Caroline Wilkins: I have had really good experiences with Enterprise, and that mainly stems from the professionalism of their employees. All the rental companies have similar products and prices, so customer service is really the difference. Leanna at the Bradley Airport location was just amazing and went the extra mile to make things right for me.

Rebecca Thompson: I appreciate all this company did for me. When I got a flat tire at 2:45 a.m., they immediately send a tow truck and an Uber to take me to my hotel. (I was only about 5 miles away.) They were quick to replace my car. I only had to walk 0.2 miles to the Enterprise office.
Torrie Kimball: We had a good experience renting our car. The only negative thing was the long walk from the terminal to the rental place. The car worked well and was the right size for our needs.

Greeting was friendly, someone walked me to my car, helped with my luggage and made sure I was set! The car was clean and fresh and everything worked great. Returning the car was also fast and friendly. Enterprise will be my first choice from now on.

I called Enterprise twice an they told me politely respectfully that my price was 155 I asked them twice with everything was 155 they said Yes..so when I get to counter it was 220 I was very broken because I was on budget an I calculated everything an I was supposed buy flower but I couldn't because my car went from 155 to 220

Margaret Adamec: Although the car we got had a "service due" signal that came on shortly into our 600-mile trip, when we returned, the manager Michael Long apologized and gave us some credit back. If not for him, this would be more like a one or two star review! Luckily the service light was not an urgent one, and the customer service made the experience positive, instead of negative.

jamie clark: Arrived to Enterprise late at night because of my flight and was greeted by two wonderful associates.Morris Reid helped me upgrade to the car I needed and made sure I was all set and ready to go. Enterprise has themselves quite the employee. I’ll be using them every trip into Hartford based on Mr Reid alone.

Elizabeth Shannon: The service at Bradley airport was fine. I used then kiosk to check and didn’t have to wait in line.The cars were pretty dismal though. The first car I was given was all banged up and the trunk was literally missing part of the lining. The second car, the only other one in the size I had rented, was cosmetically better, but the windshield wipers were terrible. Unfortunately I didn’t find that out until I was driving down the highway and tried to clean the windshield. There should be some sort of checklist you go through before putting the car back in rotation to ensure they are safe to drive.
Susan Graham: Really helpful and efficient agents! They don't have a chip card reader and my card's swipe feature was broken. They figured out a work-a-round for me and I drove away in an interesting Kia Hybrid.

Jc: Matt was Professional and knowledgeable.
Hector Reyes: I wouldn't give this business not even half of a star. They gave me a dirty car and broke down on me the first day and they charged me for the repairs. After arguing with them on the phone was told that my money would be refunded and never was. My whole family rented from this place due to convenience cause it was close to holyoke but now they will never rent there again, not my relatives nor friends.

Melody Beebe: I give this location 0 stars !!!!! because of how rude and unaccomadating they are. We showed up with my family and another family after getting off the flight with the car already paid for. When we go to the counter we give them our ID and credit card , not good enough, they told us we needed 2 forms of ID and credit cards didn’t count. They never told us anything in email or our confirmation. They just told us “it’s on the website” we finally get the car and we got the cheap mystery car for 4 people. They gave us a Camaro and there was no back seat room. We went back in and asked if we could get another mystery car and they said no that’s not how that works. So then we had to end up paying for a regular car to get enough seats and it’s not even clean. It has dog hair all over. My other family member was also not allowed to get a car due to whatever reason such as the IDs and they were rude and not helpful at all. So since my other family couldn’t get a car we had to then upgrade AGAIN for a bigger car for the all of us. Worst experience ever.
