Joanne Dalpe: I just learned of the NEOS urgent care office recently, and had the opportunity to use this incredible community resource when I injured my knee. The care was excellent and efficient and way better than waiting in the emergency department for many hours. Everyone I met was consistently professional, and pleasant. The nurse practitioner, Jessica, provided great care as well as very good explanations.My only gripe would be that the knee brace cost $560 out of pocket and can be purchased on Amazon for $330. I guess the difference accounts for the fact that it was professionally fitted, and I was instructed in its use. Still seems like a big difference.Overall a really outstanding experience.

Nancy: I will never ever see him again. No empathy at all. It was my first visit for knee replacement.And went he question me about how did I pay for my prior injection, i stand up, and said “thank you but this office visit ends here and left.
Nancy Greene: He helped my mom by injecting her shoulder on the first apt. We did have to get an xray prior to the apt but that's to be expected.
