Boat, Recreation Vehicle & Snowmobile Registration Bureau: what do users think?
Michael Parent: Very friendly staff. Park near handicap parking, and use the ramp. It is down in that area.
Roman Goretskiy: Very nice. No issues at all! In and our in 15 with a boat registered
Tim Rymasz: No problems registering with the proper paperwork. Make sure you have all your documents before you go.
Bob Johnson: I was worried after reading the reviews but my experience today was just the opposite. Took me 2 trips as I didn't hadn't paid the state taxes on my new boat but other then that I had my best experience going to a registry, granted the other as were the RMV. The woman that waited on me couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Thanks folks.
David Lane: Every single time I have gone into this office, I have been treated with the respect I give. I have registered boats, snowmobiles, and four wheelers with them. Every time has been pleasant.
Duncan Hay: It's exactly as described. The state really needs to improve this process. It makes me disappointed to call myself a Massachusetts resident.
W Bebe: They don't have anyone to help deaf people, they tell you to come back another day without any explanation..
Zachary LeHouiller: Taking me MONTHS to get my boat registered with covid. They are making clerical errors with processing the paperwork, poor customer service when you call in. I had the receptionist hang up on me multiple times. Instead of taking care of all the issues at once, they will mail you forms back and forth multiple times. Move to another state before you try and register your boat in MA/ at the Springfield office. 1 star is too good of a review.
Steve Kloss: 1 is the lowest star I could give. Just spoke with an operator and she was rude and not trying to help me whatsoever. I had to painfully drag the answers out of her.
Jason Holden: I would have given it zero stars if I could. I've never been so poorly treated, or have had to jump through more hoops to do anything in my life. The list of things you need to have with you is rediculus, checks only, vin #'s, HIN #'s, SS#'s, etc the list is a mile long or at least as long as the line inside the office. What an unreal pain in the @!%×@#!....
Joe E (Joe E.): The two woman working the counter were AWFUL!!!This was one hell of a terrible experience. I needed to register a new sled and inquire about a renewal I did by mail which never showed up. I called and asked the woman who answered the phone what documents I would need to bring with me, I repeated it to her to make sure we were on the same page. It all went bad when I arrived. There were two woman sitting at their desks glued to their personal cellphones texting away, I was not greeted and decided to do it myself and said "good afternoon ladies", they looked up and one approached the counter while the other stayed on her phone. I aked to register a sled and she told me I needed the items the woman I spoke to earlier said, then proceeded to tell me I needed addtional proof of sales tax which I had on my bill of sale from a registered dealer. I explained I had just spoke to someone who told me I I didn"t need anything more and this is where it all went bad, her attitude changed from bad to worse and she too great pleasure in being able to tell me I didn't have the proper paperwork and need to get it from the dept of revenue building across the city. I asked the other woman if she told me what to bring and she tried lying until I put her on the spot and she reluctantly said she thought that was all I needed. No I'm sorry or anything, just foul attitude. When I arrive the next day they were both on their phones again, no hello or friendliness whatsoever. She registered my sled and at the last minute perks up and says do you have MSO? She was excited because she thought she could deny me again, but I said yes and she was dissapointed but completed the registration. I asked her to print a copy of my renewal I did by mail which never showed up but my check was cashed and she said she couldnt help me and I had pay $16 for a duplicate. I explained I never got it and she told me she couldn't help me anymore. I calmly told both of them that I felt they were rude and lacked customer service skills and felt they didn't belong in positions that required helping customers.I guess the truth hurts because she demanded that I leave, which I said I would not until I got my renewal and I wasnt paying $16. She called her supervisor who instructed her to process the renewal without a charge, which she did. I appreciate the supervisor taking care of me, they did what should have been done in the first place. When an employee is in a position of power and they derive great pleasure from making your life complicated they should be terminated. How did these two get this job? Why are they still there? Hopefully someone in a supervisory position will see this and look into it so these two don't continue to represent this department is this negative fashion.
Oleg Stupak: Very fast service. In and out in 10 min.
Brad Morawski: Very easy to deal with. Nothing like motor vehicle.

Secretary of Commonwealth: what do users think?
Victor Zapata: Wonderful people amazing customer service starting for the security to the ladies them that work in the office. Thank you for helping us big time . 🙏🏼
Reid Whitsett: The process seemed quick and the office returned the mail to the USPS quickly. However, USPS has lost my documents which are critical for a foreign transaction. Do not rely on USPS!!!
Chi Chi: I wish I knew that this office existed. I've been paying unnecessary and a compulsory expedited fee at the secretary of state website online to get documents sent to me from Boston. Only, if I knew. I would have saved my money
Anestis Jordanoglou: prompt service!
Michelle Trousil: When the person who dictates a primary date announces a public hearing the Friday afternoon before the holiday break that it would be held at 10am on January 2nd to decide that the primary would be held the day after Labor Day? That is shady. I have held public hearings. It is all blatantly self-serving.
Irene Paul: I needed my deposition Notorized by Monday and he a as available on a Sunday. Will use again. Thanks so much.

Springfield Water & Sewer Commission: what do users think?
Trent W.: Do yourself a favor and move to a better city/town. The people here won’t bother look into bills that have exponentially jumped. My average bill went from $125 in 2016 to $400 in 2023? Not even with inflation does this make sense.
Christian Ruiz: is time for u guys (SPRINGFIELD WATER AND SEWER) to come up with a APP to make payments of are bills easy and convenient for the costumers ..
Span Workhorse: Very nice people. The tv dump was a little hard to find, but they lead me to it. Thanks!
Mikhail: That's some good water. They a all-star. [sic]
J Gibbs: These guys have literally sit in their truck in front of my house on Gifford st. Springfield for two hours and have not moved....and they walk into my gated back yard without asking for consent. I have two dogs at my home, what if they felt threatened and bit one of the guys.
Debbie Parr: Agawam Water & Sewer came to my house due to water/ sewer backup during the torrential rain. The town workers managed to get a snake & wrench caught in the sewer and now are refusing to come back and retrieve them! The town stated that the service would be free of charge, but sent me a certified letter and they even crossed out the N.C. (meaning- no charge) that was written on the paperwork and wrote yes. charge per John on the form, copied it and mailed it to me. The snake and wrench remain in my sewer line due to the town refuses to take the responsibility. The town lawyer states that it is the homeowners responsibility and that since the sewer line is now nonfunctional he is going to force us to vacate the premises through the court. How can a town treat their own townspeople with such disrespect and disregard? Shame, shame on them!!!!
Ed Greenberg: This location has a fine RV dump. I used it in Oct 2016.From Rt 5, exit at M street. In either direction this is a very small, unmarked exit, so be alert. Follow M Street to the east until you come to a gate. Use the intercom to request entry.Head to the right of the big blue ball tank, then to the right of the big brick building. It's OK to pass the red "Authorized Vehicles Only" signs. Turn left behind the building, then left again, 675 feet down the road. Then left again and up onto the bridge over the treatment equipment. There are some RV dump signs showing where to go.Dump is located at the top of the bridge, at the farther of the two grates on the left. One section of the grate can be removed, revealing a hole in which to put your hose. There is a flush hose charged with hot water! The requested donation is one dollar. There is a box to place the dollar, and a sign asking that you sign the log, but no logbook was present.
Desiree Muhammad: The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission have oppressive billing and fee practices. If water is shut off there is $220 in fees tacked onto any past due balance. No good, especially in a city where there are frequent water main breaks. As usual, I am wondering where the money is going when the service and equipment is of very, very poor quality. Usury is in full effect in the city!!!!
