Simon: Absolutely the worse company, and even worse the worse customer service myself and my girlfriend ever experienced. They do nothing but lie, and have no problem simply taking your money. Even upper management shame on you! I would love to speak to every single employee in person at this joke of an “establishment”. Better yet let’s have a talk with the “owner” Shame on you folks telling paying customers to figure it out on our own, they could care less if you paid good money for oil and have no heat….and tell customers to figure it out by using YouTube, you need to be a licensed technician in Massachusetts to “tinker” with a oil burner/furance. Shame on you.

Johnathan Ortiz: What a nightmare. I scheduled my first delivery with Vickers and they spilled oil due to using improper fitting. Instead of taking ownership they keep blaming our system stating that there was a clog. (The driver admitted to me that they used incorrect fitting due to not having the right one on hand). They promised to clean up and stated they would send someone else out which never happened until I called MASS DEP. sadly they were not done placing blame on me and our system after MASS DEP called a new manager called me. They still haven’t cleaned up and I don’t have oil I have already paid for. Not only is this bad service but there now is oil in the ground.
jose pelon: I was forced to use another oil company because the company I had for years was bought up. Three years with the new company and had my first problem. I told them that I had NO heat and the temp in the house was 50 degrees. They told me that I would have to wait(2 days ) until monday for them to come out and see what the problem is. I hung up the phone.I called Vickers and was heard out of my dilemma. Jennifer arranged everything and I had heat in the house within an hour. A big Thank You to all the Vickers employees that made this possible. This is taking customer service to the Ultimate. A+
Amanda C: After going with the trendy company that shall remain nameless due to popularity and being left in the cold for days waiting for a delivery, I found myself reaching out to Vickers. Not only was their customer service polite and understanding but they took care of us immediately with a prompt delivery.While the other company advertises to have the lowest prices I found that Vickers’ price were actually about the same. Even if they are a few cents more I’d pay the extra just for the sake of reliability and certainty that I won’t have to wait days before oil gets delivered.I highly recommend them and I will definitely will be using them for future deliveries. Jessy Salsbury: I have never had any issues with them. I have received courteous and prompt service. You call and delivery is scheduled for the next day, they even deliver during a very cold and heavy snow storm. Keep up the good work!!
Lucy Reyes: Theybover charge You for your order and fillup more oil than you ask for. If you order online and ask for X amount of gallons and don't click fill they can't deliver the full amount but if you click on it then they will fill it up regardless of what you asked for. Also the custummer representatives are rude and don't show customers respect. I will be taking my business elsewhere regardless of pricing. I do not recommend this company. Wish I could give them negative stars.
