiate between an oil pan and transmission pan seals. You read that correctly. Most definitely worth a visit. Somehow this store always comes through, where other stores would not have immediately accessible parts (read: backorder) these guys just manage to find one on their shelves. Magic. Or, common sense when restocking materials. Either way, thank you.
