All were exquisitely cooked and exceptionally tasty with an even spiciness that was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable and street parking was easy on a week night. S T: I am giving 2 stars for the taste of the food we got. It was ok but salty in addition to not one thing being the spice level requested. The poor and rude service, SMALL ridiculous portions and forgotten items were unconscionable for the price I paid for our dinner for 4 tonight. We will not be back. If you doubt my review look at how they respond to criticism, they blame everyone but themselves for their faults. If you are any kind of lover of Indian food save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere or cook at home. Save yourself the irritation. I could have saved myself near $100 instead of trying to support a local business and have a nice night at home with my family.

Bryan Dean: Pintu’s is a must stop every time I’m in Springfield. Every person I take here for dinner or lunch falls in love with this place. I’ve had Indian food all over the UK and Pintu’s is as good as the best I ever had in London. Everything here is amazing. The staff is friendly and Pintu is a wonderful guy. He introduced himself the very first time I went there 16 yrs ago and he was as humble as could be. A humble restaurant owner is rare. His food speaks to his love for what he does. This place is a rare bit of excellence in Springfield.

Lucy Song: My South Indian friend's recommendation. The best thing is they provide south Indian breakfast, which my South Indian friend says they're the taste of the hometown. A little bit expensive honestly, but the tandoori (especially lamb) is pretty good, and normal dishes (which means common dishes without innovations) are delicious. The guy was pleasant and the place was cleaned. We ordered takeout Jerk Oxtails and Jerk Pork. Got to our hotel and ready to dig in. Wow! Was I disappointed! Both dishes was flooded with gravy. . .smothered rice I called it. Both meats were tasteless. Only filled with gravy. The Cabbage had a funny taste, and the Plaintains were soft and tasted like it was fried in old oil. I am not sure how these people gave 4/5 stars, i think they don't know what authentic Jamaica food taste like and had been bamboozled all this time. Sorry, my recommendation is DO NOT GO THERE!! We called back the place to speak to the guy and got attitude.

Erin Faith Page: We have a specific love and appreciation for Jamaican food so we have sampled from places all over MA, CT and PA. Jamaica Spice Paradise is by far our favorite spot. The owner is an incredible chef who takes pride in all he cooks and was happy to share some of his cooking history with us explaining that his food is original old Jamaican recipes.I am vegetarian and have had two of the stew options: the Bob Marley Stew which is rich and sweet and the Jamaican Stew which is rich and savory. Both are delicious and full of flavor.My spouse is a meat eater and has had Oxtails and Jerk chicken: the Oxtails are cooked to perfection, soft, moist, gelatinous and the sauce is the perfect rich thin kind. The jerk chicken can be ordered mild or spicey, it is moist, juicy, and full of flavor.We have also had the coconut rice, white rice, and rice and peas which are all delicious. The cabage is shredded almost like a slaw, flavorful, fresh, crunchy, perfect. The plantains are so so sweet, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Seriously... you have to try their food, it is worth every penny.

Rickson Kuriakose: HORRIBLE online ordering experience and decent but salty food! Ordered ahead online so that I can make up for my long drive time. This order was confurmed by the restaurant. But after reaching there 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, I was told that the 'system' had a glitch and the order came in only 15 minutes before. They said another 20-30 minutes and I agreed. Meanwhile, I was witnessing multiple other parties coming in, complaining about the delay but eventually getting their order and I was still waiting. My order was finally ready almost 1.5 hours after my original pick-up time. And add my drive time to it, we had a pretty late dinner today! Server was apologetic but no other attempts to make-up for the wasted time.About the food, Charminar Dum Ka Moorg was excellent - really rich, creamy and flavorful. Paradise Chicken Fry and Goat Biryani were good but both were really high on salt. Chicken Biryani rice was ok but chicken pieces were kind of odd - it had regular chicken pieces and some batter fried chicken pieces which were for sure not part of original biryani. This was as well high on salt. Portion sizes and meat content were good. Gobi Manchurian was so sour and wasn't edible; we had to trash it.In short:1. Do not trust the online ordering, better to call ahead. Menufy (their current online order partner) customer service is also useless.2. Account for delays when you order ahead or dine-in.3. Literally empty restaurant, so don't think dine-in is a pleasurable experience.4. Watch out salt content.
Greyson Thorne: This place is okay. To be clear, I have always really liked the food, though I do not order meat, so I've never experienced anything overcooked or undercooked as dishes like saag paneer don't really have that problem. The food is very flavourful and a good price.However, the experience of dining inside is very, very sad. It feels like I'm having lunch inside of a workplace break room for employees - it's very much of an afterthought. If you do decide to order for pickup, the soonest my food was ready was 45 minutes and usually takes about an hour. I've even ordered on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm to see if they were busy. They were not busy, it still took that long.The service here is... okay? It's actually fine. The wait time and quality standards are the main concern. I still order there occasionally, but only once in a while. The food is good, but they need several more employees, better service, a COMPLETELY remodeled interior, and faster preparation times, as fast as 15-25 minutes on average but 40-45 minutes for Friday/Saturday dinner time.45 minutes as a 'minimum' wait time for one dish for one person is honestly a lot. I have waited an hour for dine-in more than once as their only dine-in customer before. I have not experienced these 90min to 2hr wait times that other reviews mention, but I imagine if you're ordering for a family of four or more for takeaway that that is very likely.I still recommend trying them, as the food is good, but there are other options in the area. If you own a car, Utsav, Godavari, Dhaba Whala, and Kumar's are all within a 15-min drive and their takeaway orders are no more than 30-35 minutes even on a Friday or Saturday night.
suma polasa: Worst customer service. And quality of the food is ok. We ordered 3 biryanis, did not receive gravy with it. They said we finished. Quality of biryani is also not good

The owner only cares about online orders. Looks like they have taken over this restaurant from someone else and showed them how to fail miserably. We were neither given water. We volunteered to get our can of soda from the fridge beside the billing counter. (We had an infant and a diabetic with us) I think they need to take a class on managing a restaurant for a few years and maybe after 5 years down the line think about starting this restaurant.We were only served after we asked for our order that took an hour. Apart from bad management, they have dementia too.The food was cold from inside. I don't know why did they took so long just to serve re-heated food. Still no water.We left after appetizers were served. Paid for what we had. Spoke with the restaurant owner. He was not even apologetic.I wouldn't wish this on my enemyYou are better off going to the Asian grill beside it.
nausher din: Service is so poor that I always have to wait minimum 45 minutes after the committed delivery time. This is not one time, at least 6-7 times. If you can’t make the food ready in 1 hour, say upfront that it will take 2 hours.

Sunita Prakash: We ordered hydrabadi goat biryani as a take out - a bucket plus one plate. The biryani did not taste like a biryani, it had no flavours but most disappointing was the number of mutton pieces. The bucket had 3-4 less than 1 inch size mutton pieces and those too hard and fibrous. Absolutely the worst biryani we have ever had! And at that price it was a total rip off.

Philip Deal: Very very bad. My chicken curry was like soup. Half the sauce was like chicken broth. I felt like I was eating chicken and rice soup flavored with curry powder. My wife got the vegetarian dish. The vegetables tasted like they were Walmart quality frozen vegetables. On top of that the final bill came out to almost $70. Whoever has given this place good reviews has never eaten real Indian cuisine. Waste of our money, do not recommend at all.

You find yourself fishing for paneer in the saag paneer, for lamb in the lamb curry. Everything is somehow both too watery and too dry. The tandoori is bland. Even the gulab jaman, while drowning in syrup, somehow was bland. If I didn’t know I didn’t have COVID right now, I would assume I must have it and that’s why it’s all so flavorless. It takes a special skill to make everything poorly, and if the goal was to make someone never return, they would be great at their job.

Justin Brooks: Definitely the worst tikka masala and worst Indian food I’ve ever had, anywhere. And I’ve eaten Indian a lot. If I could give it zero stars I would. It’s supposed to be thick and but this was the consistency of water. There were vegetables in it too for some reason - I’ve never seen that before. Just watery tomato purée and onion with dry chicken diced into tiny little cubes. Garlic naan was overly burnt too. Worst Indian food I’ve ever tasted. Nice looking place and a lovely staff, but don’t order the chicken tikka masala or garlic naan. So bad that I had to throw it out.
