Sara F: They're a ok salon supply store but their nail salon supplies are extremely lacking. You will mostly find hair products here, if you're a barber or hair dresser/hair artist then there is definitely a good selection of products. However if you have a nail salon you're better off not shopping here, unless you only need gel polish, because there isn't much else.
ann marie walts: As a local salon business owner, I just have to share that I've been shopping at Salon Centric, on and off for about 10 years.Meg, the manager, is so kind, friendly and such a hard worker.I'm always greeted warmly, and enjoy doing business there.

My experience was horrible the associate was rude and unprofessional.My daughter owns a salon and typically works with distributors to order her product. She needed to order redkin products due to her current distributor no longer selling that product. megan was rude and very unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I was so upset when I left the store that I am going to be reporting her to the management of this store and probably higher up management.Shame on her.

Shaneka O'Neal: Would've given 5 stars, but they didn't seem to have much options for braiding hair in the length I was looking for. Besides that they seem to have a good amount of hair products, lashes, wigs, etc. Another gripe I had was staff claiming they close at 230p on Sunday's when I called to confirm store hrs. They're listed as open until 3p on Sunday's. The guy said if I made it there by 240p they'd let me in. However, I got there prior to 240p and shopped til about 250p as they're listed as open til 3p. I understand businesses want to close on time, but that doesn't mean falsify hrs of operation with hopes to get us there sooner.
Keila Rolon: Best privies in towns he is worth every dollar and I love getting them half synthetics and half human lace they last me a long time and I look good on all of them I been a faithful customer for 10 years maybe more since I was 18 years old I'm 31 now

Rosalind Velez: On google it states that you are open from 12-4pm on Sundays. I show up at 1:30 door closed, lights off and no one working even though the hours on the door say its supposed to be open.

Mike and his team always greet you with a "hello" and a smile. Never makes you feel unwelcome or uneasy. I've never done box braids on my hair before so I felt a bit unsure at first.. however Mike and his staff (I'm sorry I don't kno her name) both made me feel good about my purchases and even made helpful suggestions for what I might need. Problem 2, if you're gonna issue store credit only then at least give me a gift card not a half of a "layaway " ticket with a hand written amount that doesn't even include the tax I paid on the item.And when I question why isn't the tax included you impatiently tell me that when I come back I'll get the face value plus tax. NONSENSE and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.You want to be all business about your return policy, but then hand me some shabby, inaccurate paper ticket and call it a store credit. Just low class, raggedy business practice.The owner has a horrible attitude. I won't shop here anymore. I've always gone out of my way to patronize this black owned business. But not anymore. If I'm gonna get a poor attitude and poor customer service from the owner, I will shop somewhere else.

However, she was extremely fast, nice and I liked the end results. The prices are pretty typical prices for braids. I would go back there again.
