Beverly Simonet: I feel very fortunate to have found this gluten free bakery. I found Karen to be an exceptional person to have worked with. I’d ordered the 7”Chocolate cake with raspberry sauce for my daughters birthday. No review can say how unbelievable this cake was. It was so moist and the flavor was incredible. I bet anyone to have one of the bakeries products and even know that it’s Gluten free.
Darrell Johnson: My wife and daughter have to eat gluten free, so I am always on the lookout for places that cater to GF. I came across the Gluten Thief Bakery and decided to give it a shot. I ordered a 7" Carrot Cake, which often times is a mixed bag. After speaking with Karen and discussing specifications she made what was quite possibly the best Carrot Cake (GF/ Non-GF) I have ever had. The cake was perfect. It was moist and flavorful; the Cream cheese frosting was fresh, and the design was perfect. Will be ordering again and often. This business highlights the importance of supporting small business!

Mike Haas: I want to thank Gluten Thief for providing a cake for my Mom's birthday on such short notice. While not everyone there was gluten free -- we did absolutely need a gluten free product. (One of our guest has serious health issues related to gluten.)We searched online and came across Gluten Thief. It was double chocolate and delicious. I had two slices! I was so floored by the flavor. I don't even eat gluten free and I would get it again just for myself.If you're gluten free though...this is a no brainer. There is nothing better out there. Diane Bonilla: The Gluten Theif Bakery is truly a rare gem. Karen made the most delicious gluten free lemon cake with strawberry dairy free icing for my daughter’s 20th birthday. Melissa McDonough: Today we picked up a cross caked for my son’s Confirmation. It is one of the best cakes we have ever had. We frequently order cakes from Cerratos and have always found the cakes to be extra fresh. Thank you for your perfect product. We’ll be coming back for years to come.

John Dobosz: We went there for a wedding cake consultation. When we walked in the door we were immediately impressed with their bakery and products in the display case. However that first impression did not last long. We sat with a representative who doesn't even make the cakes so she had to keep leaving our consult to go consult someone else. First she said she was not sure they could do our cake. Then after showing her a photo she said " that cake is dated" . Really??? Then she said they could not accomidate a tier being foam. Then she comes back from consulting someone else to give a price 40% higher than the 3 other bakeries we visited. After declining her offer she was extremely snotty and dismissive. She easily made this the worst wedding planning experience we have had. My advice, if you want a quick cake from the display case this is the place, but go elsewhere for wedding plans.

Bridgid O'Connell: Cupcakes have gotten much smaller and have gone up a dollar. Definitely not worth 3 dollars. I asked the lady behind the counter where the big cupcakes were and she said 'these are them'. When I asked why they got smaller but more expensive she rudely said 'well it's because of cost of living etc.' I get that everything has been going up since the pandemic, but changing a dollar extra and making the cupcakes half the size as before is ridiculous. Other people in the bakery were complaining too, and someone even walked out, so it is not just me.I don't think I'll be coming here as often, but definitely not getting cupcakes.P.S- The chocolate fudge cake is yummy though. That went up as well, but the size didn't shrink unlike the cupcakes. Still a good price.The cake raised the stars.

J&A Rod: My husband and I went in to eat pastries for the first time we order 2 cappuccino that was delicious, we also ordered 2 Rum BaBa I should of read that they had rum which I didn't, don't get me wrong we drink alcohol but I think the lady should of ask if the pastries with the rum was okay and she didn't, we really didn't enjoy it because in our opinion it was drench in rum, and it was really hard to even enjoy or taste the pastries, sadly we forgot to get a picture if the desserts. Also We have ordered cakes from this place before they are amazing and you can tell it was fresh.

I was told I would need to come in and pay in full. I drove 40 minutes to place my order and pay in full just too told they could NOT make the cake AND they would need 4 weeks notice. Needless to say I will not be back!!
