I was charged again without notice or final invoice. And it took me 6 days and 12 phone calls for me to obtain a final invoice. I was overcharged by over 200.00. You have no one that calls you back. Mark Steele: I called them and asked if they have a minumum charge for my van full of fiberglas insul & drywall. No - it's $75.00 for a van. I get there and they tell me I need a hard hat & hi viz vest. Could have told me over the phone (trip to Harbor freight) I dump my materials, and they tell me it's a $120.00 minimum charge. I call the number I called originally, and she says that she made a mistake. So you should stick to what you told me. "oh sorry I can't help that."

Joseph O'Brien: Ripoff artists. Dumpster rental company unloaded my trash with K&W and K&W claimed to have discovered items that were most definitely not in my dumpster when it was picked up. When asked to provide any proof, evidence, documentation to their claims, had nothing to offer. Dumpster company had to eat the charge. K&W offered nothing but a shoulder shrug. They should be out of business.

Ariel McCarthy: Horrible experience. We have used the transfer station a few times in the past. Today we arrive at 6 am when they open and apparently they now require safety gear. $25 per person to purchase the gear since we obviously didnt have any since we never needed it before. Price changed again. Plan on spending way more than you budget.

Sofia Bulatova: Before we came to the K&W Materials&Recycling, I called to the office to know more about their prices. I asked, " How much does it cost to throw away shingles"? The lady answered me, " $ 55 for a ton of shingles." And we arrived and unloaded the shingles. There were few bags with leaves. Then I went to pay. The guy told me the price is $191. For what? At the office, the lady said $55, and now the price increased by almost 4 times as much. He called another guy who is supervisor or manager, and we started arguing about the price. He told me that it's not their fault or mistake and that he can not change the price. I told him that I asked the office about the price and he said that I used the wrong language to ask for the price. Overall experience was not great and the way they treated their customers was even worse. Finally, we paid the minimum of $90 cash.
