Wilma Gonzalez: I went last night 7/19/2022 and I ordered food for my husband and myself, we saw that everything was very clean and had AC (others that we have gone do not have AC or heating on) when at the moment we look at the kitchen we see the girl who works there rinsing her mouth and pulling something out of her teeth in the sink where they wash the dishes, in front of us, and there being a bathroom right there, then she finished and put on a transparent mask against covid after she spit where the dishes are washed🤢 I will never come back.

I had ordered the sweet and sour chicken combo but the lady didn’t hear “chicken.” I was given the sweet and sour combo, which I didn’t know existed. This combo consists of pork, chicken, and shrimp which is clearly not what I wanted. When I called back to explain what happened, I was given attitude then mid sentence the lady hung up on me. Very disrespectful.

Keep an out eye when you eat here and you go to tip them... you already tipped them by them over charging you already so if you were to tip them to be nice... there getting a bigger tip. That's the second time this has happened to me and they refuse to admit they're wrong. Sorry if you're struggling but, ripping people off isn't the way to save your business.

kev black: I wish I could give them a zero but google is nicer than I am. I tried to order for delivery but the new ignorant and angry cashier hung up on me after I ordered one item. Why you may ask?? Maybe because I called the phone number and she didn’t like that lol. Then I went to the store in person to fix my order and I was met with even more disrespect and animosity. She didn’t apologize for hanging up in my face she just shrugged and asked if I wanted to place an order or pickup. I should call the health inspector I bet they wouldn’t like that!! S M: Not only extremely rude, but my food was 2 hours late. I also know for a fact I ordered something else even though it wasn’t on the receipt so clearly their website was glitching. Instead of apologizing for being 2 hours late, they continued to lie saying it was on the way. Food was cold and I couldn’t even eat it because I had to go to bed. The second time I called I told them I was going to need to cancel if it wasn’t here soon and she insisted it was on the way. Any good business wouldn’t have had a customer pay for being that late. Never again. Oh and my chicken wings were soggy as hell.

Claudia Crichton: Had to return my food because the rice smelled bad and tasted stale, when I got there they took back the food and didn’t even offer an apology or any concession but they gave me what was supposed to be a fresh plate. When I got home the rice on the top smelled and tasted ok but the rice at the bottom smelled and tasted just like the rice I returned. They’ll never get my money again. They don’t seem to throw out food when it’s bad or stale they think they can just throw it on the stove again and add fresh things to it to make it better.

Tim Quinn: I knew the place would be amazing when I saw 3.7 star reviews. its the sweet spot for Chinese take out. Anything higher or lower you know something is fishy.Whoever was the cook today was perfect.Other Chinese take out near Longmeadow taste watered down and lack any flavor but this place was spot on. Was expecting a little bit more from the Ragoons but ordered 5 different entrees and every single was great.Amazing flavor on the fried rice.This place will be our go to Chinese take out from now on.

The chicken fingers aren’t greasy and have a nice coating/breading, I love crab Rangoon no matter what so I raw dogged those and the boneless spare ribs were meaty as hell. I’ve never had such awesome boneless spare ribs from anywhere else.I also purchased the pineapple and sesame chicken plates that came w white rice. The two dishes are similar in taste however the pineapple is a bit more tangy. It reminds me of the orange chicken at Cajun Kitchen at the Holyoke mall which was the flavor I’ve been after! Every other place that sells orange chicken makes it spicy.Bought an egg roll - it was good. Nothin fancy. Lol.Lastly I bought the fried dumplings. I thought they were gyoza but after taking a bite I was quickly reminded by the familiar Chinese dumpling flavor.You get BANG for your buck! The sweet & sour chicken was awful the chicken fingers are tiny and soggy and the sauce wasn't very good, I threw it away after eating only one chicken finger. The General Tso's Chicken was okay the chicken is supposed to be crispy but it wasn't and the sauce was decent but not the best i've had. I like that I was able to pay online through the beyondmenu app.
