Scott L: Couldn't be bothered to help out with answering a couple questions because they weren't making any money.Then wouldn't take back sealed in plastic in the original unopened box a set of Timken bearings cause they wouldn't be able to resell them with a guarantee
Dave Sacerdote: We needed a hard-to-find sleeve bearing that other local companies told us would take a week to get to us. E B Atmus sourced it and had it at my shop by 9 am the next morning. Can't get better service than that.

Michael Docter: Incredible Service! I used to go to Atmus all the time but these guys will go the extra mile and make sure you get what you need! For example I called them on Friday at 5:15 PM on Memorial Day Weekent, and they kept the shop open and got me what we needed. Our manufacturing facility would have had to shut down with out them.

Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

Kenneth Czuchra: I was flagged down by someone who told me my rear lights weren’t fully working. I called the Liberty Street O’Reilly store and explained the problem and also explained that I physically needed help to fix the issue. Kyle, the guy that helped me, couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he replace the bulb(s), he took my $$$ and brought me the receipt. And when I tried to tip him he refused! O’Reilly Auto Parts has a new customer! 🙂👍🏼

This Bagadonuts G: Definitely the worst O'Reilly's I have ever been to. Place is literally WILD, employees have attitudes, and honestly don't seem to want to help if it inconveniences THEM. Never had this issue with ANY OTHER store beforehand. Been shopping O'Reilly for almost 20+ years, I don't know if this is just a state street issue, but man someone needs to teach these people how to deal with customers and on how to provide service in a friendly manner.
