Karen Barr: Got my car washed this weekend and a greasy streak the length of my suv was left behind right through my field of view. Had to have it scrubbed off the windshield and then rewashed. The second long red clothes are in much need of replacement! They have black "greasy junk" from the top where they are mounted to the mechanism all through their length. Please replace soon!

Chuck Ford: There was a hand scribbled sign "back in 20 minutes " at 11am. I waited a half hour and no one showed up. Several other people stopped and said this has been a common occurrence at this location. I've yet to hear from their office.

Erica A. Morin: I went here on 12/30/20. The female employee with poorly-dyed blonde hair and glasses was incredibly rude to me and the car before me. She literally went to their window and pointed at them, as if she was yelling at them. I specifically tried to be nice to her when I pulled up because she was so rude to the car ahead of me. When I handed her my card, she snatched it away and snapped at me “neutral, no brakes” very loudly. She had not even returned my card and she snapped at me again. She was excessively and unnecessarily rude. I will not return to this location.
Shaun Calhoun: I went to this location on 8/10/2020. Nobody was there so I pull up and waited for 30 seconds. A lady came out told me she is refusing with me because I didn't wait for her. I had to ask her name because her name tag said "Boss Lady". She told me her name is Ashley. So I back out and left. I have been going to this Golden Nozzle for the past year and she is always rude when I go there.
Patrick Garrity: DO not bring your car to this place. On Wednesday I hand washed mine. Today I went to this car wash and they scratched the heck out of my left rear quarter and the right side of me cars fender. I got yelled at by the attendant because I didn't put my car in natural fast enough. Because of my experience I will never go to a car wash again.

Stephanie Nimchick: They say if you are not happy with the wash they'd re do it for free, that's incorrect in my experience. Soap was still on my car after I went through the car wash and when I asked for another wash I was given the excuse of there were too many cars when in fact there was only 2 in the line!!

Ken: Best deal around for a nice clean car when you sign up for the unlimited wash pass. Multiple options are available for washes. Highly recommend this program especially if you like to keep your car shining. Bonus... Free use of vacuums and a full service gas station are on site!

Austin Huot: Love the Golden Nozzle in Hadley but the Westfield location doesn't compare. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the car wash itself is subpar. It didn't dry as well and the components were too close for comfort on my mid-sized SUV. That being said, I'm a money subscriber so it was fine for being "free".

Danny Gonzalez: Machine didn't spray out any soap on the soft touch wash. When the gentleman who does maintenance arrived, he argued with me saying that it was my fault (somehow). When he went thru it afterwards it did the same thing. There's no way to contact the owner which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. Hopefully they see this and address the issue along with the unprofessional maintenance worker. Also it isn't 24hrs. The maintenance worker told me it closes at 8 p.m. as he was turning on the lights and putting up the cones at 10:47 p.m. I'm guessing he overslept.

Jason Perez: The car wash is great yet sometimes the car gets filled with soap and you cannot wash again unless you pay another 9$. Also the vacuum cleaners are free the owner stated that it was because people come and open the vacuum door and take out the trash which is true however I took it upon myself to clean the waste and have been waiting for two weeks to see if they turn them on and nothing. I go to work early so I am there early yet no vacuum. No way to contact the company. Other than that it’s a good car wash when it works I just wish there was a way to communicate with the owners

I called the phone number and left a voicemail because after paying $20 (I know super ridiculous) for a car wash, my vehicle was still super dirty and had this blue stuff all over it. No one responded back. Stay away from this place. We as a society need to stop supporting places that don’t care about their customers!

Michael Goss: Visited this business a few time for touchless car wash services, and this, sadly, will be my last. Not only are they more expensive than some other ones, but they also don't do what you pay for---WASH THE CAR. Paid for lower end car washes before and this time paid for top of the line for $20. It was the same amount of time as the previous washes and it came out with soap all over the car and literally looked like it wasn't even washed. I usually go to location in Chicopee and I will go back there. If you want to waste your money and not get your car washed, then go here I guess.
