Shattered Elements: Nice prices and lovely people BUT DO NOT TAP YOUR DEBIT CARD on their machines they double charge your bank! Ive had it happen 3 times this week, and about 15 times overall leaving my acct in the negative. Trust me they wont give you your money back.

Marlene Coleman: I think one of staffs have something against deaf people. He started to stare me down after I request the receipt after I purchase beers and gas. He gestures why I can’t speak. I simply told him I’m deaf and thanked him then departed from this store.

Dean Hoppe: Walked into the store. Everything was looking good. I wanted a quick breakfast not expecting much. They had donuts, muffins, coffee, and fountain drinks. I went to go grab a muffin and donut but there was no bags. So I asked. No big deal. As I went to grab them they felt old. It is what it is. I went to go get a drink. No cups in site. I asked. They keep them behind the counter. I go to get some lemonade. It's all out. So I get a different drink. I buy a couple things. And leave. My buddy also bought some donuts and a coffee. We leave. I take one bit out of the donut. Stale as can be. Luckily I found a donut dip near by. My buddy walks in and tells me that the donut he bought has mold on it. Luckily he saw it before eating it. I will never go back there again

Erica Gallagher: This place is poorly maintained. I am a school bus driver traveling from another area and at this location their bathroom door doesn't close or lock. There's a sign saying "Lock is broken. Respect others and knock" I really needed the restroom and it opened while I was using it. Whatever, I am not going to freak out over someone seeing me with my pants down. But what is absolutely disgusting is the soap is bone dry. I went to the counter at the register and no hand sanitizer either. So I wouldn't ever come back here again. Everything must be covered in germs and viruses. How are employees staying clean? And there's a Dunkin there! Those employees are handling food and drink! They gotta use the same facilities. Like seriously this is laziness and poor management.

John Papasodora: Stopped here a couple times for gas. Seemed very well managed, clean and organized. Pumps are easy to use and in new condition. Prices were fair both times I was there. I did not go inside but it looked nice.

Becca K: They just put in a Dunkin’ Donuts in and it has to be the first Dunkin’ in Springfield that I’ve gone to, asked for my bagel lightly toasted and it hasn’t come out burnt. Not to mention the drive through line had wayyy less cars in it then the one off of Wilbraham. Will definitely be coming back again.
Tee 00: They hike the gas price and not give you the rewards credit off when you get the receipt it's different from what I was supposed to pay. It more!! 😡 And the phone number there does not work. Jerks!

One time they couldn’t open because there was no electricity, another time they closed early, and today I went and the employee just locked the doors and disappeared. There were other people before me who were pumping gas so I knew it had to be open. But as soon as I put my credit card in and was prompted to wait for the cashier to allow me to pump gas no one was to be seen. I don’t know what happened but I waited 15 minutes and left after no one came out.

John Papasodora: Good location with easy in, easy out access. Store was clean and organized and prices were fair. Friendly staff.

Jim Anderson: I don't know why the hours keep changing from 6am to 11pm (which is correct) to open 24 hours. Google needs to change the way they "verify" things. This store isn't "in Speedway" either. It hasn't been associated with Speedway since August 2021.

Kelly McMahon: Staff here is really rude, especially at night. The whole place is somewhat rundown in general. Car wash claims to be “Now Open” for the last 6+ months when in reality it’s out of order and should say exactly that! Cigarettes are expensive here too. My suggestion would be to go down the street to the Pride gas station, which is better and cheaper in cost in every way.
