The store owner, Bianca, stepped in and took care of me personally. I found the perfect dress, and the shop owner got the dress in the color I wanted, arrived in 1 week! I'm still not sure how she worked that magic, but I am so pleased with the service, respect, honesty, and my dress!

When the OG's can't be on site, there are trained, knowledgeable team members to make me feel at home, whether in person or over the phone. Olivia Iv: Got my junior prom dress here. Definitely don’t recommend this place. I picked out my prom dress and was assured that no one else at my school would have it. A few days after I purchased this very expensive dress I saw another girl buy the exact same one. I called and emailed JustB and they said it was “an honest mistake.” Any other instance this would be okay but they assured me I would be the only one with this dress, I called and told them how upset I was because it was a $300 dress and they wouldn’t give me a refund. They said I could use store credit to get another dress, forcing me to continue shopping there after my bad experience. I came back a second time to look for a new prom dress and the service was horrible. The staff is rude and you can find better dresses just about anywhere else. I don’t recommend, with prices like theirs there should be no “mistakes.”

samantha moore: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The women who did my alterations was incredibly rude and rushed to take measurements. She refused to look for the extra piece of fabric that I asked for multiple times before alterations were even done which were all sitting in a bag on the floor. My dress was shorter than I asked for as well so not worth the 130 dollar alterations. I would advise others to get alterations done elsewhere.

Kyliah Hoff: When I first arrived, I was greeted and got started looking for a dress. They then rushed me to get into the fitting rooms and I had to try on my dresses quickly. After I was done with not finding a dress, I handed the dresses to the woman working there and she said “you didn’t have to bring them over, you could have just left them” with a bit of an attitude which didn’t make me feel like I was a valued costumer. After discovering that all of the prices were from 300-500 dollars just for a simple silk dress and it takes a whole month just to revive the dress. I overall had a bad experience at this place.

Karla Rivera: Thieves! They kept my money down and other people’s money for prom dresses for proms that were canceled due to the pandemic in 2020. A pandemic is a force majeure that voids any contract, but not for them apparently!! A pandemic is not the customer’s fault and we should’ve received a refund or at least store credit, especially when these businesses received PPP loans to keep them afloat. Will never give them my business and would not recommend to anyone.

My brothers came from out of town and they were able to get them tuxes on short notice when they arrived for the wedding weekend. Super easy process through and through. Everyone looked fantastic!

Jen Aras: What a joke this place is. Not one tux in the wedding party didn't have an issue from missing pant's buttons to shoes falling apart. The tux had a look of a toddler suit with everything adjustable except the shirt that was measured for that didn't fit. Almost $250 for a tux that looked like a clown suit! Big box stores definitely know how to run things, that's where I will be taking future business.

She found dresses that suited the style I was going for and even checked the factory stock for other colors! She was a very positive person who seemed to only be interested in helping me find my dream dress :) The price was extremely reasonable at David's because other dress shops were charging closer to $1,000, but my dress was a little over $300 INCLUDING alterations! There was no quality sacrifice for the lower price either; the dress is so gorgeous and altered to fit my body wonderfully-- I swear they work magic there!

I had someone coming to get measurements for a suit who lives over 3 hrs away… we would call Khalid the day of and be told he would be at his store… however each time we would get to the store, the gate was down and lights off with no response… this happened over 4 times.Being understanding- knowing during the pandemic you can lose employees, etc… We found a way to make it work without physically coming to the store…However what REALLY threw me over the edge was my groomsmen coming to PICK UP HIS SUIT and Khalid informing my groomsmen he never ordered the suit for him…My fiancé and I went today to the store to grab the rest of my belongings and Khalid was making nasty accusations and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. 1 and done with this business, never again.As for the seamstress- she was amazing!! If she had a personal business I’d rate her above 5 stars. The communication on her end, the accuracy, and the professionalism is unmatched when it comes to Lady Di vs Khalid.I highly do not recommend Mens mart.😊

The Bay state Collector: I am getting married in 3 weeks. This company has been nothing but issues from the get. Khalid is a terrible business owner and works very poorly when it comes to communicating. As a business man myself, I am appalled with how he hands his professionalism. It was like pulling teeth for my groomsmen to get their suits, with one of my groomsmen STILL not having a suit. I stepped into the store today to pick up bow ties and the approach he made to my wife was unacceptable. Speaking to a woman in such a manner is disgusting and I hope he doesn’t speak to his mother nor wife the way he TRIED to speak to mine.Issue : We have people in our wedding party who are from out of town. We would communicate with Khalid as well as go off the hours he has posted on google to make sure our wedding party has the proper attire and is seen by Khalid. TODAY (after nearly a year of dealing with us in business) Khalid informs me and my wife that he is an APPOINTMENT ONLY BUSINESS. We were never giving this information prior to today. If this is the case- we suggested him change his business hours as they portray false information.2nd issue : Khalid falsely and inaccurately gave us information and then when we corrected him, he became confrontational and began trying to speak to my wife in a disrespectful manner.3rd issue : After completely business with Khalid, as a professional business man myself, I brought my hand out to shake for service and he did not shake nor thank me for MY time.4th issue : Being told yesterday that one of my groomsmen suits are not and never were ordered (after he had been in not once but twice for measurements) Khalid informed us that he has to ship the suit from his store in CT to the store in the mall in MA and Told is he should charge us the shipping fee to ship a suit that HE SHOULD’VE HAD MONTHS AGO. This is comical with how irrational he is. Please do yourself a favor and don’t do business with him.I usually do not take the time out to do reviews however I do want to provide legit feedback and if I could potentially help the next customer that Khalid tries to screw over than my job has been complete.Working in an industry where communication is VERY important, I am concerned for any present customers, hopefully their experience will result in a more positive outcome rather than how ours did.
