Carl Jalal: Absolutely nice people and beautiful variety selection of clothes. It has a good amount of clothes which are colorful and comfy for low prices. Background music is from good speakers played at a relatively soft volume, and it’s maybe a variety mix of upbeat pop. Wifey seems to like it and we shop here often.

Regina Jackson: I went in there around 7 PM on Tuesday. I've seen the greeter hanging clothes in the front a young guy. Mostly though I noticed he was on his phone the whole time and he hung 2 items of clothes the whole time I was there. The cashier however a lady name Katiria was super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about there products. When I went to cash out I had a very big order and she asked him for help because there was customers behind me he completely ignored her. She continued to cash me out efficiently with a smile on her face unbothered that he refused to help. In my opinion she should be promoted and he should be fired. She gets 10 🌟. He gets 0. Thank you Katiria in W.Sprinfield store for making my shopping experience with Rainbow great. We need more people like her behind the desk she knows what she's doing.
Gabriel Guzman: TERRIBLE. I'm giving them 'A SINGLE STAR' because of the lady that greeted us as we walked in. But the Spanish ONLY speaking brunette behind the counter was RUDE! It's sad, people accept jobs because they need money but they take absolutely no pride in that job only the paycheck which I'm sure they do nothing but complain about. If you want a higher paying position perhaps you should get a bit more education or look for a trade. And stay out of the retail industry so that you can leave room for those people who truly need jobs and appreciate the position once they accept it.

V V: I've been going there for years. It's gotten so bad that they just hang the defective items. I CONSTANTLY find clothes broken, ripped, incorrectly sewn. I bought 20 tank tops, most are like this. They can't help me because I took the tag off.... yet we ALL KNOW, they PURPOSELY HUNG THEM. YOU COULD NEVER PULL THIS OUT AND HANG IT WITHOUT NOTICING HOW OFF THE STITCHING IS. YALL HANG CLOTHES ALL EFFN DAY AND WANNA CLAIM YOU DIDN'T SEE THIS.. SO YOUR CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND YOUR WORK ETHIC IS POOR, IS BASICALLY WHAT YOU'RE SAYING... CUZ THERE'S MORE THAN 1..YALL ARE SO PATHETIC.

Lumarys Figueroa: No se merecen ni una misera estrella, pero tuve que darla para poder comentar, ni modo. Venden ropa sin marca a precio de "original" el dominicano ese es tramposo y malcriao. NO dan recibos, NO cambian mercancía, sin embargo no tienen ningún letrero que lo especifique. Tengan CUIDADO porque la ropa los tenis muchas veces tiene "damage" y se rompen rápido por ser de MALA CALIDAD.

Paul Stone: The store is quite large. The clothes are plentiful. Some of the aisles were a disheveled mess. The prices are pretty good. The employees seemed pleasant. No problems with parking.

Lately their selection of deodorants (both American and European) have increased as have their oral hygiene options.Not really the place to find coats and suits, like you used to years ago.Important to note... they still do lay-away all year round here. Most stores got rid of that years ago. And I believe you have 60 days to pay it off.
