Lauren Kustwan: Jen should be fired. My friend had less than 2 drinks and Jen decided not to serve her - for NO REASON. Jen, the bartender, had some personal vendetta against my friend and yet thought it was ok to serve my other friend who could barely walk they were so drunk. It was super personal and outrageously out of line. Don’t bring your business here.

Jeffrey Goulet: What more could you want. Warm, inviting pub atmosphere. Food run up the stairs from Theodores - delicious. Shuffleboard, fuzball. Updated women's bathrooms. Killer beer and cider offerings.
Funkingonuts: If your not ordering all the things and paying all the money you won’t be so popular here. If you just want to play pool… well you can… but they will make sure you are repeatedly informed about all the things that cost money.
Paul Goodchild Ph.D., CPA: Great place to play pool, darts, or foosball. Nice bar, dark atmosphere and Ty the bartender is great. Place is open to family until 9 pm then after 21 & over.Had a wonderful party with great Theodore's food and all the fun of Smith's. The employees worked hard to provide a great experience. I appreciate it, and we all had a great time.
Dawanda Mayes Garcia (Deedee): I wanted to give this place a good review because we enjoyed ourselves the first time we went even tho it was to late to play pool! But when we returned early enough to play we were charged more for the same drink and more to play pool than we were previously told it cost 😒. Same drink as before previously 8 was charged 12 and we were told the pool tables are 5 and was charged 10!!! Even tho it's only a few bucks still sucks feeling jipped!

Jamie Smith: Was told i could order food by gentleman that assigned pool tables as their kitchen was closed. When food arrived and i double checked w first guy his drunk manager said i could look at it but not eat it inside?? Was then cussed out when i wouldn't tip on my drink's as i would have to leave and eat in my car. 0/5 stars. Will try to contact owner as I'm a regular and have never been treated so poorly trying to eat french fries after getting the go ahead. Manager tried to lie and said he only swore at me because I cursed first/and disrespected his employees?? Was nothing but respectful to staff that told me I could order food. He seemed b*tthurt that earlier i sent a weak long island back that was mostly mixer. Needs to check his ego and put customer service first.

Result is unplayably slow.Saw a ball cleaner, don't think it has been used in a while, certainly not on the rack I was given.Tables are crowded together, too close to each other and to the wall of chairs. Only 4ft where there should be 5 or 6.Such a shame, not too many places to shoot pool, this could be so much better. Location is good, much can be forgiven, but not the felt.Not at a serious place for billiards, dont bother.

daniele mesiti: when the tables are open i love this spot. but i showed up not knowing you can't play pool so i stayed for a burger and beer. the beer selection is pretty exstensive and collective brewery is one of my favorite producers of sour beer. the burger i almost waited 30 minutes for even though no one was around but the server was pretty nice and i was bored anyways so i didn't mind. everything was great. can't wait to play pool though.
Tom: Amazing beer selection both on tap and in cans/bottles! Also, you can order barbecue from Theodore's downstairs.
Jose Reyes: Billiards, Darts, Foosball, shuffleboard, music, TVs, BBQ food (From Theodore’s), great bartenders, and one of or the Best selection of beers in the area. Will forever be a go to in Springfield.

C S: Always come here to play billiards. Really wish they made better use of space and added a table or two more to play. There’s a lot of unused space up by the bar and on the side that could be redesigned better to add some more billiards tables. It’s a billiards spot. We want billiards! Always a great time & food is pretty good. Staff also wicked nice.

M S: Got my order completely wrong the first time . Second time got the burger undercooked. Back to fix it for the third time . I travel for a living and this was one of the most expensive menus I have seen for the options. Usually there is a $15 sandwich or in that range. Sandwiches and burgers were $18+ . +$3 for salad instead of fries ect.. don’t go here . Food very mediocre
Alexandra Ackerman: The food is fine, but it's a little odd from your normal pub fare. The buffalo chicken panini was small and not very flavorful, but the poutine fries I subbed in as a side were plentiful. However, the use of fried cheese curds in the dish was a bit of a head scratcher. They were crispy but too salty, and I missed the traditional melty cheese poutine usually has. The prices are also way too expensive for what is offered. They're clearly banking on being the only place around the hotel open for dinner. The staff was friendly.A note of caution - the hand sanitizer smells disgusting. Bring your own.

The chicken was cold and seemed to be barely thawed from the freezer/fridge.Fortunately, my next choice, the spinach & mushroom pasta was excellent.Full of flavor, just a hint of spicy and well presented.As other people mentioned, the staff is super nice and I can't wait to come back to try something new.

David Abram: Okay food for a bar. We didn't realize this was a full on bar before entering, so our expectations were a bit off. The bar staff was very kind to serve us how she did. There were five of us and we mostly just wanted post-work dinner. Thank you for that!The food was decent. However, my steak sandwich was texturally sort of gross.. The shaved ribeye was almost grainy and processed tasting, like minced meat. Everyone enjoyed their burgers, and the chicken quesadilla had a lot of flavor.Doubt we would go back for dinner, but that shouldn't deter anyone from going for drinks. If you're here for drinks, it's nice to have okay food to go along with it.

He was off that day but the cook that was there...hmmmm hmmmmm good! Went with 2 of my granddaughters, we each ordered something different plus an appetizer. Hannah Moriarty: Dive club with awful drinks, lovely and sweet bartenders, great music and no cover. I've been there twice and haven't heard a single bad song. I witnessed a fight there last night but the bouncer broke up up within seconds. This is a great place to go dancing. The music is a combination of pop and Spanish. It's a fun place to go if you like dives. The floors are sticky but that's part for the course. Great for ladies night out or a date night.

Avrey LaValley: When I won a local radio contest for 94.7, it came with a free buffet for up to 50 people from my work place at the Chicago piano bar. I’ve been calling for over two months and today the certificate expires. I’ve left at least a dozen messages and asked on several occasions to be called back so that we can schedule the date, not even one call back. Also, the one time that somebody didn’t answer the phone and I attempted to explain that I had the free party for up to 50 work people at the grill and bar, they hung up on me. I wouldn’t go to this place if it was the very last piano in the world with the last sip of liquor on top of it
