After looking at the house, he said he'd get back to me. He gave me a quote that agreed on and we set the day and time of removal. Several hours later, he called me back to tell me he needed to increase the price. When I said it was unacceptable, he agreed to our original quote. However about 4 hours later, he called back to say he wouldn't do the job. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person in my life.

Iris McGrath: I have used Rosario’s Junk Removal for their snow removal services. Last year, Carlos was responsive and always got back to me. He did a great job clearing the snow. This year it has been a different story. The last time I called him, I did not hear back. Finally, when I informed him that I had already found someone to do my driveway, he informed me he tried to come but couldn’t make it up the hill so he turned around. I gave him another chance to come when we had six inches of snow at the end of February. After calling him and texting him twice and receiving no response, I gave up. In the spring when I clean out my basement, I will not rely on him for junk removal either.
