Joanne Dalpe: I just learned of the NEOS urgent care office recently, and had the opportunity to use this incredible community resource when I injured my knee. The care was excellent and efficient and way better than waiting in the emergency department for many hours. Everyone I met was consistently professional, and pleasant. The nurse practitioner, Jessica, provided great care as well as very good explanations.My only gripe would be that the knee brace cost $560 out of pocket and can be purchased on Amazon for $330. I guess the difference accounts for the fact that it was professionally fitted, and I was instructed in its use. Still seems like a big difference.Overall a really outstanding experience.

When I called for an appointment I was pleased to find out that I could go in the same day. I would be seeing Bryan Katz PAC for a cortisone shot. I was greated by Julie who was as sweet as can be. She brought me into the examination room where she took my information. I then asked her if I could have copies of my before and after of my right leg complete replacement. She was very obligating and went out of the room to retrieve them. She was so nice and friendly. I hope that I have her when I go back in three months foranother cortisone shot.Brian came in the room very shortly and introduced himself and shook my hand and my daughter's hand who I brought with me. He is a very loveable man. He jokes with you and puts your mind at ease as I was nervous about getting the shot. He is very young for his age but by no means he is lacking experience. He explained everything that he was going to do step by step. I was completely numb before he did the procedure talking all the while he did it. I am old enough to be his mother and because the experience went so well , when it was done I asked him if I could give him a hug which he allowed and I said thank you. He has a funny personality and in three months I will return for another cortisone shot by Bryan Katz PAC.I forgot to mention that the office staff is very friendly and open to questions. If they don't know the answer they are honest enough to tell you. Dr. Ruark and Bryan are very good for referrals if you need any.This is why I give them all 5 star ratings. ❤🙏

I lived in my body for years and I don’t know how I can be told how to feel and how my finger is suppose to be. I think I heard it’s getting better on every visit. Yet there was no measuring or pictures taken. So how would they know. I’m completely disappointed on how I’m treated.
