nicole orellanes: Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, rude, and extremely ghetto. Toys are old and dusty sold at highest possible price. Bought two of the same toys from a diff location for the price of 1. Overall terrible experience don’t waste your time here unless you really just need a last min toy for a gift.

Todd Cieplinski: My son just came of age and very interested in comics with in the past 6 months. We live in Westfield and there isn’t a Comic book store in our community, so we have sampled many in the surrounding area. (30 min drive radius) Overall Bob’s is our favorite. Carl the owner is always very patient, professional, friendly and helpful. He doesn’t just talk to me, as he knows I’m the one holding the purse strings. He engages in conversation with my 8 year old son, shares insights and perspective but within boundaries, whereby my son is neither influenced positively nor negatively in his judgement and exploration of comic brands, writers, artist or characters. Selfishly, I’d like to keep this place a secret, my own private hidden gem. Respecting the community and this solid business owner, I highly recommend this business for any newbie, amateur, intermediate or avid comic enthusiast/collector. Bonus- I love the old school comic shop look and feel, very nostalgic.

Tim McMahon: Back in the 90s when I was collecting comics there were several choices in the area: Altered Earth (being my favorite), Dragons Lair, Same Bat Channel, and Bobs Hobbies. It’s great that Bob’s is still around and I stopped in for the first time in 30 years recently. Had a great chat with the new owner Carl. I moved to CT so other stores are closer and easier to get to, but Bobs will definitely be on my list of stores to get to once in a while.
Michael Philbrick: Love this shop. I don't get to stop in as often as I'd like but when I do the owner is always nice to talk to and helps me find any book I'm looking for. No hype pricing, everything is reasonable. If you're a true collector/reader I'd urge you to stop by. Speculators are better off going somewhere else. Looking forward to my next adventure here.

Maitee Natalia Arocho: I will always come here to get comics. Newbury Comics has nothing on this place, plus it's so much closer! Super knowledgeable about comics and has a lot to choose from. If there is something you need or would like, he does an excellent job of keeping an eye out for you. I love going and chatting with the owner and others who stop by.

Vic R: Recently started my collecting hobby back up and could not have picked a better place to go to. Carl was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Joseph Moore: $25 mystery envelope. Lied about the shipping times twice. Once on the site and on messenger. Then sent a $10 figure. Couldn't even match the mystery value.
bob Everett: I didn't know what to expect. Read reviews on lots of collectibles they have, lots of comics etc. So I was expecting maybe a big dark place.Instead got big and light. The staff were around if you had questions. They responded quickly. They didn't crowd or follow you.I live about a hour from here.The only negative thing is it's tucked away in a corner in a plaza. Drove by it twice.I actually want to work here. i will make that trip.I went to school in Springfield for over a year. I don't have a good impression of the city. Then you get zombie. Friendly. Open. Bright. Pleasant. Saw things I didn't know we're actually made like a batman big bat light. Not small. But big.It was pleasant. I just came from a flea market to here and things were like night and day.

Dennis Parent: I came here to see wrestling matches. It took place inside of this place. This place is huge inside. They sell alot of collectibles of funko pop characters from movies, TV, magazines. Comics wrestling figures, pictures ect. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. It is located in springfield mass.

Billy Murray: First Time in the Store! Staff was friendly and very helpful! Good selection of Magic the gathering product and huge variety of board games and accessories, a ton of tables and space to play those games. Will definitely be back in.

Sgail Gaming: My first time in, absolutely the second best experience in an LGS. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the other customers were the same. 10/10 would recommend for advanced to new players of all table top and card game players.
Moses Gonzalez: If you are a tabletop player and haven't been here I recommend stopping by. Anything they don't have generally they can order and they have an amazing team that is very social and conversational. They have terrain you can use, raffles, and recently started a membership program!

Shawn Kelly: Haven't been to gamestop in awhile but I still enjoy going there. It's nice that they sell used games it saves alot of money and they also have great promotions. Highly recommended if your looking to save money. Black friday deals were pretty good this year.

John Torres: “Manager” Patrick refused to do an exchange for me due to the fact it wasn’t the same price range for the used game. There was a $-20 credit left over which I requested a gift card - which I still got denied for. They needed original form of payment however my girlfriend isn’t in the state to do so. I understand rules/policies however in this instance something needed to be resolved.
