Julian Allen: Excellent place to do business with. Jenny was very responsive from my first contact with her by email. They make the process very easy especially if you know what you want. I live out of state but the property is located in Connecticut and they did everything I needed them to do remotely. Wenbo who is Jenny’s husband showed up to do the installation with the crew and oversaw every detail. The countertops came with sinks and they are just beautiful! Thank you so much Jenny, Wenbo, and crew! I highly recommend this company and it is nice to find a business that I can finally write a positive review for and mean it! From our first meeting (by chance) with Alicia in the parking lot...we knew it would be a home run. We started out looking for a vanity top and ended up with the vanity top, new Island top and radiator cap....not from being pressured into buying...but from their knowledge and professionalism. We have received so many comments from guests on these pieces that we asked for their cards to carry around with us. If you're looking for granite or any stone.....you MUST speak with Santo C. DeSpirt Marble & Granite first. After meeting them, we told our contractors that we were set and didn't need their granite companies....handled it all on our own. Amazing company!

Matthew Kele: It's a nice family run business that does great work and has great customer service. They also have connections with a carpenter who will take care of the removal and disposal of your old counter top and any other cabinet issues you may have. Prices are more than fair after shopping around the local granite dealers. Very happy with our purchase and we will likely be returning for our bathroom vanity countertops.

After Phil installed our sink and granite top, we found that the drain hardware would not fit properly in the sink (a subtle factory defect). Kohler sent us a new sink for free. Even though the problem was not Phil's fault, he performed a service call to install the new sink and would not accept any money.

jeremy jordan: Went there to get some beautiful granite countertops they upscale sold me some lovely granite with blue in it from some vein somewhere that was the last of its kind. While they were installing it I noticed a line running down the front of my countertop and they said that was just the natural grain of the stone and it was sealed and wouldn't be a problem so I said great. Well now that natural crack that wouldn't be a problem has started to lift I thought okay they're not that new. So I go to look underneath and lo and behold they had tried to seal an already existing break from underneath at the time of purchase. That apparently "natural crack "was not at all natural. And there underneath ,was a very prominent repair that could only be seen from underneath inside the cabinet. Photos are attached. They screwed me, they knew it, they took my money and now it's too late...

I phoned Granite Creations in the afternoon, and shortly thereafter Adam phoned saying he would come over and take a look. Adam fixed the sink! Donna Muska: I hired Granite Creations to fabricate and install granite countertops in my new kitchen. I could not have been happier with my experience every step of the way. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I poked through their extensive selection of granite. She offered suggestions that worked well with my kitchen. As soon as I was ready, Adam came to my house and measured. On the day of install, Luke and Adam were punctual and efficient as they expertly installed my countertop. Claudia O'Brien: This is a user friendly business. Kim Luke and Christine tried in every way to help me find a special material and coloration for my new Custom Wood Design kitchen and bath. They sent me to a wonderful distributor who had very beautiful and large stone slabs. The large slabs helped to see the variations. They expertly installed both room counters. One extremely large counter needed a small seam. It could have looked really bad but you can hardly see it! They then helped me find the perfect color for our new Stone built 10ft grill and components.They gave such good advice and I knew that they really cared about the quality and my concerns.Great service and professionalism!

Kim and Christine were just great to work with, they always had helpful suggestions and were patient with us as we took our time and had many trips to the store and warehouses as we decided. They went above and beyond for us when we found the specific slab of granite we really wanted for our kitchen island, we needed two of them to make it work and they were able to find another slab cut from the same lot at another warehouse and coordinated securing that for us. They were able to schedule the templates and installation around a tight timeframe we had in order to coordinate with the other sub-contractors. The installation went very well, the cuts all look great, everything was delivered and installed accurately and they followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We are so very happy with the service and the counters we got!

david gagne: Well, the product is exceplenty. The issue I have and buyer beware is I just received a certified letter of demand for an additional 147$ with no explanation. Their employees left all their paperwork at my house when they left and their bosses were calling frantically to get it. I had to go to home depot to find out why I was getting this bill, they said their workers had to cut an additional 2 square feet for my sink! My sink is just over 2 square feet and the sink cut was supposed to be free. Beware.........i have all my paperwork if anyone would like to seeDave
