P Shah: Food quality has deteriorated quite a bit recently. PORTIONS ARE VERY SMALL. $19 for a curry this size is ridiculous. Manhattan prices in Springfield. The TASTE is not authentic. Better off eating store bough frozen Indian food. TRADER JOES has a great selection of Indian food.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More

Kishan Sain: Favorite Indian food! We had the chat papri, chili paneer, lamb jalfrezi, and garlic naan. All were exquisitely cooked and exceptionally tasty with an even spiciness that was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable and street parking was easy on a week night. I’ll definitely be back whenever in the area!

Paul Lamarre: Tiny portions of lamb one bowl of rice for two people, inexperienced staff and when I returned a ridiculously small dessert the owner became argumentative. I will never go back.
S T: I am giving 2 stars for the taste of the food we got. It was ok but salty in addition to not one thing being the spice level requested. The poor and rude service, SMALL ridiculous portions and forgotten items were unconscionable for the price I paid for our dinner for 4 tonight. We will not be back. If you doubt my review look at how they respond to criticism, they blame everyone but themselves for their faults. If you are any kind of lover of Indian food save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere or cook at home. Save yourself the irritation. I could have saved myself near $100 instead of trying to support a local business and have a nice night at home with my family.
Kevin F: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chicken Tikka Masala Catering, Coconut NaanMore
Alan Pasterzik: A very over priced restaurant. Same small portion for lunch as for dinner. Like the Chinese they charge more at dinner time. Small bowl of rice for two people to share and they call jews cheap. Aked for two extra side of rice to go the waiter put in one when I asked him to separate the rice was told they were to busy. Well I was to busy to tip so we're even

I’ve had Indian food all over the UK and Pintu’s is as good as the best I ever had in London. Everything here is amazing. The staff is friendly and Pintu is a wonderful guy. He introduced himself the very first time I went there 16 yrs ago and he was as humble as could be. A humble restaurant owner is rare. His food speaks to his love for what he does. This place is a rare bit of excellence in Springfield.

Vivek Pant: We went to the restaurant today(April 1, 2023) and had a surreal experience. We were 2 families with 3 kids, one of which only eats home made food due to medical reasons. When we took out the lunch box, we were told that outside food isn't allowed, and when we told them that it's just for 1 kid, they told us that there are no exceptions. When we asked them if they'd want us to leave, they said sure, up to you.We were disappointed, more than we were angry. We've been to multiple American restaurants and no one does that.I expected better. 😞

Lucy Song: My South Indian friend's recommendation. The best thing is they provide south Indian breakfast, which my South Indian friend says they're the taste of the hometown. A little bit expensive honestly, but the tandoori (especially lamb) is pretty good, and normal dishes (which means common dishes without innovations) are delicious. Both vegetarian and non-veg dishes are good. Nice common service, nothing shining but generally pretty good.Vegetarian options: Many, and good.

Jamaica Spice Paradise Restaurant: what do users think?
Tashieka king: Best Jamaican restaurant!!! Best customer service, the lady was very kind and polite. The food was goooood and authentic !! Also the place was clean and menu was easy to read and they have a lot of options. This is definitely my favorite Jamaican restaurant in Springfield.
Joseph Kukharchuk: Incredibly flavorful , would recommend and will be coming back many more times.
Marlene Watson: We came from out of town and had the taste for some authentic Jamaica food. Googled Jamaica food and was excited wee'd found somewhere to eat. The guy was pleasant and the place was cleaned. We ordered takeout Jerk Oxtails and Jerk Pork. Got to our hotel and ready to dig in. Wow! Was I disappointed! Both dishes was flooded with gravy. . .smothered rice I called it. Both meats were tasteless. Only filled with gravy. The Cabbage had a funny taste, and the Plaintains were soft and tasted like it was fried in old oil. I am not sure how these people gave 4/5 stars, i think they don't know what authentic Jamaica food taste like and had been bamboozled all this time. Sorry, my recommendation is DO NOT GO THERE!! We called back the place to speak to the guy and got attitude.
Chidubem Ezekwem: Great service and food was amazing.

Everything was good, oxtail n rice were great, plantains were great, cabbage was a bit to garlicky but if u like garlic like then im sure you'd love the cabbage as well. Kiara Santiago: Food is so amazing! Service was great! I will be back!
LaMont Henderson: Food is good however they forgot my oxtail gravy which is disappointing for a $21 meal…
Erin Faith Page: We have a specific love and appreciation for Jamaican food so we have sampled from places all over MA, CT and PA. Jamaica Spice Paradise is by far our favorite spot. The owner is an incredible chef who takes pride in all he cooks and was happy to share some of his cooking history with us explaining that his food is original old Jamaican recipes.I am vegetarian and have had two of the stew options: the Bob Marley Stew which is rich and sweet and the Jamaican Stew which is rich and savory. Both are delicious and full of flavor. My spouse is a meat eater and has had Oxtails and Jerk chicken: the Oxtails are cooked to perfection, soft, moist, gelatinous and the sauce is the perfect rich thin kind. The jerk chicken can be ordered mild or spicey, it is moist, juicy, and full of flavor. We have also had the coconut rice, white rice, and rice and peas which are all delicious. The cabage is shredded almost like a slaw, flavorful, fresh, crunchy, perfect. The plantains are so so sweet, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Seriously... you have to try their food, it is worth every penny.
Miry Rios: Delicious everything was on point and perfect thank you🤗
Nick Bouchard: Food taste great and service was wonderful very friendly place with lots of meat options.
Hamzah Latif: Oh my God the food is so delicious, customer serves the best in Springfield. The whole place is clean and the way they serve you and present the food it top grade. I recommend anyone who love Jamaican food and peaceful place to eat come here. This will be the only spot I eat at. Come na mon.

Michelle Ifill: The food is delicious & the Chef is brilliant! What a wonderful experience!!!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian (ital) is savory satisfying.

Snigdha Nagar: The food is really good but the waiting time is too long. Also atmosphere is too dreary. Needs better lighting and faster services.Food: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Rickson Kuriakose: HORRIBLE online ordering experience and decent but salty food! Ordered ahead online so that I can make up for my long drive time. This order was confurmed by the restaurant. But after reaching there 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, I was told that the 'system' had a glitch and the order came in only 15 minutes before. They said another 20-30 minutes and I agreed. Meanwhile, I was witnessing multiple other parties coming in, complaining about the delay but eventually getting their order and I was still waiting. My order was finally ready almost 1.5 hours after my original pick-up time. And add my drive time to it, we had a pretty late dinner today! Server was apologetic but no other attempts to make-up for the wasted time.About the food, Charminar Dum Ka Moorg was excellent - really rich, creamy and flavorful. Paradise Chicken Fry and Goat Biryani were good but both were really high on salt. Chicken Biryani rice was ok but chicken pieces were kind of odd - it had regular chicken pieces and some batter fried chicken pieces which were for sure not part of original biryani. This was as well high on salt. Portion sizes and meat content were good. Gobi Manchurian was so sour and wasn't edible; we had to trash it.In short:1. Do not trust the online ordering, better to call ahead. Menufy (their current online order partner) customer service is also useless.2. Account for delays when you order ahead or dine-in.3. Literally empty restaurant, so don't think dine-in is a pleasurable experience.4. Watch out salt content.
Greyson Thorne: This place is okay. To be clear, I have always really liked the food, though I do not order meat, so I've never experienced anything overcooked or undercooked as dishes like saag paneer don't really have that problem. The food is very flavourful and a good price. However, the experience of dining inside is very, very sad. It feels like I'm having lunch inside of a workplace break room for employees - it's very much of an afterthought. If you do decide to order for pickup, the soonest my food was ready was 45 minutes and usually takes about an hour. I've even ordered on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm to see if they were busy. They were not busy, it still took that long. The service here is... okay? It's actually fine. The wait time and quality standards are the main concern. I still order there occasionally, but only once in a while. The food is good, but they need several more employees, better service, a COMPLETELY remodeled interior, and faster preparation times, as fast as 15-25 minutes on average but 40-45 minutes for Friday/Saturday dinner time.45 minutes as a 'minimum' wait time for one dish for one person is honestly a lot. I have waited an hour for dine-in more than once as their only dine-in customer before. I have not experienced these 90min to 2hr wait times that other reviews mention, but I imagine if you're ordering for a family of four or more for takeaway that that is very likely.I still recommend trying them, as the food is good, but there are other options in the area. If you own a car, Utsav, Godavari, Dhaba Whala, and Kumar's are all within a 15-min drive and their takeaway orders are no more than 30-35 minutes even on a Friday or Saturday night.
suma polasa: Worst customer service. And quality of the food is ok. We ordered 3 biryanis, did not receive gravy with it. They said we finished. Quality of biryani is also not good
Naman Soni: Food is okay and wait time is terrible. The estimates that they give over call/food delivery apps are too bad.
Karthika Selvaraj: The very worst experience… we had to wait 45 minutes after placing the order to get just one order of goat biriyani… and it came with goat pieces completely uncooked. We got a discount of 20 percent but still we had to pay $25 for this.. please do not take order if you guys can’t be responsible… Hell waste of time..
Jaspreet Singh Toor: One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They bought the Naan first and then 10 mins after they came out with the gravies.. we finished our food and 30 mins later they bought the biryani.
Bhargav Shastry: If you like to kill time and hunger I believe this restaurant is for you. Pathetic service for DINE IN and believe me pathetic is me being generous. The owner only cares about online orders. Looks like they have taken over this restaurant from someone else and showed them how to fail miserably. We were neither given water. We volunteered to get our can of soda from the fridge beside the billing counter. (We had an infant and a diabetic with us) I think they need to take a class on managing a restaurant for a few years and maybe after 5 years down the line think about starting this restaurant. We were only served after we asked for our order that took an hour. Apart from bad management, they have dementia too.The food was cold from inside. I don't know why did they took so long just to serve re-heated food. Still no water. We left after appetizers were served. Paid for what we had. Spoke with the restaurant owner. He was not even apologetic.I wouldn't wish this on my enemyYou are better off going to the Asian grill beside it.
nausher din: Service is so poor that I always have to wait minimum 45 minutes after the committed delivery time. This is not one time, at least 6-7 times. If you can’t make the food ready in 1 hour, say upfront that it will take 2 hours.
Raghu: Buryani is good, but expensive compared to the other restaurants.
Kelvin Quinones: The buttered chicken and garlic Naan were to die for. delicious! best i've ever had.
chris george: I've love Indian food and I've eaten at lots of Indian restaurants. This place really hit the spot! Food was fresh and flavorful! Staff was friendly and attentive.
annoma rukmini: Lady in the front desk was did best to manage in house dining along with the order to take out. Was friendly in explaining the items as well. Ordered fired rice and it was amazing with the portions as well the taste. It was filled was chicken and other flavors which yummy. Chicken curry had right amount spice and flavor. They could improve the interior of the space yet will definitely come again to try other items
Sunita Prakash: We ordered hydrabadi goat biryani as a take out - a bucket plus one plate. The biryani did not taste like a biryani, it had no flavours but most disappointing was the number of mutton pieces. The bucket had 3-4 less than 1 inch size mutton pieces and those too hard and fibrous. Absolutely the worst biryani we have ever had! And at that price it was a total rip off.
noopur jaipuriyar: The mutton biryani had no taste and had only two very small mutton pieces in it. All in all it was a bad experience, nothing to write home about! Very dissapointing!
Trecell POSITIVE VIBRATIONS: Ordered for the first time today, best Indian food I’ve ever had! Packed with flavor and spice! Customer service was amazing as well. Definitely recommend!
Samarjit Lal: worst biryani. Quantity and quality both sucks.
Ahmed Nahshal: Very good food highly recommended
Avyank Kuncha: The worst goat biriyani I had in my entire life. Very low quantity and quality is the worst with broken rice.Changing my review for the effort they have put to make things right but, the taste is not so great.

Glory of India: what do users think?
Anita Joseph: Overpriced food. Not that great. No dine in sad part. Horrible packaging leaked all over the paper bag. Should be proper containers. Very sloppy!!Everywhere else is dine in now. Covid rules are not in effect. Don't waste your money here.
Kevin Burke: Amazing food and wonderful service.
Melanie Marshall: My favorite Indian restaurant in the Valley BY FAR. I love the couple who owns it and the food is delicious!! You can’t go wrong, everything on the menu is amazing! I’ve yet to eat a better samosa!
Garcia Garcia: The lady needs to understand she is not the delivery drivers boss. Just be happy and appreciate the drivers for delivering to your customers.😒 Did your customers get their food? Yes right? So stop telling us how to do our job please. This is the only company that gives their drivers a hard time. Not sure I want to accept any orders from this company again.
dee Jay: The customer service is so bad , they dont have the phone atiqate. Dont kno how to speak with the customer. Food is bad . You guy’s probably close the restaurant with my suggestion.
Jonah Z: Amazing place, our favorite for takeout. The best Indian food in the valley.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot, Free street parking …More
Philip Deal: Very very bad. My chicken curry was like soup. Half the sauce was like chicken broth. I felt like I was eating chicken and rice soup flavored with curry powder. My wife got the vegetarian dish. The vegetables tasted like they were Walmart quality frozen vegetables. On top of that the final bill came out to almost $70. Whoever has given this place good reviews has never eaten real Indian cuisine. Waste of our money, do not recommend at all.
Sophia Berger: I am floored at how deeply disappointing every single dish was. Somehow every dish was too watery, too doughy, too bland, too oily, and for the cost it’s too expensive to throw out. You find yourself fishing for paneer in the saag paneer, for lamb in the lamb curry. Everything is somehow both too watery and too dry. The tandoori is bland. Even the gulab jaman, while drowning in syrup, somehow was bland. If I didn’t know I didn’t have COVID right now, I would assume I must have it and that’s why it’s all so flavorless. It takes a special skill to make everything poorly, and if the goal was to make someone never return, they would be great at their job.
Rom She: Bland and watery . Missing items from order.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Justin Brooks: Definitely the worst tikka masala and worst Indian food I’ve ever had, anywhere. And I’ve eaten Indian a lot. If I could give it zero stars I would. It’s supposed to be thick and but this was the consistency of water. There were vegetables in it too for some reason - I’ve never seen that before. Just watery tomato purée and onion with dry chicken diced into tiny little cubes. Garlic naan was overly burnt too. Worst Indian food I’ve ever tasted. Nice looking place and a lovely staff, but don’t order the chicken tikka masala or garlic naan. So bad that I had to throw it out.
Jesse Yishai: The food was not super flavorful, the saag paneer had very little cheese in it, and considering that it was overpriced. They didn't include utensils in spite of them being indicated in GrubHub.
Lamont Redd: The food and service were fantastic.
Niko Villani-Fragákis: Excellent food, very friendly staff. My partner and I were so happy to see that they have gulab jamun! We’re looking forward to returning.
Greg Chait: An abomination. A vomitorium. Horrible, awlful food. Worst Indian food I have ever had. The food was swill. Everything was offal.
Kate Rosenblatt: Very disappointed in two lamb dishes. Both very watery. ( One with mango sauce, the other a boti kabob masala.)There was hardly any lamb! Honestly it was a joke. The few pieces were cut up into tiny bits. Probably 4-5 bites per dish. Will not order again. Way overpriced.
niki dawson: Ordered a mild chicken Tikka and mango lassi and really love the flavors. Very tasty. Wonderful experience with time and delivery as well.
Heather Deirdre Norman: The owner are very friendly and accommodating. Portions are small. Tandoori chicken dry. Not horrible, but a little disappointing. Not sure if we’ll return. Picture of Kheer (rice pudding) desert for two! Bottle of nail polish for scale. Hardly a $4 desert.
Tami Sexton: Always gud 👍🏻 👌🏻
Basil Bartlett: Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: YesMore
Emilio Lazcarro: The flavors in their food are wonderful.
Kristen Mamulski: Amazing food! Very satisfied by their quality of food and service! I want to try their whole menu!
