The staff that keep the clubs afloat are friendly and caring as well as they are quick and efficient. As a former employee it is the best place i’ve ever worked at it is a place where you can find family but also net work to grow and reach new heights and opens new doors.This club brings a loving energy that makes you feel like you belong it is the most INCLUSIVE space i’ve ever encountered where it’s all about EQUALITY!Dancers come and go but never make or break the true beautiful spirit of the club coming from one who came and went.If you are anywhere in the new england area oreven more than 2 hours away it is worth the visit I promise you you will not be disappointed.
John Doe: Right from the moment I walked into this place as a dancer I felt right at home. I did not experience a single ounce of disrespect or mistreatment from a single coworker or manager. Howard, Angelo, and Sammy all made me feel so comfortable and were always caring and supportive. When you walk into this establishment you will see that these reviews don’t reflect reality and are a blatant lie, written out of pettiness and anger. This club forever changed my life in a positive way and will always have a special place in my heart.

Management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I’d rather watch grass grow go watch boring, talentless dancers managed by the human equivalents of stale white bread. Such an absolute shame. 😔
Kaiomy Morales: I’ve work here for 9 years from dancer to drag performer and started transitioning and took on bartending. This place is home and everyone welcome just don't come with the disrespect cause that not what this place about. Every club or bar has their downs and this the only lgbt established in our area. Like we respect all that comes in. Everyone has there moments but not everyone is rude or disrespectful. And for the dancers you choice to associate with if there a problem let it be know to management not sit here and bash a place cause you had bad experience with a certain individual. All type of dancer come and go. Everyone there for different reason but with that being said this club definitely a welcoming place.
Le'Anthony Jones: The "dance manager" doesn't handle business with the dancers appropriately. He verbally abuses and bullies the dancers every week as he tells them they just need to make money for the bar. Whenever someone is doing well there he will target them or look for any excuse to fire them or make them leave. It’s happened a lot throughout the years. They will hire people they think will make the bar good money and if the "dance manager" does not like them for whatever reason petty it may be he treats them incredibly poorly

Dave Y: For being the only male strip club in New England, they are definitely in route to making them extinct in this area. I went there for the first time this weekend after driving for almost 2 hrs just to listen to outdated music, get served very strong drinks, and watch dancers do their job with no enthusiasm. After being there for while and becoming aware of my surroundings, i witnessed how management verbally bullies their dancers (Mostly Of color) and that was my tipping point. My motives was to see if this was a good place to work and perfect my craft . And from my time there i can say i would not work here nor visit this place again.

First off: $20 cover charge was ridiculous for the caliber of this nightclub. The bouncer was rude and impersonable. Drinks were reasonably priced but not the best tasting and the bartenders were not friendly. We went right as they opened and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't even been cleaned, there were drink spills all over the floor ALREADY? Music was decent although a bit basic and repetitive. The security guard in the smoking area downstairs was the only employee that was really nice and pleasant to talk to. The light effects in the place are pretty good, arguably, and rather unfortunately, the best part of the experience. I don't think any of us will be back.

T P: We went out for our date night and chose this club, I was surprised that we had to pay additional fees for admission, even thou we reserved and paid for VIP, I wouldn’t recommend paying that much… VIP totaled $150 and then $40 for both of us to enter, all $190 That was a bit much for a club scene, also the toilets in the women’s bathroom All were flooded, Music was aight, All the ladies I ran into, were complaining about admission and bathrooms, Probably won’t be returning, too expensive for this kind of environment

Tony Leshinskie: Sadly, the Gras and its property were recently sold (end of March 2023). The new owners closed the club. The rest of the businesses at this location (350 Grill, the cigar lounge, etc.) are supposedly staying open. But that remains to be seen.

Zoltan Erdei: No service at all. Monday night, the club is quiet. I am standing at the bar for 5 minutes, 2 bartender passed by me, I even said hello to them , they just looked at me and walked away. Didn't even ask if I want anything, no hello, nothing. The third bartender sees me but just keep talking to two other dude on the other side at the bar. The manager passed by, said nothing. I go upstairs so someone might ask me if I want a drink... no bartender in any of the two bar... When I told my story to the guy the door, he said that it is pretty bad. He suggested me to go to another one.. at this point I said I just go somewhere else. I was dressed up appropriately in a dress shirt and pants. I wasn't drunk. That would have been my first drink.Pretty bad ....

I've worked at many clubs and Mardi Gras is the only one that's makes me feel safe and respected. The owners, bartenders and other staff are descent and respectful. Would never cheat on Mardis.....

Brian: I went here once with a friend after work so I was dressed up in a suit. A blonde stripper came up to me on stage and started chatting with me. She asked me if I wanted a lap dance, I said no thanks, she asked me why and I said “I’ll feel awkward”(I really meant not from you.) So anyway this stripper attempted to slap me in the face twice which I mostly blocked. The manager came over, asked me what happened and then when another stripper corroborated my story attempted to give me free drinks. Nothing happened to the blonde stripper. After having one free drink I decided I had enough fun for a night and hit a sobriety checkpoint on my way home. So all in all Mardi Gras is a cesspool but your sure to get a story out of it.

Unless they do something with their dancers and staff. Paid for a dance and I didnt get not 1 bit of dances but I did get choked and assulted as well as a price change in the mist of it after telling me 1 price ahead of time.

I witnessed a fight there last night but the bouncer broke up up within seconds. This is a great place to go dancing. The music is a combination of pop and Spanish. It's a fun place to go if you like dives. The floors are sticky but that's part for the course. Great for ladies night out or a date night.

Avrey LaValley: When I won a local radio contest for 94.7, it came with a free buffet for up to 50 people from my work place at the Chicago piano bar. I’ve been calling for over two months and today the certificate expires. I’ve left at least a dozen messages and asked on several occasions to be called back so that we can schedule the date, not even one call back. Also, the one time that somebody didn’t answer the phone and I attempted to explain that I had the free party for up to 50 work people at the grill and bar, they hung up on me. I wouldn’t go to this place if it was the very last piano in the world with the last sip of liquor on top of it

We ordered an appetizer and food and waited over and hour to receive neither. We went around 6:35pm and there was no wait, and did not seem like they were going to be super busy. We had a different waitress cancel our food order and we took the app, but it was not at all what was expected. We didn’t leave until after 8 and we were dissatisfied as most other restaurants were going to be closing and we had no dinner options. I wouldn’t give this place one more star than I would Applebees… same quality appetizer and by the looks of food others received as we left.

Shroude Nightwind (Chris): Tried to go tonight. Host at front says they charge 30 copay for old people. I know he was joking it was funny but that still set the stage for what was to come. We are told to just find our own seat which we do. We sit and wait for 15 min mind you that we came from a concert and haven’t had dinner yet and heard rave reviews from fellow concert goers. Complete opposite of what we expected. We were ignored no offering of menus or drinks. We leave and your host at the front has to be smart and say “Oh you are leaving already you haven’t even eaten “. Lol duh you are the host aren’t you supposed to make sure wait staff knows we are there? We leave finding nothing else open on the ride home. I don’t know why I can’t rate zero stars as this is the real deserved rating. As a business owner shouldn’t you have proper staff on site?
