PATRICIA MURPHY: We have used their service since 2020 and have a very old oil and boiler but because of their knowledge and understanding we did not have to change anything out except a switch and things have been running fine since. The owners are great their workers are great and we appreciate what they do and how fast they do it.

FrascoFuel Oil: To all the consumers reading the review section, we would like to take a moment address the rise in price. We do not have any control over the price. Since the war started over seas we have been receiving price increases multiple times a day.To respond to the most recent negative review. This customer ordered on Saturday. There was shock over the price, and more shock because there was no more fuel aid left for this customer. Over the rest of the weekend this customer called the answering service and left a message asking that her order be put on hold. Monday late morning the customer called to ask us to deliver 100 gallons only. The price went for $4.60 per gallon on Saturday,to $4.95 per gallon by that point. The customer was informed at that point that the price was higher. Tuesday the order was delivered. After the customer say the price from Saturday was not held, even though she was informed that it wouldn't be held, she called the office. The customer made several uncalled for comments, threats and accusations to the staff of the office. After taking the brunt of all her abuse we decided to cease to do business with this customer

Sandy Rossetti: Called Frasco Fuel to straighten out a fuel delivery as I was almost on empty. Called Saturday panicking. Called back Monday to make sure I'd get the price and to tell them how much I wanted. Delivered it on Tuesday! when he actually told me the price would be higher???? I called back on Tuesday asking if I was charged a higher price?. To shorten what I want to say he was so so rude I told him I was going to put a review on Google. He told me if you ever do that "I will bury you." You have no idea I will bury you." I cannot believe this. My head is still reeling. I'm sitting here thinking what just happened? You don't treat loyal customers or anyone like this. I just don't understand.. He owes me an apology.

Marie: I called for emergency oil because i ran out and i have 2 newborns and a 2 year old, explained how the house is wicked cold and its hard to even be in the home but the staff is soo rude he said “ i dont care about any of that! you’re getting your oil tomorrow n thats that!” So heartless and rude!!!!!

Chris Frasco: Dave Frasco is a good man. Yet you would honestly be floored by the way some people speak to him. So, if he seems gruff and impatient on the phone, he most likely just had somebody literally yelling at him about the price of oil – as if he personally drills it from the ground and determines global pricing. I understand that Frasco Fuel Oil is just another name on your list of bills, but it’s a very small business in enormous demand.He likes NASCAR, horses, old Ford pickups, has a hippie musician son in Nashville [me,] and truly cares whether or not you have heat and hot water. Throughout my life, I’ve watched him put his customers' needs above himself, his health, profit, and even family. I know it’s much easier to leave a negative review, but after tirelessly serving the area for 35 years, he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Roxann Hebert: Our experience with a service call was excellent. Noonan installed a brand new heating/cooling system three years ago. We had concerns about the way the furnace ran. We had service done, but, felt it still was not correct. Our furnace cycled to many times in a hour and our blower was incredibly loud. On 12/26 in the early morning hours, the furnace woke me up. Called Noonan. Their tech came in on Tuesday. Jared, was excellent. Listened to our concerns. Made a few adjustments and spent time with us explaining how our new furnace worked.
