Bianca Mock: Ordered mini bagels at 5:46am to eat on the way to clinical. 8 minutes into my drive on the highway I went to take a bagel bite and bite into it and it was cold and the bottom was soggy. I was already well into my drive to turn back so I called twice and no one picked up! Very disappointed because these two little bagel bites are expensive!

Too much chatter in the mornings to concentrate on our orders.The most simple order I make in the mornings…. Medium pumpkin spice iced signature latte…. Phesh…. First it’s regular iced coffee…. When they do put the whipped cream…there is no toppings. Today was my darn last day at that location
DJ MECCA: Horrible staff, hash browns were not fully cooked. Saw them swat flies as preparing my food. Very unprofessional. But wraps were mid, at best.

Shane Jones: Waited over 10 minutes for a caramel macchiato with no one else in front of me because they couldn’t bother to train someone how to use the POS system or how to make the coffee. Other employees just stood around saying he was new. Great, train him! Ended up being late to work because of it and they ended up making a regular macchiato, not caramel. Very disappointing.

Debby Stephens: This is a nice newly remodeled store. Today the bathroom was very messy. But usually a good place to stop and get a coffee and bathroom stop.
Jenice Rivera: Coffee was old and cold. (Coffee is suppose to be thrown out and brewed every 15 mins) Order was wrong and charged incorrectly. Asked for a receipt seen what was charged, worker who took order walked away without further assisting. The worker in the food line had taken over for the worker who walked away and stated a refund could not be done due to a manager not being present in store.I ended up driving to the dunkin on Boston Rd and they were nice enough to remake my coffee... now waiting to have corporate give me a call back for my refund on the incorrect items on my receipt!
Aaron Edberg: At the risk of sounding picky.... if you pay for it, you should get it. Second time I have ordered avocado toast with bacon, and lucky me I open the box to eat my breakfast and no bacon. Litterally the last time I ordered here a month or more ago was the first time this happened to me. Twice in a row.
