Kim neil: I was up visiting family for the holidays. My tooth and jaw monday in the middle of the night. They could not see me Tuesday but got me in first thing on Wednesday morning. The staff was incredible. They didn’t judge and new I was from out of town. I had insurance card but didn’t know which one was dental because it was not written on it and couldn’t focus because of pain. They figured it for me and was amazing. They did a full work up and told me what the problem was unfortunately I had to get the tooth removed.They had an available appointment 30 minutes after my appointment so I wait and had it done. Dr. Lee was amazing. I have had tooth pulled out before but it was as easy as he had done. He made sure I wasn’t in any pain and when I thought it was giving him a hard time he said it was done. When being numb and pulling it out it took under 15 minutes. If I lived up here I would definitely go back. I hate going to the dentist and have anxiety about it but they were amazing and I felt relaxed and comfortable. Thank you to your team. I am feeling so much better. Lindsey Chmura: This place is a joke. I made an appointment on a Friday before Christmas because my molar broke, causing extreme pain. I saw the dentist that day and he didn't do anything to fix the sharp parts of my tooth that were digging into my cheek. He only prescribed me ibuprofen. As I check out, I made an appointment the following week for what I thought was to get it pulled. I show up to my appointment and apparently it was only for the hygienist to check my gums. I'm not sure how that is more important than pulling the tooth that is causing me pain but whatever. I said something about the tooth and they were going to get it taken care of that day. The receptionist told me it would be $528 for the extraction. She never actually ran my insurance to find out the real cost. Once she called my insurance, they said it would be over $300 because it's actually a wisdom tooth and my insurance won't cover it because I should be seeing an oral surgeon. Not once did the dentist tell me that the tooth that was broken was a wisdom tooth or tell me I need to see an oral surgeon. I wouldn't have scheduled another visit if they had told me that at my original appointment. I would have been searching for an oral surgeon to help me.The office acted like I was inconveniencing them when instead I'm the one who is in extreme pain from my broken tooth and no remedy in sight. They could have cared less about helping me. She dismissed me so fast when I got upset. I will NEVER return here again! This place doesn't care about its patients at all.

Get to the appointment and was told that they werent gonna fix my tooth ache, that they had to look at everything else.Partially felt ignored throughout the entire thing. I genuinely didn't care about the rest of my teeth, just want the pain to stop, and it felt like "other care" was trying to be proritized. Felt like I had to constantly ask about my tooth ache to get my answers. Was told I would get pain proscriptions to help. My pharmacy still hasnt recieved them, it's the next day.Will update if it gets better

TimeTravel Travez: I recently had a wisdom tooth removed here. a few days later, I noticed a bone sliver sticking out of my gum and tearing my tongue to shreds. They delayed taking that out for a week after I called them about it. They did take out the bone spur last week finally, but left another jagged edge, which is also sticking out of the gum and raking my tongue. My whole mouth hurts, but they told me to wait over the weekend and call Monday. Here it is Monday and they told me to take penicillin for a week and see how it goes. Penicillin isn't going to smooth out the bone or heal the gum around it; it'll just prevent infection while the jagged bone wreaks havok in my mouth. When I said that I'll just go somewhere else, the receptionist said "OK, Bye" and hung up. So now I have an appointment TOMORROW somewhere else.
