Cynthia Jones: They wouldn't take back an item I literally bought 3 hours earlier. Well that's there policy. Problem 1, the store return policy sign is unintelligible. Problem 2, if you're gonna issue store credit only then at least give me a gift card not a half of a "layaway " ticket with a hand written amount that doesn't even include the tax I paid on the item.And when I question why isn't the tax included you impatiently tell me that when I come back I'll get the face value plus tax. NONSENSE and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.You want to be all business about your return policy, but then hand me some shabby, inaccurate paper ticket and call it a store credit. Just low class, raggedy business practice.The owner has a horrible attitude. I won't shop here anymore. I've always gone out of my way to patronize this black owned business. But not anymore. If I'm gonna get a poor attitude and poor customer service from the owner, I will shop somewhere else.

Jasmine Miller: I went to Fu Fu's last week for the first time to get box braids. The women who was suppose to be doing my hair came late for the appointment. However, she was extremely fast, nice and I liked the end results. The prices are pretty typical prices for braids. I would go back there again.

Rosalind Velez: On google it states that you are open from 12-4pm on Sundays. I show up at 1:30 door closed, lights off and no one working even though the hours on the door say its supposed to be open.

Sierra Skye: I came in looking to tone my hair from bright orange to copper. The labels weren’t under the right colors, so we grabbed whatever was on the shelf and proceeded to dye my hair. Turns out instead of a chestnut we had grabbed black. The manager, Roberto, was EXTREMELY helpful. He was super sweet and made sure I got all the help I needed to fix the situation. He personally paid for everything I needed to fix my hair and the right color dye. Definitely the best costumer service I have ever received in any store. He went above and beyond what needed to be done to fix the problem, to make sure I was content and ready to come back for any beauty supplies in the future.

Mike and his team always greet you with a "hello" and a smile. Never makes you feel unwelcome or uneasy. I've never done box braids on my hair before so I felt a bit unsure at first.. however Mike and his staff (I'm sorry I don't kno her name) both made me feel good about my purchases and even made helpful suggestions for what I might need.
