Taina Chula: This company is a joke. I was not satisfied at all with the experience. My loan officer, Daniel Kenyon did not communicate with me the entire process until it was a mere 3 weeks before closing, and then to tell me after all the money I put down that based on things on my credit, I was not approved. That's not why I'm upset, I am upset at the fact that there was little to no communication, and if there was, I always initiated it first because I had a question. This company knew up front about my score, my credit report, since they pulled it the first day I contacted them. They knew everything and still gave me a Pre-Qual letter. I found a home, went through Inspection, put down my deposit which I offered 10% down on a $115,000 loan, and he still did not communicate. I faxed every single form and again, always was the first to reach out to him. Never again will I try getting a mortgage with an online person/Company. DO NOT go through a company with a lender that you cannot see face to face. Save yourself the hassle. I sure learned my lesson.

young blood Jordan: Worst experience of my life. Every person in this office done nothing but lies. I will never try to buy a home again. Took my money for appraisal and inspection. Draged the process out until I lost my earnest money. Said they would refund some of the money and 2 months later still no refund at all. Do not trust these people

They did not make me feel like just a business transaction. There was concern and consideration taken for my obscure schedule and personal situation as well.
Carmen Rosales: This buying experience was real rough for me in the beginning. I had other lenders pull my credit multiple times just to drop my credit score and to ask for unrealistic closing amount. We are first time home buyers and I really wish I would of met Maria elkaSri with Polaris. And her manager Brian. They were both great had me do everything before hand so it was a quick close when it was time . And every question I had Maria was there communication is the best thing in these type of transactions and they did more then i would of ever expected. Because of them I’m now a home owner! Abbie Clark: Absolutely ridiculous that they charge a $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE every time you pay over the phone! Aren't we all trying to go paperless?? Absolutely outrageous. My $40 payment became $50...thats a 25% fee for making the payment, on time, over the phone
Ashley Maluu: This company is not very professional. The customer service associates have very little knowledge of their job and processes and the manager is not helpful at all. I have called them several times only to be given the wrong information. It's very frustrating when these insurance companies monopolize on consumers and dont allow any other viable options to maintain insurance. If I could, I send this company a big FU., for having no compassion and being a unprofessional burden on consumers in today's society.
