Luis Rodriguez: The back of my SUV (ford expedition) never gets clean/wash. So I go back around 2 or 3 times hoping they could manually wash it and it does not happen. I pay for membership to get half wash car. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Next time I will take a photo and submit.

Several unanswered emails and phone calls. Finally decided to eat the gas and make the 43 mile one way trip out and they are completely closed down. M C: I’ve been a member since I bought my Toyota Highlander in 2019. The service is always excellent. The SUV always comes out clean. Have had my SUV detailed and I’m always astonished at how clean it comes out. Totally worth the price. That hard to vacuum dog hair is never a problem for the detailing team. If they are closing because the car wash is in fact broken beyond their normal broken, perhaps it would be helpful to show the employees how to turn off the OPEN signs ?? Michelle Cretella: WARNING! Your car will get scratched up and chipped paint after going through this car wash!! I have had my brand new car for less than a year and after 1 time in this car wash I have several deep scratches and chipped paint from this car wash. I do NOT recommend. You do not get what you pay for, I received the basic wash when I paid for premium. The line is long and the person loading the vehicles on the line was texting and waving his hand without looking at the cars or guiding them on. My tire didn’t go on the line and completely stopped while the guy continued to wave me on. The people aren’t doing their job and the customer service is SUB sub-par. Definitely go anywhere else. They are just collecting dollars without customer appreciation. Extremely disappointed and upset. $24 and now I need a new paint job. AND my car isn’t even clean!!

Rick: I’ve been going to Golden nozzle for years and I’ve been hit by other cars three times now. Most recently a car stopped in front of me and the rollers pushed me into it causing $1300 worth of damage to my car. All three times I’ve been hit, the cars who caused the accident took off. Two times they were able to get the license numbers from video but one time at the Golden Nozzle on E. Columbus Ave. they couldn’t see it so I had to pay for the repairs. I just would hope that they don’t pack the cars in too tight. I purposely try to maintain a distance from the car in front of me, but I have no control over the car behind me.

Kevin Allen: If I have a older vehicle that has ANY paint issues, rusting, Don't use this. This wash has been ripping any paint bubbles open, exposing many more bad spots. WAY to ruff. Especially when it's cold 1. those friggin super heavy wash noodles become frozen swords bashing your vehicle and 2. If something real dirty came before u, you'll have rocksdirt sandpapering your vehicle as well.And I had the most expensive wash u can buy with the "protective hot wax".

Bee Hill: Been coming here for years. I think this is the best auto wash around but definitely not the cleanest. There can sometimes be a long line but it moves fast. It's a popular gas station as well, so it's pretty congested. Drive slowly through here because there's cars darting out from everywhere. I miss $5 Tuesdays.
matt LaMagdeleine: UPDATE: Apparently there was another hydraulic line broken because those hydraulic fluid all over my truck after I went through twice. So they broke a hydraulic line inside the car wash fixed it for the hydraulic fluid the still on the pads that wash your vehicle so when you go through the carwash they're taking your money and spreading hydraulic fluid all over your vehicle. One of the worst things for your vehicle is brake fluid on your car's paint brake fluid is hydraulic fluid so why not just shut this place down and fix the problem instead of taking people's money
