Taina Chula: This company is a joke. I was not satisfied at all with the experience. My loan officer, Daniel Kenyon did not communicate with me the entire process until it was a mere 3 weeks before closing, and then to tell me after all the money I put down that based on things on my credit, I was not approved. That's not why I'm upset, I am upset at the fact that there was little to no communication, and if there was, I always initiated it first because I had a question. This company knew up front about my score, my credit report, since they pulled it the first day I contacted them. They knew everything and still gave me a Pre-Qual letter. I found a home, went through Inspection, put down my deposit which I offered 10% down on a $115,000 loan, and he still did not communicate. I faxed every single form and again, always was the first to reach out to him. Never again will I try getting a mortgage with an online person/Company. DO NOT go through a company with a lender that you cannot see face to face. Save yourself the hassle. I sure learned my lesson.

Anthony Weiss: Another lender that over promises and under delivers. Theodore takes the new prize for the worse lender I've worked with, that wasn't an easy achievement. He deliberately lied and kept coming up with excuses for nearly 3 months. Multiple times he lied about being clear to close and supposedly reached out to my attorney. Multiple times he ghosted for days to only come back with an excuse. Shame on me for not pulling the plug after his first excuse.

Paul Versace: I used Northern Mortgage during my home purchase last May and it was right when Covid popped off. The amount of wildness they went through to make this all possible was quite remarkable. Todd Freeman in particular worked super hard and had his whole team dotting I's and crossing T's. Things are a little different now that Covid has calmed down but if they can get me into my dream home during the most difficult of times, there's no reason why they'd have any difficulty now.
