Alexis Bean: I had a VERY successful prom dress shopping experience here. The associate who worked with me was very helpful. She found dresses that suited the style I was going for and even checked the factory stock for other colors! She was a very positive person who seemed to only be interested in helping me find my dream dress :) The price was extremely reasonable at David's because other dress shops were charging closer to $1,000, but my dress was a little over $300 INCLUDING alterations! There was no quality sacrifice for the lower price either; the dress is so gorgeous and altered to fit my body wonderfully-- I swear they work magic there!

My dress was not what I initially went in for, but once they showed it to me and I tried it on, I fell in love. They luckily had a seamstress that was able to make it fit me as of course it was the only one left. I got so many compliments and still find myself looking at it even after our special day. Wow do they have a cool selection!! I tried on some amazing styles. They order from Europe. Jason and his mom Irina were incredibly helpful and made me feel important. My mom was in the dressing room helping me put on the dresses while Jason and Irina handled our selection and put away dresses I had already tried on. Not sure which dress I will pick yet and where from but my experience here was great. The selection is super unique and the boutique is modern and clean. I also noticed they had some cool formal gowns for those looking for bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, or mother of the bride dresses. Definitely worth a look!!

Dayle Stowell: Season 2022We went on a Saturday in prom season, the place was very busy, however , the staff were phenomenal, they were on point, warm, helpful, and very attentive to everyone needs. They offer Alterations service and are prompt and well done. I will definitely be back for our next formal event.Season 2023. (Just call me Karen)The experience started similar this year, but the service was a major disappointment. They were pushy, rude, and were rushing everyone. No one was manning Changing area, to the point other customers are helping young ladies tie, and zip dresses( I've seen less chaos back stage of a fashion show) . While wearing the dress she was going to say yes to, after 3 hours and 23 dresses ( price of dresses range from$300,.00 to $960.oo plus tax) . She wanted to check the length, see if it was chaffing to arms, sit and move in the dress, and of course stand at the riser and be awwed over, before making her financial investment. However this year the staff were clip , snapped at her, pushy, and were the reigning champions of the stank face. Needless to say they put her close tears.The dress selection are fire . We found most of the designers and dresses we have been looking at online..... But this year.... Just B , wasn't bringing the A game.Ps. I once bought a $700.00 outfit I never wore, just because the women at the boutique, made me feel like a queen. Sometimes it is about the experience more than the dress.

Pepsi Gorton: They have a huge selection of prom dresses, and there I was looking for a mother of the bride dress with no appointment and the store packed with mothers and daughters at the height of prom shopping season. The store owner, Bianca, stepped in and took care of me personally. I found the perfect dress, and the shop owner got the dress in the color I wanted, arrived in 1 week! I'm still not sure how she worked that magic, but I am so pleased with the service, respect, honesty, and my dress!

Go somewhere where your MONEY, and concerns are valued.Update: My sister & I actually came here last year to find her sweet 16 dress. We chose to go with another store because, my sister felt that this store was ghetto. So we’ve been here before. Secondly, your complaint was faulty (since you didn’t tell the full story, and made it seem like I was loitering.) I also have a dash cam that records with audio. Respectfully, respond to the positive reviews, as those should be a #1 priority.

Folks are like, "you must have the best "personal shopper!""I wasn't really thinking of it that way...but I really do.I'm so grateful for B and Doll always knowing my size and style so well! & just having great taste overall. I have so much respect for this local business owner who also happens to be a woman of color. This boutique is solid and always offers the one of a kind flare needed in my career /as an influencer. When the OG's can't be on site, there are trained, knowledgeable team members to make me feel at home, whether in person or over the phone. Olivia Iv: Got my junior prom dress here. Definitely don’t recommend this place. I picked out my prom dress and was assured that no one else at my school would have it. A few days after I purchased this very expensive dress I saw another girl buy the exact same one. I called and emailed JustB and they said it was “an honest mistake.” Any other instance this would be okay but they assured me I would be the only one with this dress, I called and told them how upset I was because it was a $300 dress and they wouldn’t give me a refund. They said I could use store credit to get another dress, forcing me to continue shopping there after my bad experience. I came back a second time to look for a new prom dress and the service was horrible. The staff is rude and you can find better dresses just about anywhere else. I don’t recommend, with prices like theirs there should be no “mistakes.”

samantha moore: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The women who did my alterations was incredibly rude and rushed to take measurements. She refused to look for the extra piece of fabric that I asked for multiple times before alterations were even done which were all sitting in a bag on the floor. My dress was shorter than I asked for as well so not worth the 130 dollar alterations. I would advise others to get alterations done elsewhere.
Kyliah Hoff: When I first arrived, I was greeted and got started looking for a dress. They then rushed me to get into the fitting rooms and I had to try on my dresses quickly. After I was done with not finding a dress, I handed the dresses to the woman working there and she said “you didn’t have to bring them over, you could have just left them” with a bit of an attitude which didn’t make me feel like I was a valued costumer. After discovering that all of the prices were from 300-500 dollars just for a simple silk dress and it takes a whole month just to revive the dress. I overall had a bad experience at this place.
Karla Rivera: Thieves! They kept my money down and other people’s money for prom dresses for proms that were canceled due to the pandemic in 2020. A pandemic is a force majeure that voids any contract, but not for them apparently!! A pandemic is not the customer’s fault and we should’ve received a refund or at least store credit, especially when these businesses received PPP loans to keep them afloat. Will never give them my business and would not recommend to anyone.

Corey Palmer: I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a friend’s wedding. After giving my measurements to the store we purchased the dresses from, they suggested I measured wrong and gave me a smaller size. Surprise, it didn’t fit. I had a good few inches between each side of the zipper. I called so many alteration places and all of them said they couldn’t restore it, that there wasn’t enough in seams. I called Vera, and she said to bring the dress in. Vera saved the dress and then some. She took half of the zipper off and turned the back into a lace-up corset-style above the remaining zipper using the hem she took off that I would’ve needed anyway. It looked so seamless, as if the dress came that way. She is truly amazing. I came back to her for my wedding dress alterations and she made a perfect bustle that was inconspicuous in the lace of my dress. I can’t praise, thank, or recommend Vera enough for her work and for helping me when no one else would!Service:Alterations
Phoenix Wright: I needed some alterations done on my prom dress very last minute (we called with less than 2 weeks before prom!). We did a fitting the next day, and within only a few days after that, we got the call saying that the dress was done. Went for another fitting earlier and it was absolutely flawless! The shoulders fit just right and the length was perfect for my height and the shoes that I'm wearing! Vera was so friendly, kind and very helpful. Barbara was so helpful and professional, she helped inside the dressing room and styled the dress perfectly with a veil. She clearly knew what she was doing and seemed to be very experienced. The atmosphere was so cute and feminine, perfect for a “Say Yes to the Dress” moment. It was truly a perfect day, we could not have asked for anything more and I’m happy my friend left satisfied with her perfect dress.

Sarika Rainey: Bridal Corner let me try on dresses (for my October 2021 wedding) fifteen minutes before closing, which they didn’t need to do. Being rather shy about dresses, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The staff, however, asked me to try on a dress that they thought I’d like based on my vague descriptions and it ended up being the dress I really loved. The staff were very nice and everything from alterations to fittings to tuxedo rentals went smoothly, even though I was a little late on finding a dress. A heads up to brides that someone helps you in and out of dresses here where other places either let you mostly change in private before helping or, in the case of David’s Bridal, let you try everything on by yourself.

I worked with Barbara and she was brilliantly knowledgeable, gave a perfect mix of giving me exactly what I asked for and pushing me outside my comfort zone to try different styles that she felt would work (she was always correct, by the way). As a plus size woman I dreaded wedding dress shopping as I had heard horror stories about how folks like me are treated. But they had a huge variety of dresses that actually fit!!! I was blown away.I didn't end up buying my dress from Bridal Corner but I cannot sing their praises enough. Barbara helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for (which was pretty much the opposite of what I thought I wanted!). Thank you so much for the kindness, knowledge, and support through what I thought would be a difficult experience!
Lee S: Bridal Corner is a very beautiful spot to get your wedding party gowns. The inside is larger than it appears on the outside and is well decorated to give that touch of elegance. They have a great variety of dresses to choose from. The prices can be high but these are quality, designer gowns that you cannot find at your local, big chain wedding stores. The gowns range from simple to extremely detailed with beading, sequins, and rhinestones.The staff were very helpful with suggestions. After searching for a while at other locations, the mother of the groom finally found a gown that she fell in love with.The only thing that threw us off was the gown required a 75% deposit which is extremely high compared to other vendors. I could wrap my head around 25-50% but 75% seemed a bit exaggerated. If you find something you like, you might as well be prepared to just pay it off at that point.All in all it was a good shopping experience and I would return again for future needs.

She totally talked me off the edge. I’m SO glad I said something because she let Marissa know right away and they took care of everything for me so quickly. Excellent customer service! They really eased my mind and made me feel assured that everything would be perfect for the big day-I’m so glad I said yes to the dress at Bridal corner. They really treat you like family ❤️

But I was really glad I kept my appointment and I was greeted by a friendly lady. I was led upstairs and Barbara quickly came over to me with a smile. I explained to Barbara what I was looking for and that I needed a dress in a month! And oh boy did she work hard! I must have tried on least 10 dresses and I fell in love with 1 or 3 =). Thank you, Barbara! A couple of days later I met with Marissa and we made some changes to my dress. She was so understanding and was so nice to work with! Lastly, Barbara sent me a personalized thank you card which I greatly appreciate!I can't wait to put on my beautiful and personalized dress. Thank you to the wonderful team at Bridal Corner!

I called to schedule an appointment for my best friend whom is getting married soon. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, seemed as if she was trying to turn us away. Stated unless we were sure we were buying a dress then we shouldn’t come and we can not try on dresses there, only purchase. Which how would we know that until we tried on? Very odd experience, will stop referring people here.
Jenna Balogh: The owner Ellen and her two team members, Jen and Sam, were absolutely great! At the first dress shop I visited, I tried on 15 dresses and left confused. At Ellen’s shop, the second dress I tried on was everything I could have wanted in a dress and more. Ellen and her staff were full of compliments and even showed what the dress would look like if I wanted to alter it in different ways. Ellen and her team members are knowledgeable about the dresses in store, and take the time to make the appointment feel personal. The store is full of beautiful dresses, and the owner and staff members have a sense of humor and kindness that helped make finding my wedding dress a wonderful experience!

Ellen, and her team, created a positive, family-like, atmosphere and have continued to help me - even after I purchased my wedding dress! I ended up finding the dress of my dreams, in a style unlike any I had seen at the other dress shops. They sell very high quality dresses for 50% off! I would recommend this place 1000x over. If you haven't found the dress yet, it is worth it to check this place out!!

I found my wedding dress here and it is the nicest quality piece of clothing I have ever worn and I was able to get it for 50% off the list price. During my appointment I had three wonderful women waiting on me. I felt like a queen! You have to come here if you want a boutique experience and designer quality without paying the designer price tag.
