Urone Yoingco: We had to be at the Mass Mutual center for 8AM. If you get there early, the machine does not have any tickets for you to take. We were there for less than 2 hours. When I explained to the parking attended the machine did not have any tickets being distributed, the first attendant let me through, then I was stopped by another attendant who said I had to backup and pay $10. Then he gave me a ticket and told me I had to backup into a tight parking space between a wall and another SUV sized vehicle to make reverse K turn, and all the while blocking other cars from exiting while doing this tight driving maneuver. The guy said he was going to direct traffic for me, which he did not. He didn’t even provide any instructions as to which exit I could drive out of. So we cut across the exit lane and went with the flow of the other cars who were entering. We followed the exit signs and finally exited through the other end of the garage not on Landon’s way. They had blocked off a lot of were you vacant and cannot drive with cones and it was totally confusing. Even as we exited, there was a cone at the other end of the garage that’s supposed to be the exit. We ended up having to exit through the lane that’s supposed to be the entrance. This garage needs to be better managed. I feel like I’ve been NYC hustled in Springfield, MA. Criminal to say the least.

Kellie P: Going to the Big E is one of our family traditions. This year we went on the last day(10/2/22). It was a breezy and cool day. We still had fun. We arrived at 10am and left at 5pm. The gate open at 8am until 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends. The place was packed with people. It’s best to park in the parking lot ; it cost 10 dollars. Weekends are busy; weekdays not too bad. There’s so much to see and to eat. I also bought some stuff at a discounted price. I really enjoyed going to the Big E.

Terrilynn Porto: Gate 9 is the best place to park versus parking on people's lawns from $15-$20 or pay $10 @gate 9 which is convenient for people with strollers and wheelchairs etc. Noticed they even had golf carts to transport people who needed a lift.
