Amy Litman: Do not recommend. They pick random receipts tacked to their wall and accuse you of your card not working from a prior occasion. Despite it not being true with proof, they still accuse and charge you for it.

Michael Morand: I went here to buy a couple of single serving apple pies and a nicotine vaporizer. They didn't have any apple pies in stock, and the man at the register seemed like he didn't know what I was asking for when it came to a vaporizer. Less than 2 months ago I happily purchased disposable vaporizers here, I know for a fact they still had them, but the man was just too lazy to help me because there were others in line. I now loathe this store and I recommend you buy everything you can else where.

Ed Miller: I went to this station today on November 1st 2020 to fill up my car with gas and to use my rewards card. I was informed that yesterday the rewards card expired. I asked about the points that are on my card. I was informed that they are lost. As a long time customer of this fl roberts station I was never informed the rewards program was to be stopped. This is extremely poor business practice.

Hans Hammarquist: I like to stop at this station even if I don't need gas. They sometimes have coffee in the middle of the night. The staff is very friendly and I can have a chat even if they are busy. The gas prices are not the lowest in the neighborhood but for a few extra pennies for a fill-up, who cares. I have been there many times and I have always had good service.
Skinny P: I’m here almost every day. This is probably the only gas station I go to religiously. The staff are a pretty great and friendly bunch of people. I don’t know why but it just feels good coming to this location I guess it’s the way people treat you that makes me come back plus it’s location is right off the highway so it’s super convenient. Everything is clean outside and inside. And the staff is quick to fix any issues you have. This is my favorite location.
NoLimit413 Gaming: Went in for a pack of cigs and a few other things the lady bagged up my food n drinks n tossed the pack of cigs in without me seeing it I got home n found she gave me Newport 100s instead of marb red 100s. Since it’s a thirty minute drive and on my way to work n back I figured if I brought back in the morning they would just switch it out. Nope lost my business for good cigs don’t get bagged for this reason. And their employees fault shouldn’t be taken out on me. Lost 11$ wen they could easily fix the issue. Bad customer service from everyone working including the manager.

Owner was greeting patrons at the entry way, he was very friendly and appreciative of essential workers. Told me he had given away 30k dollars worth of gas that day at that single location and they had the same deal at 7 other locations. I would simply return to this location because of the genuine kindness shown today, not only by providing free gas but also in the interaction with the owner. Thank you again!!
