John Papasodora: Great place to park if you're going to court for jury duty. Very short walk from this location. I found it to be clean and the staff on duty were very helpful with directions and with the pay machine and validated parking.

D Wolfe: Attended the US Army Field Band & Soldiers'' Chorus 3pm concert on Sunday, March 24, 2019. Fabulous concert, BUT HORRIBLE PARKING EXPERIENCE. I am appalled that the city of Springfield charged patrons/US Veterans to park ,& then deal with the utter chaos in exiting, because of faulty auto pay systems & no attendants available to help out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Tim Allen: Often has free parking for Symphony Hall Events. The down side is if you come out late and there are no attendants there, you have to know to press the help button at the gate to be let out. Strange lack of I structions.
MS: Easy access and available parking. Sky walk leads from lot to hotel and Tower Square shopping. Price was higher than I anticipated (3.00 per half hour) but it was convenient ... had my young children with me. You receive a coin when you pull in and then you put the coin into a stand alone machine before you leave, which then gives you a different coin. Then you get into your vehicle and put your 'paid' coin into the final box which activates the rising 'arm'. Don't lose the coins!! They will charge you 30.00 for them. There was an attendant there to assist if you needed help.

Drake Descant: The pay machines are so outdated, confusing and borderline unoperational. The help there is the opposite of help. I hit the help button and when I asked how to work the machines she grunted and hung up. And then after I figured it out, it was soooo expensive. Never again.

Giancarlo Tosi: Ok so the parking is great but their system is terrible! You have to guess how long you will be away. So our Amtrack Train back from NYC was delayed, they had to change out an engine... But because I thought we would be back the time they told me I got a ticket because I paid for only that amount. Really stupid, with changing travel plans how are you suppose to know exactly when you will arrive back. Especially when it is the company's fault! How about check in and pay when you leave just like almost every other garage I have ever stayed at.

Use Ken's Parking one block from station. $9 to $12 a day depending on length. Also secured. DISCLOSURE - promise I have no connection to Ken's. I went looking at Union Station thinking it might be cheaper. I hate deceptive marketing.
John T: Finding your way to it, and into it, is challenging. A bit expensive but convenient to Union Station.

Neil Sullivan: This is a nice new parking garage near Union Station in Springfield. However, we had an issue with trying to use the automatic payment machine (it wouldn't process our payment).
Haley G: Advertised parking rate is $5/day on Springfield Parking Authority's website. Actual price is $20/day. The $5 rate is only for daily commuters (as I learned through phone conversations). When I called to report the lack of clarity and price discrepancy online to Springfield Parking Authority, they referred me to the management company, Executive Parking. When I called them, they told me to call Springfield Parking Authority.Save yourself the hassle and some money and park elsewhere.

Jeff Hobbs: This parking garage is in terrible, terrible shape. Most of the parking lines have been worn away by time, so people just "park wherever". Additionally, the roof leaks strange, corrosive white fluid (!) and rather than fix it, they simply rope off areas of the garage where they think it's oozing down. This place should be fixed up, or it should be demolished, but as of right now it's a shambles.
Miss K: Had jury duty so it would be nice to see a big sign at exits when taking stairs down "this side to court house" or whatever. It's kinda strange for people like me who don't go visiting Springfield but wow windy was alright and rain going on but I bet it's even better with a drier day and it's pretty for a city. So clean there. It was a good change for the day. The concern of finding the courthouse once parked was of great concern. I got there a half hour early as suggested in website yet with that issue I was there on the dot... So just a "tweak" with signs would add sand oh yes!!----light sensors probably could save$$?? There were lights in garage but I wonder what about sensors so no matter where you walk you can see AND see if there is another person. For there are darker areas. Wondered: maybe the lights are really brighter at nite... So sensors could save so lights aren't always on (?)
Christopher Davis: Horrible parking deck. Looks rusted and decrepit and appears as if it's going to collapse and crush cars and end lives at any minute. Also got stuck in an elevator... Had to call fire department to get free.

Kyle Koloski: A bit confusing. Parked there for a MassMutual event so avoid the garage and there was no one in the booth. You pick up and fill out a slip to let them know how long you park for, then you place that and your money in an envelope. How do they confirm if I actually pay? How do they know if they need to tow someone? Honor system I guess.

Daniel Titus: I will never park here again. I parked for 24 hours and 30 minutes (taking the Vermontor) and they charged me for two 24 hour periods. Not 24 hours plus 1 hour. The attendant said "I didn't set up the system. I know your frustrated". The attendant from the previous day stated it would be $12. If you wamt a cheaper place to park, go over at the garage by the station. It's just as close and a lot cheaper. It is NOT stated you would be charged for a full 24 hour period. I took a pic of the lot sign! So much for helping the small guy.
Brian Littlecreek: Don't park your car here. They don't care about your car, pretty much says so on the ticket. They fired the manager of 30+ years after the owner passed and jacked up the prices. Wayne Davis is a snake that'll sniff your seats

After carefully listening to her concern, I apologized for any misunderstanding she had regarding the pricing structure even though it is clearly posted at KENS and on our website (Per Day). Sarah stated that she had shopped around and was told by an employee which she could not name nor describe, that the cost for parking four (4) days would be $10 flat.Even after offering a reduced rate of $8 per day, Sarah was still not satisfied and stated "She hoped her negative online review would not hurt our business". Sarah Berquist: Was quoted wrong price by (new)employee when I dropped off my car- ended up paying 4 times the amount. Company didn’t take any responsibility for not accurately training employee. Website rates don’t match rates in actual lot. I would just park in union station garage and avoid the hassle.
Tim Macri: The attendant blocks off the lot in the morning when the first train leaves... Problem is the attendant apparently can't tell time. If your train leaves at 5:57 am he blocked off the lot at 5:45. Therefore, if you are running close to your departure time you will miss your train.

Always friendly and accommodating. As one reviewer stated, they always make sure you've got everything. A small thing until you realize you've left something behind.
JR Monson: Easiest place to park when taking Amtrak. One block from Amtrak station. They always remind you to take your essentials. Guaranteed to have space and be open when you return.
Matt S.: Good place to leave your car, if you plan on traveling with Amtrack. And with the 24 hour security cameras and alarms, I don't have to worry about the car.
