Nate Oulman: Excellent service. Scott and the other service advisor were very kind and friendly when it came down to an issue with my brand new anthem. Not from the area. Was in the middle of my 2 week run when I stopped in. Pulled my truck in right away and started plugging away to resolve my issue. Their technician did a fantastic job at finding the cause to my problem of a severe cab sag/lean i had. Very professional service. Was kept in the loop all day long as to the steps that were being taken as well as the findings. Fixed the issue promptly and without fuss. YOU FELLAS HAVE A GREAT TEAM!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! The Champs: Parts team is top class
Ryan Faye: Takes entirely to long to get a truck repaired. Also there very deceptive on letting you know when your vehicle will be ready. A little honesty would be an improvement.
Eric ValDee: Needed a rotor for a truck. Paid for it upfront, since it was a transfer to this store from the Worcester branch. Somehow, they didn't realize it was for transfer and now I'm stuck waiting on parts for a truck that needed to leave the morning the parts WILL BE ARRIVING. And all I got was a shoulder shrug and sorry? No attempt at making anything right about the situation?? Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would.... Find a better spot for parts or just use Rock Auto, they have excellent customer service!!
MIKHAIL LIVCHIN: Good people, good quality parts.
Johny West: Took 7hrs of labor to replace and calibrate steering shaft road. After replacing it didn't fix free play of the steering wheel I asked them to fix so the just replaced good part for newer one charged thousand more. All its needed just adjust bolt on steer box. In another time they installed defective clutch brake solenoid that leaks all the air had to bring it back and fix for more labor there hundred more. Mechanics are unprofessional

Pit Bull Dad of 3: There is one older mechanic who has zero personality and antisocial when asking about what the problem is with your truck. Besides him the rest are great to deal with.

Stephen: Very pleased with the cast and crew. Brought my 2022 in 4 service with 9000 miles , I was struck by another vehicle while traveling to the Pete Store, depressing. Had a no start issue. They replaced bumper, and bracket, wheel cover and caps, completed pm service and found the intermittent no start issue, Great tech . It was a electrical connector under cab between engine and transmission on main wire harness. That is on Peterbuilt ,not upfitter or owner. Great work Peterbuilt Store. Stephen

E Ortiz: Communication is not there priority i drop of my truck on 2/23/2021 for a oil change and i specific Told Red the service manager to call me b4 doing anything to the truck so we know price's but no he decided to do it no matter what and also did a fuel filter change when he was not ask to do. I alway say communication is the key of good business. I try to give them a chance knowing they just started businesse in Springfield but now they lost our..... And no you guy's did not contact my employer my employer call you guy's on friday to check on it.. And if y'all did why no one mention how we was paying...
