Marie Bergeron: Please don't call this restaurant by its original name . We were so disappointed with the food . It was nothing like the savory delicious Chinese the original owner used to serve. A better name now would be yucky's.
Brian Hamilton: Been a while since I've been, it was a total let down when I finally did revisit. Went for lunch with my Fiancé there and was told to seat ourselves. Thereafter was given two glasses of water and one had a bug in it among other items floating in it. We requested a bottle of water in exchange, we did not feel comfortable drinking out of the dirty glasses that we were given. The food came out maybe 5mins after being placed. Normally fast service is ideal however this seemed very peculiar and questionable. We were highly disappointed in the service as a whole, we were brushed off when expressing our concerns. Quickly we decided to pack up and just leave. Once the bill arrived we were charged for the bottle of water that replaced the unsanitary glass of water. For $1.50 , it seemed very odd that it wasn't just credited seeing as though what was given to us initially could not be consumed. The food was definitely one star if not less, can tell it was very much rushed and thrown together. At no point were we offered alternatives to our problems, only an apology and told there was nothing they can do. I don't think I will ever return nor recommend in the future. Again, VERY DISSATISFIED!

Francesca: The food is still good but, sadly, not like it was before ownership changed. To echo many of the other reviews I have also been coming here consistently since I was a child in the 90's - it was THE SPOT for chinese food, far surpassing any others in the area. The last several times we have ordered have fell short. Sub par lo mein. The previously delicious egg rolls are now half the size as well as the fried shrimp. The crab ragoons are still the best in the area, however. We will continue coming here on occasion but I cannot say I have the same loyalty as I did in past.
bill Miller: This restraunt has a new owner & some of the dishes they serve were better before with the old owner, But some of the dishes served now with the new owner are better then they use to be with the old owner, So you have to know what to order. If you order the same exact dishes you use to order when the old owner was running this place you probably will not be too happy here, but if you experiment a little bit & try some new dishes you may find that a lot of the food here is very good. The first time I came here I did not like it, but after trying if again ( and ordering some other dishes) I think the food is good here & the owner & workers are welcoming, & have very good personalities ( which to be honest you do not find in most other Chinese restaurants) So give them a chance & order a few dishes that maybe you would not normally order & you may find like I did that if you know what to order this place is good.

Jametta Bailey: Usually I'm very picky and critical of Chinese food. Its usually too oily, overfried, under fried, or funny after taste. Tonight is my first time trying Dynasty Restaurant out of all the years I've been living here and their food is AMAZING! They only thing I suggest is to fry their chicken fingers and egg rolls a little more so it can have more of a crunch but otherwise the chicken fingers were not oily to the point where it tasted like a sponged up oil. They were good. Their fried jumbo shrimp is extremely big which I didn't expect but even better. Honestly their food taste better than any other Chinese food in Springfield in my opinion.

LetoAtreides82: So far I've only tried their sweet & sour chicken and their pork fried rice and I love it. A large order of s&s chicken gives you a pound of chicken fingers and plenty of s&s sauce. The chicken fingers are medium to large, the batter is crispy like it should, the cuts of white chicken inside the batter are big and tasty, and the sweet & sour sauce is red and delicious.The pork fried rice is good they put slices of egg in it.I like that I can pay online via the beyondmenu app.

Ordered for me an my wife wich a House platter for two , we are locals from the west side of Springfield and considered giving a different Chinese food spot a try , then the usual “china garden” on boston road wich is really good !! I say th best in town. The beef sticks were almost uncooked and rubbery. From my experience there suppose to be grilled. The crab ragoon were made in-house wich I don’t mind but these were barely any filling and soggy. The rice tasted bland and no color. The spare ribs were dry and cuts I never seen before. I will never order from here again. I recommend no one to eat from here I don’t understand how there still in business.

Tony Cox: I ordered vegetable fried rice delivered to my hotel. I received a quart of rice and onions. When I called to tell the establishment that the order had no vegetables except onions, the same person who took my order told me to stir the rice towards the bottom and there should be broccoli in there. I told him that I mixed the entire quart and all I have are onions and rice he said that's how they make it. I asked if he would be willing to add the vegetables for a future order and he said that's how they make it just as I received it. After giving the driver a $5 tip for a $10.05 only to receive rice and onions, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DUMP!!!

The owners are lovely n the delivery service is quick n our order is always correct.Now I DO AGREE they do not put enough veggies in their dishes, beef n broccoli is " light on the 🥦" and I was SHOCKED when I ordered the veggie fried rice on more than 1 occasion and it literally only contained onions!! I strongly recommend you avoid that.It's really designed for take out or delivery, dining space is minimal. The kitchen is extremely clean and we have honestly never had an issue. Pretty good General Tsau's🐔 and they have pretty good incentives of free menu items when you order over $15, $25 etc but I do always remind them to include it please.. Laurie SMR: I was worried when I drove in and couldn't read the sign because it was so faded. The awning above the door was old and covered with mold and mildew, the other sign was half lit. Then I picked up our food...... it was Disgustingly terrible! Rice had a weird, old flavor. The crab rangoon had no filling & were burned. Chicken wings were dry and overdone too. I'm certain everything we received was reheated day old leftovers. It sucks when you spend a lot of money for old/reheated food that we threw away.
