Adam Rice: I had a stereo swap in my 2012 Sonata a couple years ago from these guys. Everything still works great, however, after shopping around for a similar stereo swap for my new vehicle I realized the quality of work here is questionable at best. I was told it was a $300 upcharge to add the wiring harness for my steering wheel controls - this is a $30 part on Amazon, and the place I ended up deciding to get the service done on my new vehicle INCLUDES this as part of the installation price.After the new system was installed, I found that instead of installing the USB ports flush or hide them, they just drilled holes in my dash by the center console and just left them dangling. The place I got my new vehicle serviced at hid all the USB ports and mounted them flush to the dash.Price comparison between the two places was night and day as well. My new vehicle is getting a newer head unit with better features for around $200 less than I was charged here, and everything is included. No silly upcharge for a $30 part.2 stars because the stereo I had installed still works great, but the quality of service and price was really bad. Out of respect for Custom Car Sound I won't include the name of the other company I used, but I would definitely recommend people shop around and get quotes from other places before going here.

Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

Annoyed with this unnecessary waiting I told her to forget it and to return my money. She said the transaction was already made and I had to wait again for someone to give me my change. Sad that these employees don't value customers! Shame on Auto Zone!!

He checked my battery with the little device thingy to make sure it was in good working condition, he also cleaned it, and he changed one of the terminals for me. He was super nice, patient, and respectful. He explained every thing he did to me, and triple checked and tightened everything bolt and screw before assuring everything was good. David Cross: Wanted to thank Jeremy. Been in multiple times over the months and he’s always extremely helpful and lots of knowledge on any vehicle I’m working on. Saved me a couple hundreds bucks on a fuel pump by telling me in 90s Ford put a reset switch in the trunk and over the years and a good pothole will trip the switch and turn the fuel pump off. Called my son and he found the button pushed it and my car started up! Another time Jeremy helped fix a problem I thought was my heater core but he asked if my a/c was working. I said no and he recharge it first and see if it makes the fogging go away and it did! Then another time he came outside to check my steering and showed me the easiest way for a straight axle to see what parts were bad. Diagnosed my trackbar and recommended I replace the old bolt also and it’s perfect now! Thank you Jeremy !
