In addition, I felt among all the dealerships I spoke with he was the ONLY person who listened to me and found the vehicle of my dreams. Chris was super personable, friendly and efficient. Igor was a perfect gentleman and has the patience of a saint. He reviewed all the details in my vehicle and reviewed every option. Each one was professional, and valued my time. They all worked so hard when taking delivery of my vehicle. I had an excellent and pleasant experience with Bertera of West Springfield, and I would not hesitate to go back. I am so happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I look forward to driving it! I also referred my husband there for his upcoming lease expiration. Thank you all so much!

I made an appointment to get my car fixed that they advised for me to get and had my car all day and didn't call me and when I came to pick it up they didn't touch my car. They didn't order the part like they said. They don't answer the phone. The workers are rude. This is not the place to go!!!!!.Please don't waste your time or money!!! Terrible service. I understand staff shortages but be Honest and let the people know that you can't deliver ! Communicate instead of lying. People have lives and they need there vehicles.

lasander williams: Don't deal with this dealership they say one thing and do another. I leased with them the first lease was new for me and I went over milage by over 30,000 miles and I paid it. So I love the Ram 1500 don't get me wrong but when I leased the second time I said give me more miles on my lease so they said we can give you 12,000 miles so I agreed I bought back the lease with less and now they are trying to say I went over again and I bought the truck back with 11,500 miles on it which is 500 miles under. So they are crooks and they were trying to say there were lots of damage the truck was mint when I bought it back. So be careful when dealing with them I thought they were a reputable company 🤔

Over the years we were forced to bring our jeep to the dealer for repairs because we had a “warranty” which they don’t even honor anymore….anyways every single time we brought it in something came back worse. Recently they messed it up again by not fixing the real problem and making things worse. 2k plus later had to have repairs done at another place to fix what they didn’t AND what they broke(ripped wires making o2 sensor inoperable) Never ever take your car to berterra for service. They not only won’t repair your vehicle correctly they will mess it up more. Total scam artists, overpriced, no ethics whatsoever. Yes we complained many times in the past and were ignored. Our bad for thinking new staff would repair it any better. Out thousands of dollars trusting these incompetent people! They will come on here and say “contact us” but in reality do NOTHING. Trust me don’t learn the hard way. Run away if you need repairs!!!!

Honestly, it would be funny if it wasn’t all 100% true.We bought a pre-owned Accord in late December. Approximately a week later we get a call from Bertera saying that we needed to bring the car in to repair a seized brake caliper, but they didn’t have the part in yet. [WHY DID THEY SELL US A CAR THAT THEY *KNEW* HAD A SEIZED BRAKE CALIPER?]They said they would call when the part came in. We didn’t hear back, so we called three times over the next week or so, and on the third call I learned that the part was in. [WHY DIDN’T THEY CALL US AS SOON AS THE PART CAME IN, INSTEAD OF US HAVING TO CALL THEM?]I scheduled a service visit for the following week, and was told the work would take ~2 hours. On the day before, I called to confirm the appointment. The Bertera service department told me there was no appointment listed and, best of all... they had NO RECORD that I had even purchased the car from Bertera! [REALLY? WTH? I LITERALLY HAD THE RECEIPT IN MY HAND]After correcting that mistake, I was told by the technician that the repair would take a full day (and not several hours), but that I needed to bring it in as soon as possible. [AGAIN, IF IT WAS URGENT, WHY DIDN’T THEY FIX IT BEFORE SELLING ME THE CAR, OR AT LEAST CALL ME WHEN THE PART ARRIVED?]When I brought the car in for the repair (this was now nearly four weeks later), the sales team gave me a key fob that the previous owner had forgotten to return. The key didn’t work. I asked the Bertera associate to check the key fob battery for me, and after a few minutes he returned and said the battery wasn't the problem. Instead, he suggested that I go to a Honda dealership to program the key. So I did that and, after paying the dealership an $80 programming fee, I found out…. the key just needed a new battery. [DID THE BERTERA ASSOCIATE EVEN CHECK THE BATTERY?]Throughout this process, I don’t think Bertera was being intentionally malicious, they just couldn’t be bothered to provide follow-up customer service once the initial sale was completed.

Not only that, he yelled as we were walking out the door " I'm sorry your can't afford your car" I have never been so embarrassed in my life. They refused to tell me the finance managers name but the sales person was Andrea. Avoid at all costs. Seriously.

aiden thompson: I went here today to buy a Jeep today. went there saw the jeep. it was dirty as hell, not a big deal. two tires were almost bald, the jeep was online over 4 month and a safety inspection wasn't done and needed front end work. no big deal. asked to see some numbers and payment options and they added a ridiculous $1750 extra hidden fee on top of the online price.prices on line was about 45k and the end it came out t about 51!!!!! band new the jeep was 58k.11 the expiation was these fees are for actions. Actions don't go into dealership and try to buy vehicles like how families do. Not only the the documentation fee was a few pennies less than $800, that is ridiculous. Other dealerships its $399. Point is, at the end you will be paying and extra $2500 in scam fee. I left and went to a different dealership same day and bought the same vehicle with less miles for $2500 less. I would personally not recommend the dealership and be aware these extra charges and don't be scammed. The only good thing about this visit is the sales girl, she was very pleasant and respectful.

They had my truck for 6 days with very little communication to replace an ignition swich for the cost of $931.77😳 you read online and labor is supposed to be 2hrs average. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Betera Dodge of Westfield to anyone!.Update, been over a week since my truck was fixed. Now have noticed cruise control not working, checked and fuse to ignition was blown, battery terminal was never tighten, plow disconnect was burning under dash, and brake controller was never tighten down in cab, fell out while driving. Cruise control still not working, but refuse to go back to those incompetent place!Update, still fixing problems from their botched up repair, I refuse to go back there!!!

Went to fix my wrangler for a tickling noise, and after a year, the problem back again, and they put the wrong seal at the oil filter. Got motor oil all over the engine. I had to get my charger serviced and thought I had to take it to another local dodge. They did not live up to my expectations, but I won't go into that. I was angry and confused, I call Mark (finance manager) and he took care of me like he always does. He referred me to Orlando in the service department. He addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to look into my service package which I highly recommend and was able to get all my work done. The techs here are serious news. When I came into pick up my vehicle I had some concerns, without thinking of it they stayed with my car, took extra time, dug deep and not once made me feel bad. 100% the best possible experience I've ever had with a service team. Tyler Bates: Customer service today isn’t what it use to be. I bought a used ford Taurus back in February. On the test drive I pointed out some issues that were going on with the car. The day of delivery, the issues were never fixed. The car has been back to the dealer 3 times with one of the times having the car given back to me with garbage on the floor. The car had a missing battery terminal cover. Something simple as putting on a battery terminal cover didn’t make it on the car. I called the service department later the next week after realizing it was never installed and their reply was “The part came in late.” It was never brought to my attention when I was given the car back. When I confronted service on the issue, their reply back was “I don’t know” I asked service to mail the terminal cover and said I would put it on myself, yet it turned out to be the wrong part. I’m not expecting perfection , but it was enough to remove their sticker off the back of the car because I’m honestly that ashamed of advertising this dealer. Unless you’re buying new, I would not recommend buying anything used from this dealer.

Mark: Came in in November to buy a Cherokee Trailhawk that was listed as available on their website, once I get there they told me the vehicle had an issue that would take 2 months for the parts to show up. So I bought a Trailhawk elsewhere and today I brought it in for an oil change because their website says no appointment needed. When I get there they tell me it's appointment only because they don't have enough staff.This place is a huge waste of time and is incapable of servicing customers. Twice now they've lost my business to other places, I will not be giving them a 3rd try.

Outreach began almost immediately after my first inquiry, with a test drive scheduled in the exact car I was looking for within a handful of hours.Paul N. was phenomenal as he helped me throughout the process, putting in extra effort to help tie up some loose ends with my previous vehicle. He was knowledgeable and informative about the models I was looking at, and very upfront about the entire process. I found a vehicle online at around 10pm and I knew I had to have it so I immediately sent an email and I got a response that night from Paul. We got in contact first thing the next day and I drove up and took a test drive. The experience after that was great. Paul and Jeff were great and a blast to work with. They made it a fun exciting experience overall. I was driving home the next day after looking at it. Once I pulled up the truck was outside running with a sign in the window congratulating me. Very bittersweet. They went in detail about all the extended warranties and options that were best for me. Paul called me the next day to make sure everything was good and to thank me again. Got the vehicle right in. Confirmed what we had diagnosed the problem being. And began the repair. The repair should be done based on what they said less than 48 hours after dropping it off. This is the way it should be. Thanks for the great service.

Michael Stosonis: We've been exceptionally please with Bolles Motors. Are 2020 Jeep broke down in New Hampshire, we tried to get it fixed and three different cheap facilities in New Hampshire and we were unable to get any service. We had AAA bring it down two Bolles motor and they got on it the next day. It did take a while to get fixed I think about a week waiting for parts the Eagles. Hover Bolles Motors gave us a loner. Now all we have to do is fight with Chrysler corporate try to get some of our money back for the tow and the two days broken down in New Hampshire LOL good luck to us

The mechanic walking by noticed I was waiting and asked if I needed help. I kindly told him I was waiting for a salesman. They never came. They never looked my way. I waited for 6 minutes I counted on purpose. So I left and went to purchased brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee at Gengras Jeep. Your loss not mine.

Rick Lewis: I purchased a jeep from Gary for $20,000 and it was a lemon. Gary Put new tires and rims and a 2" lift kit.When I took the jeep to get inspection it failed, and I was told the jeep should not be on the road.The gas tank was falling off, the new rims were missing the wheel spacers and the lift kit was not installed correctly. The brake lines were rubbing and caused a leak due to the lift kit. It cost me another $5,000 to fix all the problems.I do not recommend anyone buy anything from this manMy jeep dealer said this man should not even be in business.
