Plan It Forever: The owner was humble and nice at the beginning. Now she’s stuck up attitude just because she has a store. Customer service is awful.
Jess Torres: It’s not surprising to see that the negative reviews are very similar to my experience at this shop. I puke normally let go of things but not today… it’s happen twice. This character Cathy THE OWNER! has no customer service skills. The one thing you want to do as a business is secure your clients/customers. She thinks that by compromising with a customer is the end of the world or better yet…will go bankrupt. She belittles her customers and employees in front off whomever. Not good! You I’ll catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. I will never go back to this place just because of the disrespectful behavior. Not professional at all. What a shameful thing! They have this girl who works on Sunday that give customers wrongful information about products just to sell. I spent $40 on a lash glue that did not work once. They’ll say whatever just to sell you a product. People, there are other options out there where you will be treated with respect and professionalism. Buy online…it’s cheaper. Every thing is overpriced at this place… no sales ever just not to loose money. The only sale is on super old nail polish.

Putnam Cosmetology: Today was my second time visiting this store! I felt like a kid in a candy store each time. I was buying nail items for my personal use and also for my students use at the Putnam Cosmetology program. The cashier working today was incredible and gave us great service and a few complimentary items for my students which I’m sure they’ll love. I love supporting small businesses and I will be back to purchase again soon!!!

Onigiri Hipster: Haven't been here in a while but I always know where I SHOULD go when looking for hair products 😉 Got some Christmas money for the 1st time in a while this year (I'm an adult on Christmas, I understood what I signed up for haha) anyways, I decided I'd spend it on supplies to get my hair braided. Mike and his team always greet you with a "hello" and a smile. Never makes you feel unwelcome or uneasy. I've never done box braids on my hair before so I felt a bit unsure at first.. however Mike and his staff (I'm sorry I don't kno her name) both made me feel good about my purchases and even made helpful suggestions for what I might need. Mike truly cares about the community he lives in and how his business supports that community. As always, thank you to everyone @Mikes Beauty Supply!
